Although I have never set foot in this store, the owner deserves a solid FIVE star rating. I live down in Florida and learned about this swimwear company through IG. I have been a customer now for almost a year and am very impressed with not only the quality of the suits, but also the customer service. The suits in the pictures don't give them justice once you see them in person and on! I have only had to exchange a piece, whether it be the top or the bottom, twice, and have NEVER had any issues. Diane has been on top of it as always. It's a fast and easy transaction. I even needed a different size top to exchange and she ended up making one out of the left over material she had and was in the mail the very next day. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these suits and am officially addicted. They fit great and are so cute and sexy. Not only does she sell suits and do custom orders for what you want, I just ordered the cutest jumper. I happened to see it on their IG and immediately contacted her through IG messenger. She messaged me within minutes along with photos of the different jumpers she had available. Boom...ordered and in the mail the same day! Whaaaat?!?! I HIGHLY recommend getting your suits here. I won't be buying from anywhere else since I found Fede Swimwear. Besides, swimsuits are like shoes, sunglasses, and purses.... My negative review is based on their business practices. Fede Swimwear posted an Instagram contest for Breast Cancer Awareness month. We were to share what it meant to us and the winners would receive a pink Fede swimsuit. I won! They shared my picture and told me to message them my address and they would make the suit to size. After some time I followed up saying I had not received anything. The person respond told me they would check the tracking and get back with me. I never heard back. I again sent a message only for it to be ignored. In my original communication I explained that the package could have never been delivered as I have cameras outside of my house. I think it's really unfortunate they treat their consumers like this. I feel they have exploited a cause near and dear to my heart. My friends and I will no longer be purchasing from this company. read more

I've been getting my bikinis from Fede for years and have loved them ALL!! Due to a tummy tuck scar I am super self conscious about, I have opted to go the custom route and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations. Their prices for custom are comparable for a suit off the rack from other places. Diana is super sweet and really takes her time in making sure I'm happy about my suit. She has even suggested I try items that I didn't think would suit me due to my scar but then am thrilled I listened to her. Haha. I just got a my first suit to start off the season and wore it to Miami and I got sooooo many compliments on my one-of-a-kind bikini!! Thank you Fede. You'll see me again really soon. Diana has been making my suits for a couple years now. She is a sweetheart to work with and pays attention to detail. Their swimwear is very high quality and I even wear some of my custom pieces to the gym(my swim top doubles as a sports bra) and for pole fitness competitions . So apparently the owner had my original review removed which was absolutely ridiculous! I didn't even say anything bad about them other then not being happy with my order. I even went as far as to give 3 stars. I guess this is means to be a little harsher. So instead of the owner actually contacting me and practicing good business she just goes to yelp to have my review removed. Where's the integrity in your product?!! I have now worn the suit several times and it's got strings hanging loose in several places on all 3 of my orders. CHEAP QUALITY HORRIBLE/NONEXISTENT customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THIS LADY! This is an absolute outrage the way she handles her business, I would have NEVER purchased from her had it not been for misleading YELP REVIEWS! I had started following on instagram after a couple friends had posted their bikinis. I had gone with a friend on a Sunday and it was nice that it was in the comfort of her home. The location wasn't too far from where we live and she was very sweet welcoming us. I'd recommend going in and shopping vs online because I noticed a lot more choices. We had custom bikinis made and were texted 3 days later saying they were complete. The bathing suit I ended up getting was the last one I tried on (tried at least 7 different styles) and I felt the most comfortable in! I can't wait to wear in Havasu in a couple of weeks and will continue to shop her for bikini needs. read more

Went to Fede Swimwear for the first time today on recommendation from my sister, and soooo glad I did. Diana is super sweet, there are "off the rack" bikinis you can buy as is, or you can create a custom suit for a really reasonable price. Diana is super helpful, recommends different styles and prints and she knows her inventory. I order two custom bikinis and can't wait to pick them up next week! Highly recommend! read more

I'm so disappointed in how I was treated by Diana. I came in early spring and bought 3 bikinis off the rack, and ordered 2 custom. I told her not to rush, and let her put my orders behind others since I lived nearby and could easily pick up at any time. My suits all fit, except the bottoms on one of my custom suits were too small, even though they were supposed to be the same size as the rest. I also paid extra to add fabric to a top. I waited a month for them to fix the bottoms, and when I went to pick them up, they fit the same! Diana talked me into taking them home to "stretch them out," even though I told her they were still too small. I felt terrible, but text her a few days later, asking her what could be done to fix the bottoms. She never responded. I waited a week, text her again. She let me know that it was against her policy to fix them since I had already taken them home! So, basically she talked me into taking them home so she wouldn't have to fix them! When I told her this, she said she was "too busy to fix them anyways, I would have to wait until after summer." Wait, what? I put my order in months ahead, paid cash in full for a custom item, and you can't make time to fix it? What is the point of buying "custom" if they don't insure it fits!? Not to mention they never gave me the other top I was paying extra to have altered. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, she just ignored my text messages. That is not only unprofessional, but it's just plain RUDE. I can't believe I was treated this way, especially since I had bought 5 items already this year, and referred her multiple other customers! Forewarning to future customers, Diana is sweet if you are paying cash from the rack, but if you have any issues with a custom order she will just ignore you since she already has your money. read more

I have been to this shop various times and every time I have left with a smile on my face and bikinis in my hand. Diana, the owner was extremely patient with me as I tried on nearly every bikini there. The next time that I went to shop there I ended up ordering a customized bikini. I absolutely love that you can customize your own bikini because that way you never have to worry about having the same bikini on as somebody else at a pool party.
