Love this location! Not too crowded. Lots of parking. Great employees and an easy shopping experience.

Being able to walk up the register at a Dollar Tree is remarkable. I didn't browse the whole store, because I was on a time crunch and just went in to get exactly what I wanted. From what I came across, the areas I went to were in tact and items were neat. Dollar Tree is my store, I just dreaded going to the one in Riverside, because the lines were ALWAYS long. Hope I can continue to experience short to lines at this one. read more

I wanted to make money bouquet that I saw on the social media. This is my second floral foam purchase after so many years. There are several different floral shapes and sizes. I just couldn't make up my mind as last time I made it smaller. You can actually cut the shape to your liking. I also purchased one package of bamboo sticks and one cone shape foam, but they were too big. I was able cut some of the edges off to make a shape. Then stick in the bamboo sticks with a crisp new $2 bill taped to the bamboo stick. Then I wrapped it and added decor I got from the Amazon. It took me about half hour. Viola! And it came out beautifully! The staff was friendly, and the service was great. read more

This is my favorite store since specially now since there's no 99 cent store it's in a good area it's not in a busy area so they have enough traffic but not multiply traffic where you have less theft read more

Been a customer for years. Today I heard the manager Sasha yelling an employee from an aisle over telling him she was writing him up for having to leave and complaining. Very unprofessional and would not respond when I called. No employee should be made to feel that bad when they are working stocking shelves in a full store read more

The quarter machine took my $.50 and I didn't get my alien toy that I paid for they scammed me for my money. Do not come here.

This is a pretty clean stocked dollar tree. However, I just walked out of the store and the manager was really unprofessional talking about one of her employees Jackie, who doesn't talk to her about her schedule, now there's no reason I should know that information about Jackie. I work in management I completely understand her frustration with the issue, I just think those conversations can happen not in front of customers and behind closed doors where belongs. read more

I was just at this dollar tree 10-20 mins ago and the line was long which is fine I don't mind waiting but once another register was opened, I'm assuming it was a manger. She was extremely rude. She called over some customers and a few followed and I guess she was bothered that people went into her line they she used the intercom to very loudly say that she would only call one customer at a time in a VERY rude way. I don't believe that this is the proper way to treat your customers. read more

*** updated review, when a back-up cashier opens to help the long line, he/ she takes one customer at a time! All customers need to stay in the same line, until it's their turn. Have patience. This store is understaffed! If you know any hardworking person, who lives around the area, and is looking for a job, please tell them to apply ONLINE for this location. Thank you! Also, most of the stocking gets done on Thursdays-Saturdays, IF THEIR TRUCK ARRIVES ON TIME!!! THEIR TRUCK IS SOMETIMES POSTPONED DUE TO DRIVER FATIGUE. read more

Yes it's is hard to rate a store like this......buuut they sell my favorite rockstars for a buck for that reason alone 5 stars

Nice big store located near the Ontario Mills. You can see it as you take the westbound exit of the 10 freeway. I like how nice and clean and organized it was, and of course, appreciated the $1 price tags on everything. I could get many things much cheaper for my daughter's upcoming baby shower. Maybe less choices, but definitely worth checking out before you spend the big bucks at the nearby Party City for streamers, plates, party favors, and some decorations. read more

Great store, they almost always have what I need...a little crowded but that's ok. The people working are helpful & most importantly cheerful. My one request for my visit today. Turn on your light!!! ‍ read more

Worst customer service ever. First their phone number is out of order and second the store manager Mike is not helpful. I went in to buy stuff and was not packed everything I bought. I tried calling the store but again the phone number is disconnected. I went back the following day to talk to the manager and explained what had happened and he treated me like I was lying and said he put everything in my bags when that was untrue. NEVER shopping at this location again. read more

The cashier I think her name was Danielle was so extremely rude! She even got into a yelling argument with my family. She was rude and obnoxious and being loud and ghetto in front of customers. The assistant manager did nothing she went to go get the manager that was hiding in the back. Could clearly hear her employee getting loud but nope she just hid in the back. I've never been to a store that allowed their employees to speak to customers that way. read more

Probably the cleanest store & most helpful staff a Dollar Tree store ever had. It's nicely located next to Joann's and Toys R Us. Plenty of parking. Big location and it's pretty much fully stocked. The inside is clean and nicely lit. I'd recommend coming here to purchase things to do projects on Pinterest and/or small art projects. The staff here are pretty awesome. I went in when it was pretty slow but they still treated each customer with value. The cashier was busy putting air in the birthday balloons to tie it in the front of the store. But when I walked by, she quickly stopped what she was doing & ran over to help me. She asked about my experience & if I was satisfied with my shopping experience. Really like this Dollar Store location! read more

This a pretty nice dollar tree but the cashier that was there the other was amazing ! I don't know her name but she had curly hair and glasses. I'm a firm believer in the employees make or break a business. She was bubbly and personable. She was greeting every customer at the register with a smile and hello. I almost wanted to tip her for making my day. This dollar tree has a good selection of products. It's great for paper party goods, holiday decor , and small kitchen gadgets. I love the greeting card selection . You can't beat two cards for a dollar ! They are my go to place for any gift wrap merchandise! Why spend more for something that is equally as cute and that People are just going to rip open . read more

