I was so used to mall prices that I really couldn't believe it. We got 3-4 articles of clothing for about $40 or maybe less, I was floored. And the styles and mannequins are dressed really well. The store is really easy to navigate and very clean. The way that the mannequins are styled makes finding clothes and outfits really easy. Elizabeth assisted us at the register, and she was so wonderful! She was really friendly and we had such a nice time chatting about random things. I look forward to coming back again soon!

My family and I stopped by yesterday after passing this place all the time. We wear a lot of…read moredickies, volcom, Levi's. etc. so l wanted to check out the prices and selection. As we were walking in, there were a couple of men walking out, saying bye to the guy at the register. No one greeted us, but I didn't think much of it at first. There's a decent selection of sweatshirts, flannels, work pants and some T-shirts. However, there were quite a few unmarked items with no price tag or signage on them. I also found a visibly stained/damaged white shirt hanging with the women's basics and some boxes with unpacked merchandise right under the racks. Kind of a messy vibe especially when it's a tight squeeze between the racks. We were the only 3 people in there-me, my husband and our kid. After about 5 mins the music shuts off and it's dead quiet in the store. I thought maybe the guy sitting at the front was just changing music but he just left it off. It was kinda weird, it felt like he was trying to listen to us to be honest BUT again I didn't think too deeply about it, Kept browsing. We got closer to the register to look at the clearanced tshirts. I glanced over at the guy at the register, I had some questions but when I saw that he was sitting at the counter with his hand up to the side of his face as if to send a message "don't bother me", I changed my mind. It started to feel very intentional that he turned the music off and literally seemed to be hiding his face from us, standing 5 feet away from him. He Didn't say a single word to us still, didn't even look in our direction. The vibe was so weird my husband and I were like ?? Let's just leave. We said "thank you" walking out, and he didn't even bother to look up or respond. After this experience I looked up other reviews because I couldn't shake the feeling that something was way off, and realized the same "rude guy" who's consistently mentioned in these bad reviews- is the same one who ignored us. Tbh I don't think this place is interested in EVERYONE'S business if you get what I mean. It seems there's some deeper issues going on here. I unfortunately now think it's important to mention that not everyone in my family is white or white-passing. I only find this to be interesting because the two men who were leaving the store and were chatting with the same guy- were either white or white passing. Idk if that has anything to do with why our experience was so bad but there are other reviews that seem to suggest it's very possible. Edit: My 6 year old also just informed me the employee was giving him dirty looks in the store. Idk wtf this guy's issue is but it's actually shocking the store is still in business. I guess only some customers get acknowledged and others might get either profiled or ignored completely. I guarantee there are better options nearby where the community can spend their money.

Long story short, I had to take my dress to another tailor and pay extra money to completely undo their work and redo the alterations. Our request was for very minor adjustments for my elopement wedding dress. We trusted them because they confidently promised us that the tailor has extensive experience with dresses as well as suits, and that he does a phenomenal job with wedding dresses. I asked for my shoulder straps to be taken in a little so that they don't fall completely off my shoulders (which had to be redone at another tailor), and for the slit to be closed by just a couple of inches. We paid $100 for this service. When I tried on the final product, I immediately knew something was wrong. The hip area was too tight and I had trouble pulling it up, when it had fit me perfectly around my waist and hips prior to the alteration. The shoulder strap was still long, and the slit was very awkwardly bunched up and the layers were messed up. This was very apparent to me and clearly something had gone wrong. But the owner kept saying that it looked perfectly fine, and that the tailor just sewed up the slit just like I had asked. He flipped the dress inside out to take a look at the stitching on the inside of the dress and said it looks perfectly fine. It did not look perfectly fine at all. The owner kept asking me to let them know what was wrong and how I would like for them to fix it. He was offering another round of alterations which was a nice gesture, but since they couldn't see what was clearly wrong with the dress, I didn't feel comfortable trusting them with another round of alterations with my wedding dress. We ended up taking the dress to another alteration shop in Irvine right away, and that tailor knew immediately what was wrong. He immediately called out that the dress was way too tight at the hips and that the slit was stitched very weirdly. The original slit was in the front, but the tailor had pulled it all the way to the side and sewn it up on the side for some reason. This was why it was so tight around the hips and the layers had lost their shape. The second tailor had to completely undo the stitches from the first tailor, and unfortunately this left holes. They're not very noticeable from afar but still a permanent damage to my wedding dress nonetheless. They gave my fiancé his shoes free of charge which was a kind gesture but I'm still really upset about my dress and how the situation was handled. Don't get me wrong, their service for my fiance's suit was great. Mr. Jorge knew exactly what his size was and the tailor did a great job with hemming his tuxedo pants. Just a warning to take your dress to a dress tailor.

