I went into SOMA for the first time, and it was truly a great experience! I recently lost weight and was having a hard time finding my new bra size, but Leah was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She sized me and made sure the bras I purchased fit me perfectly. I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and Leah's willingness to take the time to help me find what worked best for me. I highly recommend Leah to anyone shopping at SOMA! Thank you again, Leah, for making my first experience so wonderful! read more

Sandra at this Soma store is the best! Cane in for an exchange and not only did she greet me promptly, she measured me, ushered me into a fitting room and got the right size for me with just a quick look at the bra. Amazing! She really knows her products! She also persuaded me to get 2 more since they were on BOGO and found me a better replacement for one since she found some pilling on one. She looked up my account and looked up any other deals I had and tried to encourage me to buy $30 more to be able to use a discount. When I said I was ok she didn't pressure me which I appreciated. She bagged them all in the cutest perfect bra bag. Most importantly, she asked me for my name, said it surprisingly perfectly, and remembered it when I left and thanked me by name! She is the model of perfect customer service. read more

I was in the store today and needed help with sizing of bras and fittings. It was somewhat difficult to get the right bra and took awhile but could not have done it with the help of Genevieve. She was such a big help, very patient, and knowledgeable. Wish there were more store clerks like her. read more

Thank you for the amazing service yesterday! My mom and I definitely needed a refresh on bras and undies and I'm so sorry for not getting your name but I believe it was around 2:30 when we left so shout out to you for your help! We had a great experience and even left with some PJs :) you're the best will definitely be coming back in soon read more

I have the fortunate experience of needing new bras because of weight loss. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and Jocel offered to help me. Without much difficulty we were able to select a new sports bra that I wore home. Side benefit : $5 off for donating my old bra. No more droopy boobs for me. Thank you Jocel! read more

Came here for my last stop to get a Christmas gift. 8:40 and the doors are already locked. The store shouldn't close until 9. Someone is standing in the store by the register but won't even look towards the door. Very annoying. read more

I was a good customer for years but after today I will never buy from any Soma. Their customer service is terrible. I know a couple other people who will not shop with Soma again either. So there must be many more. I went to "exchange" 2 items for the exact items but different sizes. The clerk returned the two and then starts to charge me for the exchanged items. She was about to charge me $83 for a $42 item that I was about to buy, but I ended up going out of the store with nothing. That location has never had friendly employees. Not sure about other locations. I am done with Soma. Horrible experience. I did speak with customer service at the 866 area code and she resolved the issue, although I still feel the same about the Rancho Cucamonga location and the employee, named Siana, associate number 00000173600, that tried to charge for for just the exchange. read more

Went on Wednesday! Berniece helped me find what I needed! Did proper measurements and explained what I needed to look for in a well fitted strapless bra. Another store had my fit all wrong! Like 3 sizes too small! I was so happy that I referred my friend who went in that same day and spent a couple hundred dollars!!! I won't go anywhere else again! read more

Just wow! The customer service here is AWESOME! my friend and I came in for a bra fitting and Janelle (I hope i am spelling it right) attended us. She gave us an accurate bra fitting and let us try out different bras until we found the right fits. She made sure we felt comfortable and was super attentive and she taught us some things about bra wear that we never knew about! The bras here are so comfy, great quality, and super cute! We both left with 2 bras and we can't wait to come back to buy more! They also offered a deal since we spending over a certain amount which was a huge plus! After being to multiple places like Victoria secret, Macys, and other stores and I can say I felt the most welcomed here and will be back! read more

I went to Soma with two of my friends and Kami helped us all find perfect bras. We had a wonderful experience and they had a great selection in stock for us to choose from. We will definitely be back. read more