This Dollar Tree was well-stocked and organized when I was there on a Friday evening. I intended on buying just a few items, but because of the great value, I couldn't pass up purchasing more stuff! The cashier was warm and friendly. Well-stocked, organized, great value, and great customer service...I couldn't ask for more! read more

I had never been to a store where they refused to sell me something. I tried to purchase balloons from them and employee, advised by the manager said that they did not have time to blow balloons as they were understaffed. I would have understood if he had told me it was going to take some time, but that was not the case. He did not ask me to wait, which I would have. He completely rejected my business. Not a good business practice. read more

I had a job interview today (November 5th 2018) at 9am with John it didn't seem right as soon as walked in the first thing his said was I COMPLETELY FORGOT YOU WERE COMING IN TODAY and he couldn't find my application that I filled out it didn't seem to professional for a manager read more

I was just at this location, and as expected, there a few people in the store. The lines at the checkout were long, and another customer asked if they had anymore people who could open a register. The manager, Jenn, came out and was on her phone, a call which sounded personal, and was on her phone for about 10 minutes while the lines continued to get longer. At some point to work to help someone with the return. Not that I was trying to eavesdrop, but the conversation became very animated. Jenn did not act like management at all. She was rude, belligerent, condescending, and made a scene. I did not hear the beginning of the conflict, but I was not impressed with how it was handled. Jenn definitely needs to be better trained in customer service and people skills. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Sometimes "dollar stores" can be deceiving... Sometimes things maybe actually like $3 or $4. I mean that's not a whole lot, but I'd expect a dollar store to sell products for $1. I stumbled upon this little convenient store the first day I arrived in California and it ecstatic!! Literally EVERYTHING there cost $1, sometimes even cheaper. it's literally the best thing ever!! They had almost everything I need in life... Shampoo, conditioner, snacks, drinks, toys, party essentials, almost anything I can think of.. The workers were also very friendly. The girl at the cashier had a lot of energy while we cashed out at the cashier. I bought 24 items and only spent about $25. Definitely worth it and saves you a lot of money! If they had a Dollar Tree in Hawaii I would always go there! read more

I scored some XMAS wrap here cheaper than at Walmart and Target!!! Hello it was Disney Christmas Wrap and it was $3 cheaper for the same size than at Target or Walmart!!!! Go for the prices!!! I like Lucie she asked if I needed help so she made me feel like I matter...ha ha ha...it is a dollar tree store what could go wrong!

This dollar tree is the best! Everything you could possibly need for $1.00. We needed to pick up some items needed for our hotel stay. Such as paper plates, etc. and was in search of a wine opener and voila we didn't have to search far. This dollar tree is awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful they want to make sure you find everything you may need. This store is right up the street from the hotel we were staying at. Hey this was better than going to Walmart. They had everything we needed and was only a dollar each. They also carry Sixpack of water at a dollar. I definitely would return to this location if needed. Thank-you! read more

I've been waiting for this store to open! Yes, they took some of my wonderful Joann's Fabrics store that is to the east of it. *sigh* Oh, well. Now, I can shop at 2 of my favorite stores at 1 location! Yeah! If you have been to some of the DTs in the area, this is HUGE! It is almost as big, if not comparable to the West Covina DT. This is definitely the CLEANEST DT because it is so brand-spanking new! The carts aren't mussed up with sticky products of yester-year, and the baskets aren't missing handles or bottoms. Just give it a couple more months... I have to also mention that this location has very nice and competent staff. Most DTs do, but these folks really take pride in their store. So to all of you slobs out there: Don't go messing it up for the rest of us! Let the staff have their honeymoon of newness before the Halloween and sequential holiday season over-takes their brief happy haze. Happy discount shopping! read more

You can't really complain about a store that has everything for a dollar. Come here for basics needs around the house or for crafts, bday parties and holidays. I have found fruit of the loom shirts for my son once, & decent nail polishes. You really should just browse each isle to see what they have each visit. This particular store is smaller than others and is very clean and organized. read more

Super great place! We found this little Dollar Tree right next to Joanne's. They are extremely clean and very big for a Dollar Tree. I really enjoyed the customer service and just how clean and organized they maintain the store. Definitely coming back for holiday shopping! read more

Horrible customer service . Messy ! Always too over crowded.I wen the other day and there was only one employee, no one was monitoring how many customers coming in/out , no one was cleaning /sanitizing . I love coming here to get random things that I didn't know I needed! Great for office supplies, goodie bags for children's parties, kitchenware, and pantry items. I recently found out that they sell spices now! Which is pretty cool because you can get them for a dollar instead of $3 or more at a grocery store. The associates are extremely nice and helpful, especially Remy! The store is neat which makes it really easy to find things. They do have a cash back option when checking out, but there's a dollar fee. I'll be back! read more