Whole process from in to out the door couldn't have taken more than thirty minutes, and that was with juggling with a second customer. You can see how talented and passionate he is about his craft. On top of that the pricing is very affordable. I paid for a full outfit (jacket, shirt, tie, handkerchief, pants, shoes) and tailoring for less than what I was prepared to pay for the suit alone. Tailoring was also very quick too - even offered to get it done same day which is amazing for those needing a last minute outfit. I'll definitely be coming back for when I need more suits. I came in here because I wanted to see what was in this small little plaza, and I bumped into this cute little store. They barely just opened not awhile ago. The girl Stephanie who was working told me they will have more variety of prints for the custom shirts. She even told me they can do Gucci prints, Versace prints and other prints too. I was just curious because they had some out already, but they weren't in my size. I'm a size small and all they had were medium-plus sizes out. I love wearing shirts and pants in the house, so I'm always looking to buy more in other types of prints. I ended up buying a Buddha Jade pendant because it was so freaking cute, and as I get order I'm more obsessed with Jade and Gold. I asked Stephanie if she had any gold chains that can go with the pedant I was buying. She helped me picked out one, and helped me cut out this little ball that was dangling at the end cause the pendant was small. The dangling ball definitely won't go through it. She did a fantastic job even though she didn't have too. I honestly am not crafty, so I had to ask her to do it. I hope they get more items in this store. I will definitely be back. An associate asked if I'd like to check out a Nixon watch that I asked about. The Msrp was a lil high for me to buy it then, but he asked if I wanted to see if they could get me a discount. Normal Msrp was $425 and they ended up doing $361 for the watch instead which was way better than what I saw for the watch online. They have lots of curated brands for men's clothes and they all are really great. Definitely a nice selection for men's clothes, so I'd recommend stopping by if you need some new threads.

The store carries a wide range of clothing for men, women, and kids, from casual basics like graphic tees, jeans, and activewear to slightly dressier options like blouses, button-ups, and seasonal pieces. 2. Good selection for shoes for the whole family and with the extra coupons, it can be more affordable 3. If you need a size and they don't have it in store, they can help you to order online and ship to the store without charging the shipping fee Cons: 1. Not all items have price tag on them. They used to have price tag scanner throughout the store but I haven't seen one in a few years so if you want to know the price you have to take it up to the register 2. Items are not neatly organized or displayed 3. Sometimes old price tags are stil left on the rack so when you check out the prices are different. Sometimes the staff will still give you the price that you saw and sometimes they don't. All depends on the employee Parking is easy since there's a large free lot right outside, so getting in and out is simple. Overall, OK experience during this visit. It feels a little bit like a Ross for some reason, maybe it's the lighting inside. Prices are pretty reasonable for regular items. They have some clearance items around the store as well. I didn't find what I needed at my last visit, but will come back if I ever need something. Parking is aplenty here, it's part of a large shopping plaza. Michaels and Old Navy are within walking distance from this location.

I told him yes, but that I planned to shop first. While shopping, I noticed security passing by me several times, but I initially ignored it. At checkout, I mistakenly tried to return curtains I had actually purchased from HomeGoods because the sticker looked similar to Burlington's. Once the associate checked, we quickly realized the mistake. Shortly after, Adrian appeared and essentially took over the transaction. His behavior made me feel as though he was determined to verify that I had receipts for everything. I did. I completed all of my legitimate returns, paid for my new purchases, and left the store already feeling uncomfortable. What really bothered me was seeing Adrian standing behind my car in the parking lot shortly afterward, looking around and talking on his walkie-talkie. I cannot say what his intentions were, but the entire experience left me feeling targeted and treated as suspicious. I am tired of spending money in places where I do not feel welcomed or respected. No customer should leave a store wondering whether they were treated differently because of the color of their skin.