Not the experience I was expecting. I made an appointment for a fitting, when I arrived and checked in a women fitted me and sent me in a fitting room with 3 different bras and then never came back. Never checked how they were fitting, how I liked them, how they were looking, absolutely nothing. My mother tried finding this women and never found her. We did however find Jane who was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She helped me find bras that fit my breast size perfectly and was very positive. I'm not entirely sure what the appointment was for if I was just left and forgotten. I want to also specify that although they were having a large sale and were telling people they were busy and understaffed, there was only 5 other customers and 2 associates on cashier, and 4 associates assisting customers at this time. Although I did like the few bras I purchased I don't think I would like to return as besides Jane no other sales associate seemed helpful, or pleasant. read more

I didn't catch the name of the lady working today, January 3rd about 11 am. She was alone but she managed to help out all the customers that came in and out while I was there. I took my teen for a fitting. She was very helpful and efficient. Even though my daughter didn't find exactly what she was looking for, she now knows her correct sizing. Appreciate the very friendly help this sales lady gave us today. Will be back for the great customer service. read more

I have always had bra problems since a breast augmentation back in 2008. I always thought that Victoria Secret was the only place to fit my DDD's the most comfortable fit. My husband told me about Soma at VG Mall. We went in and Linda had helped me and measured me perfect and knew exactly what bra I would need to help support these watermelons:( I bought that one and fell in love. She was very nice and helpful & patient with me. Highly recommend Soma and Linda was Great. She was very helpful and made me feel good about myself again. Soma has high quality apparel and will buy again. Thanks Linda! read more

Been in there 2 times and both times I was treated like I owned the place. You tell them your size and the know exactly what to get you. If you don't know your size they find it quickly and do the same thing. I've got a large chest for my patients figure so I can't shop at Victoria's Secret, but Soma is the same for women who do t fit their sizes. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Every woman working in that store is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. read more

I brought my elderly mother into this store and it seemed no one was interested in assisting us but then came up to us a very happy saleslady name Linda. She smiled and greeted us with such a warm welcome. She took my mother with care and brought her exactly what she needed. It is so wonderful to know that there are still good natured people out there that don't have judgement against anyone and treats everyone with a smile and kindness. Linda will be my mom's go to per person for now on. So thankful to have found her she makes going to this store well worth it. My sister and her friends are looking forward to come and visit this store and hope to get to meet Linda she's definitely one of a kind. You won't be disappointed, her customer service is outstanding. read more

I just had my first experience at Soma! Lisa, Tiffany, and everyone else were extremely pleasant and helpful!! I was greeted immediately. It is a small store with wonderful clothing. The women were not your average pushy sales people. They were helpful and I felt like I was shopping with friends. I highly recommend this store. The clothing can be expensive, but you get what you pay for. They earned a lifetime customer. read more

My daughter bought me a sleepwear set for Christmas. It was a size too large for me, so I went in to make an even exchange for the same exact set which was on the rack at full price. The clerk asked me for her phone number to look up the order and if she made an "account". Being that she did not make an "account", the clerk told me that they would only exchange for the lowest value of the pieces. The same thing was on the rack at full value! Bottom line, she wanted me to pay $43 out of pocket to exchange for the same exact thing. I will never shop there ever again. This is nonsense. read more

I think the sales associate was named Twila. She was super helpful. My daughter really needed a lot of assistance and tried on about 15 bras. Found the two that made her feel wonderful and they were BOGO 50%. Best teen bra shopping experience ever. read more

I am a new customer. The sales ladies are more mature. They are very friendly and helpful. They corrected I should wear C-cup plus an extension instead of D-cup. I grew up with Pink Victoria Secrets. When Summer comes, I return to Soma to select a new bra. read more

Went in today because a friend had informed me they were having a semiannual sale, and ended up not being disappointed one bit! They have such an array of bras and their customer service is excellent. The young lady, Hayden, who helped me was nothing short of hospitable, caring, and patient. I went in just to look at the discounted items and ended up with an enticing lift balconette in mochachinno that wasn't a part of the sale, but it didn't matter because I feel so confident in it. Hayden made me feel really comfortable and answered any question I had. I will definitely be returning and referring my friends to this location! read more

