Went here today for the first time. The aisles were wide and shelves were fully stocked. They have more selections in each aisle. I love it. I usually shop at the Rialto store. I'll definitely be coming to the one in Fontana, much better options. read more

This is my go to grocery store, the deals are great the store is always clean and stocked and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I don't want to bury the lead because I will be telling a story. The point of this story is Grocery Outlet in Fontana on Slover have two amazing people working there: Karen who is an absolute delight. She's one of those people that has a smile in her voice and just makes you feel good hearing her speak. Sam who is the same. How refreshing it is to talk to people who seem to really care about the customer and make me smile. Thanks you guys I was searching for Frozen Chicken Thighs today to make sure they were in stock. I love DoorDash because I can find the lowest price. Well, I called the Grocery Outlet in Rialto (for some reason that is the one that comes up for me even though I live in Fontana) . The first time they put me on hold without answering. The second time a gentleman answered and I started talking "frozen chicken thighs," and he hung up on me. I know I can be boring ‍ my sister tells me that all the time. How do I jazz up my delivery to keep the butcher from hanging up on me? I realized I could change stores, that Fontana has a Grocery Outlet! Yippee! That is when I Karen answered and went to look, then Sam picked up and went to look too. Guess what folks? Love this store, it's stayed consistent! Clean, friendly staff, good selection! Great parking, wonderful prices, easy access, fantastic hours! The only time I don't come to this store is when I'm too far away from it! You'll love this store as much as I do if you give it a chance! I attended a community fundraiser at Grocery Outlet in Fontana. I had been here a few times before but never really had the time to shop. I met the owner and the outreach person Karen. She was very friendly. There was a person from a local school who was there handing out bags to families to promotes the store and that their school will get a percentage of the sales as a fundraiser. I really liked that idea. It's not common anymore for stores to support like this. It's usually just a gift card of some sort. Back to the store... there were so many brands that were truly good bargains. I found Hello Kitty ramen that's usually more than $2 for 99 cents and Prime drinks for 99 cents. And they have organic produce that is priced so affordable.... Oh and wine Wednesdays.... Need I say more. One of the workers told me about it. They have sales every Wednesday on wine and they have a great selection. There's a wide variety of artisan beers. If you have one in your neighborhood stop by and check them out. But I highly recommend the Fontana one. read more

I'm really disappointed , I always shop at this store today they have an item with the wrong sign price When they charged me, I told the cashier the price was wrong. She call the manager, and the manager told me there were no refunds. When I asked her what she was talking about, they were charging me a different price than the sign. She ended up issuing the refund after an argument. I think she needs more training on decision-making and how to talk to customers. read more

Great stock better prices. than other stores .extra clean better location. Lighted parking lot .no bums blocking entrance.

I shop at this location often, which is usually a pleasant experience. However, that was not the case today. I walked up to the register, preparing to check out, and said "hello" to the cashier. She didn't acknowledge me or say hello back. I told myself, "Okay, whatever," and I let it go. I started placing my items on the conveyor belt; I had two items left to put on the belt when the lady behind me decided to go past and checkout on my register. The cashier then placed my checkout process on hold and served the lady who cut in line. I was baffled; I usually don't encounter people who are this rude and unprofessional. I left the store and went to another location. Later, I called and asked to speak to a manager. The same cashier answered the phone, put me on hold, and asked me to "call back in an hour to speak to the manager." I have no idea what's happening at this location, but someone needs to correct this behavior. read more

Omg I hardly ever do any reviews... I was so excited when I heard this store was coming to my city and it's finally here. It has met by far more of my expectations.. let's start by how nice the cashiers greet you as you enter the door, they all make you feel so welcomed. The girl who was up front suggested me to get on their instagram to save me $5 and I sure did!! I love saving!! The store's layout is so beautiful they have everything organized and filled up & all the freshest produce you can find here!! Thank you grocery outlet Fontana for coming to my city..
