I wore a pair of boots once (literally the day after I picked them up from purchasing them online) and they were way too big on me and I tried exchanging them for a smaller size and was told they could not accept them because I had worn them. At first I went to the boot barn near tyler mall but didn't have the extra wide boots i wanted, so i went to this norco boot barn because they told me they have a wider selection. And when i went to this store they seemed determine to take 20% off my boots for dust on the bottom of the boots, then when i tell her she is wrong she started making things up like well the boots got a crease too. Then i told her, well the other boot barn didn't give me no problems im not taking your 20% deduction offer, i just got this boots from online this week and they even came with no wrapping like someone previously returned it before me. And she said well i can't check when you got the boots so i can't help you. Also, had time out of the day to call the previous store i went to, hoping they would do the same thing to me at the other boot barn and deduct 20% off the boots. Everything was easy and fast at the other boot barn, she just said thank you for cleaning them and got my full refund , very easy to work with. Writing this review solely because Emily was AMAZING! Oh my goodness!! It was my first time into a Boot Barn, and I've been really curious to look inside of one for a while. I'm not too familiar about Western aesthetics and qualifies, but I just love some of the fashion and outfit stylings that come from this genre. Their store is huge. Like, there are so many shoes to choose from. Emily was SO informative when walking me through all their boot choices. She explained the ins and outs of different boot styles and why they're styled that way. For instance, because Norco's Boot Barn has more farming and working people coming through the door, the boot and shoe selection here reflect that. Other Boot Barns have other styles and other availability depending on their main audience group. I can't speak for Value too much since I didn't physically purchase anything, however, all of these items seemed very high quality and worth the price. I'm genuinely planning on coming back here and purchasing some items for my wardrobe. Huge thank you to Emily again for all the help that you gave me and all the patience you had! All the staff were very helpful and attentive as soon as we came inside, they were all super nice. I was shopping for jeans but I needed a different size and Sidney was so helpful and really went the extra mile to check other stores for my size and was able to get them ordered for me. Had to ask several times for assistance. Had to approach employees and ask them if they could help me. They were not proactive or friendly initially. Oh well. I tried to give this store the benefit of doubt. I just moved to Norco and thought they would probably have a awesome boot barn, boy was I wrong. Today on Dec 4th went to pick up a online order that says delivered. They came back and said only one time was ready. Mind you it's 907 in the morning they just opened and almost zero customers. There was a bunch of employees talking and chit chatting. Even talking about how tired they were. I checked the status on line on my phone and all my items were delivered. The girl says do you wanna sign for hat, very rude like she had somewhere to go. I did, where did she go, to chit chat some more. When I went to show her my items show delivered and she acted dumb like she didn't know. So a gentlemen stepped and said that it's a glitch in their system. Yeah you mean to lazy to go through all the boxes and find my items. How do I know, because the same thing happened during the week on one item on same order was found. No email but showed delivered. This is the worst Boot Barn I have ever been to. Hard to believe it is in the middle of of Horse Town USA. The guest service is non existent boarder line rude. They will walk by and ignore you. Couple of the employees are walking around like their fashion models and not assisting any guests at all. This is my third and final time in the store and each experience has been the same. Nonexistent customer service at the registers, employees standing around talking and basically ignoring the guests. So this surfer dude walks into a Western store so he can get the look right for an upcoming concert a few weeks ago. I can't thank the staff here for how helpful they were. Apparently my feet are too wide for standard boots so they got me fitted with a pair of words from another store. Then onto the jeans, another associate helped me get the right jeans for the boots I picked. After all this, I asked for a local Mexican restaurant suggestion and another employee came up with a great local spot. Was told my boots were ready on Sunday. When I came in Thursday (4 days Later ) they said we're not ready. Then they said oh wait they are ready the person that doesn't do stretching just didn't sign off saying they were ready. So I brought them home. They were NOT ever placed on the stretcher. Honestly service there is horrible. All employees are not welcoming don't offer help. It's like if you are going there to ask to for free stuff. I walked in and the alarm turned on the cashier made me go back and walk back inside and mind this I had just walked in for the first time. Made me feel like a thief. Anyways it's a very expensive store I did make a large purchase which I spent like 600 dlls for employees to treat you like thieves. It's horrible I won't be going back to that location. He got two, but I just couldn't resist looking around. Gurls - The rhinestone studded belts and way over the top glitzy glammy leather purses are to your left. They don't do a thing for me. But they have them. Right next to the wallfull of boot cut jeans and turquoise jewelry. I like turquoise and all, but really, does it have to be the size of a Chinese gong? Guys - To your right, they got belt buckles! You could use them for sewer covers. Virgin cowboy hats everywhere (you have to provide your own sweat ring). And then the boots. Duh, yeah, do they have enough! Rows and rows times ten. In every size and color and style. Step out the door in some new fangled ones and you can, in short order, baptize them in the horse manured trail that runs right down the main street in Norco. And a good place to find a belt for Mr. B. Next time, Mr. B won't go in there in his Hawaiian shirt though. read more

After waking up in Big Bear with freezing weather we hit the road and didn't stop until it was 70 degrees which lead us to Norco, Ca. My b/f thinks he is a cowboy so when we saw this Boot Barn we had to pull in. What I love about Norco is that this is a horse friendly town where you can ride your horse on special trails on every street and every store had "parking" for your horses! This Boot Barn has a good selection of clothing for men, women and children as well as boots of course. We found some really cute shirts on the clearance rack and some that were not. For the middle of the day during the week they had quite a few customers. We got really friendly service and $125.00 later we were on our way. We also got to see some of the horses that were "parked" outside so that made the experience complete. We'll definitely be back here in the future! read more

This is in regards to all Boot Barns. They carry their own brands which are cheap. And they look cheap. Their stores are too small. They cram so much stuff into a little space that you can hardly walk in the stores. And you can't pull anything from the racks. They have some clothes so high up on the racks you can't reach them to check sizes or try them on. The boots are all cheap. They don't carry Justin, Tony Llama or lucchese. They carry so much cheap Cody James crap that it's impossible to buy anything of quality there. There's so many workers walking around that do not have any western wear knowledge. You can tell this by the way they dress. Everything is overpriced. They are looking to save money buy leasing small spaces but yet they pay their employees minimum wage is what I was told. Boot Barn is not a nice western wear store but more like the Wal Mart of western wear. read more

Horrible service. They only have one line for returns and only had one other register open. Then the girl at the entrance keep count at the entrance did not acknowledge people when they entered. They're a larger store with a big variety of western wear boots for both men and women! I found a good pair for an awesome price that fits like a glove!