I received great friendly service from Lisa and associates at this store. She measured me and gave me great bra options. They were not pushy saleswomen and were very informative. I learned a lot! I ended up buying 2 bras and a breathable pajama shirt for under $100. I'll be back for sure. read more

Best bra buying experience I ever. I needed a fitting and lots of guidance and I was not disappointed. My salesperson Katie was very knowledgeable and found 4 styles to fit my needs. The bras were perfectly fitted, comfortable, and were so pretty! The prices are similar to other retailers if this type and the quality seems better to me than many others. Best of all, they were having a sale! I got everything I needed and saved a ton. I will definitely return. Not sure I can ever buy a bra from anyone else ever again. read more

I was referred to this place by a friend. I don't usually do reviews about apparel stores, however I am decided to, after the amazing service I got while shopping here. Let me first say, I was nervous because I cannot ever seem to find the right bra. Right when I walked into this store, Katie welcomed me and offered to help. She sized me, showed me their different styles, explained them all and helped me order the ones they did not have in store. She was friendly, informative and kind throughout my shopping. She made all the difference in my experience. Thank you and I can't wait to wear what I bought! read more

I went into this Soma with my children on a Sunday afternoon and the store was not busy at all. I am a Nordstrom shopper for my intimate apparel needs, however, I thought I would give this place a try since I have heard they measure just like Nordie's. I proceeded to browse the store and was looking at some underwear and not once was I asked if I needed help. I am not exactly sure why no one greeted, but I did not hear anything from their sales reps. After 10 minutes of browsing and pondering purchasing underwear I got frustrated and left. I will not be back. Sorry Soma you just lost a customer. I give this place one year at Victoria Gardens and they will be gone. Customers want service if they are going to spend money. I will go back to Nordie's or a specialty store where customer service is key. read more

I visited the store earlier this week and had a great experience. I'm a pretty self sufficient customer and I don't need all the hoopla or to be treated like a princess when I walk in. I was in need of multiple bras and wanted to be sized since it was my first time shopping with them. A woman named Eden immediately helped me. She asked me what I was looking for in a bra and explained what I wanted and needed and she came back with three different styles. I liked two of the three and requested them in nudes and blacks. She was very thorough, explained how each style worked and what it provided, and recommended great bras that gave me what I wanted but also looked cute. I also bought some sleepwear and they had some of the softest material! I also happened to come when they were all on sale!!! Soma is more of an upscale, elegant lingerie store. Don't expect Victoria secret, heavily padded, crotchless panties here lol you will find lovely pieces for regular sized breasted women and sizes for much fuller women - which I absolutely love! read more

I just want to give a HUGE thank-you to Eden. I had never been to Soma before and I wasn't sure what size I would be, or what style would fit me best. She took the time to listen to everything I wanted, and hand picked bras for me to try on. She explained the pro's and con's of each bra and gave her honest opinions. This is something that I would love to see in every customer service experience I have! I will be coming back! P.S. I LOVE the two bras I purchased. read more

Everytime I walk in here I am warmly greeted by the manager Twila and the rest of her team. They go above and beyond to help me find the right bras and other intimates. I went in on Monday 8/15/16 My first visit I was greeted by a very friendly employee and she let me know she was training a sales person. I had no problem with that because they were very nice and professional!! They measured me and I tried on 4 bras and ended up purchasing 2 $54.00 bras. The next day I wore one for a few hours... but it really bothered my side and my front, the wires were pinching me. I went to exchange them on 8/18/16 I was totally surprised by how rude they were and not letting me exchange or return the worn one. I asked for the manager and they said she was not in. Needless to say Another sales person came in and said I could exchange only after I thru a fit and explained it was defected. I had to ask for the customer service # the DM # and the Store Manager #. Once I said that the last lady who walked in to help out said she was the Manager. I will never return to that store !! Worst service ever on helping guest. They got one star for the first visit. read more
