First time there, Louis R. helped us out was cool and took his time answering our questions, and didn't rush us one bit. My remodel started out in the master bathroom. I liked the wood look tile so well I extended it into my bedroom, hall and office. What the heck, might as well continue it into the living and dining room. That's when I ran into a snag. The tile was clearanced and Max could only locate 5 boxes in all of Southern California. He phoned the Moreno Valley store and secured the 4 boxes they had left for me. Oh no! I had enough to cover the bedroom and that was it. Max was wonderful suggesting I phone Customer Care in the morning. He also reduced the price of the 9 tiles from his store. Customer Care was able to locate 40 additional boxes I needed from Portland, Oregon. This could have been a nightmare but thanks to Max and Andrea at Moreno Valley, it's a dream come true. I was recommended to check out floor and decor as I planned to remodel my upstairs bathroom. I went into the Riverside store x2 after visiting Lowe's. Home Depot and several other stores for bathroom tile. I purchased and picked up my tile after choosing the flooring was told scheduling was done from the Rancho store, and it has been a nightmare 2 weeks and still no floor after I scheduled an appointment last week. I received a text around 1045 pm questioning if I purchased all of the items. I said tile and grout only after receiving quote I wasn't aware I had to pick up and purchase all items. I asked about replacement of the baseboards and was told , "We don't do that". I said i did ask and was told it was an additional cost. The next morning instillation day . No show. I call the store .. they got on it said a crew would be coming. A person did show up not at 8 am but at noon. Luckily i happened to be home. Alex was very nice. After speaking with him he informed me he was not there to remove hardie back or replace boards and it would an additional cost and extra work to do so. I call the store again to get some clarification on what's being done and what I'm paying for. No call back.. I take off work after being told the work would start at 8 am. Do to an unforseen issue Alex couldn't come back I was notiied via text. I call the store again to verify what I'm paying 1300$ for. No call back. But someone will be at my home tomorrow at 0800. I'm up at 7 am . Call the store at 0845 to confirm service time now it's, " by 10 am". I have yet to receive a call from a store project manager to address my questions or concerns. Unfortunately I put down a deposit and started the project. I even remove tile myself to help speed things along. My time has been taken for granted. I have no idea where the contractors come from there is no ability to talk to anyone but a receptionist. I fear the cost will be more than what I was quoted. I don't know who will replace the baseboards after the project is completed. And since they are not replacing hardie back the quality of the work long term. Truly frustrated and I still have No Floor week 2. I thought I made the right choice choosing Floor and Decor over Lowe's, Home Depot and a recommend handy man. I am remodeling my kitchen and came to the store to buy my back splash. I was being helped by a young man but he had to go see about an issue and said he'll be right back. He didn't so went looking for help. We found Joshua. He was great. He was very helpful and not once made us feel rushed. He's a happy guy full of energy. He did the order and by the time we got to the register we were all in the system ready to pay. Nowadays it's hard to find good customer service but Joshua gives us hope. It's rare to write a 2 star review (because i dislike giving these low rating) but unfortunately; Its only when I believe this is warranted. I placed an order online for 7 boxes of this premium flooring. Online it stated over 100 boxes were avail. So, I decided to stop by the store to pick up the small quantity ordered. I approached the young gentleman at the register and he seemed "unhappy" to be there to say it best. I ignored the negative energy and decided to go to towards the pick up counter where I encountered an older gentlemen who was finishing up another order and politely said he would be right with me. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but this gentleman was a good representative of the organization. Here enters this woman (come to find out her name was Vanessa, a manager) at the location. This lady approached the gentlemen who was looking at my order; decided to jump in and somehow takeover the transaction. At first I thought she was noble to help and "look" into my order. Immediately, I sensed she wasn't the nicest person you can come across. I noticed the similarity with the gentleman at the register and this individual but decided to ignore it. After patiently waiting, I was approached by this lady and told my order would only be fulfilled with 3 boxes. The other boxes were already purchased. Therefore they only had 3 avail. I would at that point ask if the Norco location would have it. She would look into it and send me on my merry way. As a consolation prize she would add another box for my troubles and a couple samples. At first I was thinking she made up for having this discrepancy cost me time and money by heading miles away to pick up the rest of the already confirmed ordered boxes. Until I realized that she gave me a severely damage box and samples as a joke or to discard that for her. It's when I felt insulted. How dare she think she can ask a customer and pretend to be empathic by giving them trash. She should know if the wood planks side grooves are damaged; they are useless. The won't interlock. Anyhow, I thought that was rude instead of a good faith gesture. Please see the pictures to see how damaged this "free" box is. At the end of it all; I have to say..she did me the favor. I am telling my colleagues in the area, family and friends that it's worth the drive to head to Norco. Every single employee looked like they enjoyed their job, were knowledgeable and super friendly at the NORCO location. I recently remodeled my house and purchased all of the material, including transitional profiles, thiset, drain, tile, soap boxes, marble, nucore flooring as backsplash for my son's bedroom wall, liquid nails for the nucore backsplash, etc and can say that Floor & Decor has proven to be my new go-to spot. Pricing is also very competitive, much cheaper than your typical "Home Depot" -- yet quality beats them! I was very happy with the free instore designers who helped integrate the tile design and even made suggestions for pencils and grout. Throughout my remodel, I visited this store, no exaggeration, at least 10 times. Just when you think you're done, you need something else - and this is no fault to them but rather the desire to enhance our home with endless upgrades. The mirrors, also known as their signature brand, are shipped from their distribution center so this particular product isn't in stock though everything else was and we were ok waiting approx 1 week for them. What's also cool is that they have a loading dock and can forklift the product onto your truck and don't charge you for the pallet. If you do not have a truck, at the loading zone/pickup area they have a chart with the maximum product weight your vehicle can support. So be sure to look at that and ask them how much product you can take with you based on that. By the way, the staff here helps calculate the material needed and ask if you'd like to add 10% extra to account for cuts and stuff. All you need to do is tell them the room size (10x10 as an example or 20 ft by 8ft) etc., and they'll tell you what you need. Returns are easy too! If you didn't fully use a box of material, not to worry - you can return the remaining product as it is sold by "pc" so be sure to keep your receipt. Lastly, at the loading dock you at times will find "free grout" which is perfectly good grout, just bags which may have accidentally been ripped open. So if you have a side project that you are flexible on, grout-wise, and color-wise, be sure to check that area. read more

My husband and I are so happy and pleased with the great customer service that we received by Alicia Pedro and Mohammed we came in 30 minutes before closing and they were able to load up our truck with a pallet of items that we purchased for our backyard patio.
