He was friendly, patient, understanding, professional, and truly listened to what we were looking for. It felt like having a personal stylist! Eli took the time to bring several styles and sizes directly to the fitting room and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Today on January 20, 2024 I was helped by Hannah. Hannah has a lovely personality and a kind heart. She went out of her way to greet me and guide me through the store despite my gigantic stroller lol. She gave me her suggestions and started my fitting room while I was shopping around. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but her suggestions lead me to my new favorite pair of jeans. Buckle does not stand by it's products. Ordered a shirt online and followed the care instructions. It shrunk two sizes and they will not take it back for an exchange. Shirt underneath is a normal large from one of their shirts. Shirt on top was a large and is now a medium to small. read more

I called and put an item on hold before Christmas for a gift. I drove 30min there. Sat in 15 minutes of mall traffic. Walked through crowds of people during a pandemic. Got to the front and was told that they sold my item to someone 5 minutes earlier. Management offered me free "overnight" shipping, which actually meant 2 days later. Corporate wasn't any better. The ladies who work here are phenomenal! I went in looking for a pair of jeans, which is not an easy task for me as I have a smaller waist with semi-muscular/larger legs. These girls, especially Hannah, all pitched in to help me find the perfect jeans! All of them continuously brought different styles to try on and even brought a few shirts for me to try with them. After going through a ton of jeans, we found the perfect ones. I'd like to make it clear that all of the jeans they sell there are great, it's just difficult to find the right ones that fit my shape. I ended up walking out with a few items that the girls helped me out with and I can't wait to wear them. The quality is great and the prices are fair. The customer service here overall is amazing, I don't think I've ever had such an awesome experience at a clothing store with employees who genuinely wanted to help me out. read more

I have been an avid buckle shopper for the last 2 years but this last visit really set in stone why I will not be coming back to this store. I have been to this store a total of 5 times, only one time did I have a good experience. I'm not sure if it's the location that has turned the employees into snobs or just plane out made them rude. But today I was helped by a girl named Shay I want to say. She was chit chatting with another girl and when I asked her for help with something she got a little snappy. And I showed a picture of some jeans on my phone I had saved from the website. She told me they didn't have any here in store and the same with a handful of other items. After I told her I was looking for a certain style jean she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. And when I asked for another size she acted like it was a huge inconvenience through the jeans over the door and walked away. Whenever I asked about something's in the store she wouldn't give me a straight answer. I've never been in a store with such poor customer service. I have no problem with waiting till I go to Louisiana to head up to the buckle at Prien Lake mall or order online. The customer service at this location is not worth the drive at all. read more

this is a jeans specialty store if you did not know. Which I didn't. The staff is so knowledgeable about the variety of jeans they have (high end jeans at that) but can tell you what will look best on you and why. They can explain the process in which the jeans are made, why the fabric was chosen, why you need to purchase an actual size that you feel is too small ( because in about 2 hrs. they will stretch due to the small percent of spandex built in, that they will be just right ) by the time you need to show off your sassy new jeans. Love this spot, they are patient, I took about 2 hrs buying about 3 pair of jeans and 2 pair of shorts...all of which make me look crazy skinny, sexy and comfortable. Buckle is one of my favorites, and just might be for you if: - you need help in the fashion department (the girls will assemble endless outfits for you!) - you like more unique things (they carry items of different material / fabric, and go well with layering) - jeans are your thing.... the jeans here are fabulous! My first Buckle experience was in Missoula, Montana, where my mom grew up. we spent every summer there and that's where i did my school shopping. then, FINALLY, they opened a Buckle in Lynnwood, Washington, near my hometown. My bestfriend and i made a tradition to collect as many gift cards for christmas as possible and go crazy buying jeans from The Buckle. since i moved down to LA, my bestfriend made the trip to SoCal so we could spend some good times together and go to The Buckle. this Buckle is nothing less than what i have expected and have received at the other stores. you tell them size and style you prefer then you just get to spend your time trying on jeans after jeans. i love it. i love jeans. and i love buying my jeans here. they will tailor them for free too. not too mention their awesome layaway plan if you get excited and pick out one of the really expensive pair or several middle priced pairs (like i have done). their customer service is great. always super friendly and not pushy. read more

I still wear miss me, and they have a variety, and the tailoring is free, and believe me, when you're vertically challenged, that's a huge savings. $$$$$$ saving $$$$$$$ makes me happy. The story always has a positive vibe. The management, and staff are awesome. They are always eager to help you with anything. I have never been disappointed with the service, and selection here. Their accessories are perfect. They offer a punch card ( rewards card ) I almost always fill one up at each shopping visit. They do have a nice mens selection as well. I love the Buckle...please don't get me wrong. I love the customer service in these stores and how they try to personalize your visit. Well this store didn't provide that. Maybe it's because I'm wearing comfy clothes and a hoodie...I perhaps gave the the impression I can't afford to shop here...I'm not certain what it was. My boyfriend and I walked in and there was a group of associates "folding" clothes. They "greeted" us with a quick hi. That was it. Not a "how can I help you?", "is there something I can help you find". More customers came in after us, of the lighter skin tone and these associates attacked them like car sales people. It's frustrating because I'm ready to spend money but apparently, Buckle isn't wanting any part of that. read more

Came in today to look for some jeans. I originally didn't think I'd find any my style because all I saw where bedazzled ones. Whatever right. I was there with my mum and she decided to look for some shirts for my 6'8" brother who only wears black. The salesgirl did a great job finding several options that were long enough for him that were his style. Then she asks me about anything for me and I told her what type of jeans I wanted and she found me several pairs. I would have bought more if I wasn't still in the process of losing baby weight. She even gave me somewhere to sit to feed my baby when she started yelling for food. I loved they have longer inseams so not only can my brother get pants from here but so can my husband. The Buckle has always been my favorite spot for jeans. My wallet has been thanking me for moving to an island where we do not have The Buckle, however I concur. The Buckle jeans whether it's Rock Religion, Miss Me, Big Star, or BKE they are all amazing! They fit snug, yet comfortable. They make almost anyone have beautiful curves. I ordered some jeans online while I was on vacation and of course with my short torso and "softball thighs" they do not fit. Ugh. Scrambling to find a store the day before I head back to the island I come to Victoria Gardens. It's one of my favorite shopping places! Well the manager here, Mark? (Excuse me if my memory failed me on your name) Mark gave me the best treatment I've had in a store. Not only did he get me several pair of jeans that would fit (better style), but he also had me try one of the ones I needed to exchanged and ordered it via phone with a small shipping surcharge.
