Being able to walk up the register at a Dollar Tree is remarkable. I didn't browse the whole store, because I was on a time crunch and just went in to get exactly what I wanted. I wanted to make money bouquet that I saw on the social media. This is my second floral foam purchase after so many years. There are several different floral shapes and sizes. I just couldn't make up my mind as last time I made it smaller. You can actually cut the shape to your liking. I also purchased one package of bamboo sticks and one cone shape foam, but they were too big. I was able cut some of the edges off to make a shape. Then stick in the bamboo sticks with a crisp new $2 bill taped to the bamboo stick. Then I wrapped it and added decor I got from the Amazon. It took me about half hour. Viola! This is a pretty clean stocked dollar tree. However, I just walked out of the store and the manager was really unprofessional talking about one of her employees Jackie, who doesn't talk to her about her schedule, now there's no reason I should know that information about Jackie. I work in management I completely understand her frustration with the issue, I just think those conversations can happen not in front of customers and behind closed doors where belongs. read more

I was just at this dollar tree 10-20 mins ago and the line was long which is fine I don't mind waiting but once another register was opened, I'm assuming it was a manger. She was extremely rude. She called over some customers and a few followed and I guess she was bothered that people went into her line they she used the intercom to very loudly say that she would only call one customer at a time in a VERY rude way. Nice big store located near the Ontario Mills. You can see it as you take the westbound exit of the 10 freeway. I like how nice and clean and organized it was, and of course, appreciated the $1 price tags on everything. I could get many things much cheaper for my daughter's upcoming baby shower. Maybe less choices, but definitely worth checking out before you spend the big bucks at the nearby Party City for streamers, plates, party favors, and some decorations. read more

Worst customer service ever. First their phone number is out of order and second the store manager Mike is not helpful. I went in to buy stuff and was not packed everything I bought. I tried calling the store but again the phone number is disconnected. I went back the following day to talk to the manager and explained what had happened and he treated me like I was lying and said he put everything in my bags when that was untrue. The cashier I think her name was Danielle was so extremely rude! She even got into a yelling argument with my family. She was rude and obnoxious and being loud and ghetto in front of customers. The assistant manager did nothing she went to go get the manager that was hiding in the back. Could clearly hear her employee getting loud but nope she just hid in the back. I was just at this location, and as expected, there a few people in the store. The lines at the checkout were long, and another customer asked if they had anymore people who could open a register. The manager, Jenn, came out and was on her phone, a call which sounded personal, and was on her phone for about 10 minutes while the lines continued to get longer. At some point to work to help someone with the return. Not that I was trying to eavesdrop, but the conversation became very animated. Jenn did not act like management at all. She was rude, belligerent, condescending, and made a scene. I did not hear the beginning of the conflict, but I was not impressed with how it was handled. Probably the cleanest store & most helpful staff a Dollar Tree store ever had. It's nicely located next to Joann's and Toys R Us. Plenty of parking. Big location and it's pretty much fully stocked. The inside is clean and nicely lit. I'd recommend coming here to purchase things to do projects on Pinterest and/or small art projects. The staff here are pretty awesome. I went in when it was pretty slow but they still treated each customer with value. The cashier was busy putting air in the birthday balloons to tie it in the front of the store. But when I walked by, she quickly stopped what she was doing & ran over to help me. She asked about my experience & if I was satisfied with my shopping experience. This a pretty nice dollar tree but the cashier that was there the other was amazing ! I don't know her name but she had curly hair and glasses. I'm a firm believer in the employees make or break a business. She was bubbly and personable. She was greeting every customer at the register with a smile and hello. They had almost everything I need in life... Shampoo, conditioner, snacks, drinks, toys, party essentials, almost anything I can think of.. The workers were also very friendly. This dollar tree is the best! Everything you could possibly need for $1.00. We needed to pick up some items needed for our hotel stay. Such as paper plates, etc. and was in search of a wine opener and voila we didn't have to search far. This dollar tree is awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful they want to make sure you find everything you may need. This store is right up the street from the hotel we were staying at. Hey this was better than going to Walmart. They had everything we needed and was only a dollar each. They also carry Sixpack of water at a dollar. I've been waiting for this store to open! Yes, they took some of my wonderful Joann's Fabrics store that is to the east of it. *sigh* Oh, well. Now, I can shop at 2 of my favorite stores at 1 location! Yeah! If you have been to some of the DTs in the area, this is HUGE! It is almost as big, if not comparable to the West Covina DT. This is definitely the CLEANEST DT because it is so brand-spanking new! The carts aren't mussed up with sticky products of yester-year, and the baskets aren't missing handles or bottoms. Just give it a couple more months... I have to also mention that this location has very nice and competent staff. Most DTs do, but these folks really take pride in their store. So to all of you slobs out there: Don't go messing it up for the rest of us! You can't really complain about a store that has everything for a dollar. Come here for basics needs around the house or for crafts, bday parties and holidays. I have found fruit of the loom shirts for my son once, & decent nail polishes. You really should just browse each isle to see what they have each visit. Super great place! We found this little Dollar Tree right next to Joanne's. They are extremely clean and very big for a Dollar Tree. They have a HUGE selection of items... from food to makeup to cleaning supplies. If you need to save money, this place is definitely a bargain. I love coming here to get random things that I didn't know I needed! Great for office supplies, goodie bags for children's parties, kitchenware, and pantry items. I recently found out that they sell spices now! Which is pretty cool because you can get them for a dollar instead of $3 or more at a grocery store. The associates are extremely nice and helpful, especially Remy! The store is neat which makes it really easy to find things. For some reason these stores tend to only have ONE cashier. During my last visit here, there was a line of about 8 customers waiting to pay. A second employee comes out, takes the "next customer" in line at the register next to the long line. I was behind this "next customer" and as most customers follow him to that register thinking "yay, they opened the other register". Well rudely enough the employee refused to ring up my items stating " Im only helping with one customer"...WTF? A line of customers waiting and he was only ringing one up and was asking me to get in the line AGAIN, after I had already lost my spot because i figured he was actually going to do his job and help the young lady with the lone of customers. I told him how are you asking me to get back in line knowing I have to go to the back of an already long line!?? He insisted he was only ringing one customer up. Rude and inconsiderate, left my items at the register and walked out. Took my business else where. read more
