I recently visited Kohl's in Corona, CA for an Amazon return item. Upon entering there were no signs as to where you can drop off return items. I had to ask staff before I was able to head in the right directions. I do give them good stars for the Amazon return area as my returns were processed fast and easily. I also got a coupon for a future visit. This coupon was $10 off purchase of 25 which was good. As I strolld througout the store, I noticed a few things that were good and ones that needed improvement. Pros: 1. The store carries a wide range of clothing for men, women, and kids, from casual basics like graphic tees, jeans, and activewear to slightly dressier options like blouses, button-ups, and seasonal pieces. 2. Good selection for shoes for the whole family and with the extra coupons, it can be more affordable 3. If you need a size and they don't have it in store, they can help you to order online and ship to the store without charging the shipping fee Cons: 1. Not all items have price tag on them. They used to have price tag scanner throughout the store but I haven't seen one in a few years so if you want to know the price you have to take it up to the register 2. Items are not neatly organized or displayed 3. Sometimes old price tags are stil left on the rack so when you check out the prices are different. Sometimes the staff will still give you the price that you saw and sometimes they don't. All depends on the employee Parking is easy since there's a large free lot right outside, so getting in and out is simple. Overall, OK experience during this visit. I do recommend to their manager that they need to implement more frequent cleaning of their restrooms. read more

The lines are always super long here, and half the cash register have been shut down, but it's super convenient to return an Amazon order and you always get a coupon for Kohl's. Sometimes it's a solid amount like $5 and sometimes it's a percentage like 15% so if you need something it makes it that much cheaper. read more

Absolutely disgusting! Filthy store. Customer service was non-existent! 9:30am on a Saturday and the dressing room was full of trash, kids half-eaten suckers on the floor, swimsuit sanitary labels stuck to the mirror & door, at least 1" of dust on the top of the cubicle walls! And now you must navigate thru FIVE lanes of a maze with products/foods/candies just to get to the registers! read more

Went to do some Amazon returns before they closed and I'm not sure if the girls name was Danielle or Denise darn it . All I know is she was extremely helpful and patient and helped me accomplish my task . She was friendly and smiling and got me on my way in a flash. I used to work nearby and to kill some time either before or after work, I would walk around and window shop lol, but seriously, a nice area, hidden valley area, somewhat upscale area overall and located inside Hidden Valley, the store is a dept. store and the customer service is good for the most part, like everything else changes over the years, BEAUTIFUL selection on clothes, accessories, make up, the essentials, the VALUE u really got to look for those, I would frequently walk the store however some of the prices were very high end. Pricey to say the least, but it is a pretty good store overall. But just to high in cost. I went over to the Amazon returns section and no one was there so I patiently waited for about 5 mins. Until the same lady who was at the kohls store returns walked over and didn't say anything, I looked at her name tag and it said Carece. She kept doing work in the Amazon return area right in front of me and completely ignored my existence until she looked up and said hello you need to come before 7 next time with a rude and monotoned voice as she was still doing other things. Then when she was finally ready to scan my return all she said was what do you got, still with a rude voice and I just let her scan the barcode. If you didn't want to work in customer service then go find another job instead of projecting your negativity to other people. We then walked over to Sephora and the worker Liam was absolutely amazing and helpful. I wish every person at Kohls had Liam's attitude. read more

One staff member is very rude I was walking around with my brother shopping and we walked by a sign and then it FELL all by it self and that one staff member ran up to me and yelled and said "I know you broke it you stupid pathetic child" and I told her we didn't and she said she would keep her eye on me. Then we were walking to the bathroom and that same staff member came following us so we went into the restroom and she waited right outside the restroom door and then when we came out she said " THAT SIGN YOU BROKE IS NOW BROKEN BECAUSE OF YOU" btw we did not break it and she then said one last time " you are banished from this Khol's never come back again" so ya don't go here. read more

Went into Kohls to pick up two online orders around 7:30 pm, the tall woman (dirty blondish/reddish wavy hair) working the returns counter could not have been more condescending and rude. This lady almost went out of her way it seemed to treat me poorly. I had two orders to pick up, I showed her BOTH pick up codes and she said they're the same order and then accused me of lying. She didn't greet me, she didn't say thank you or goodbye. She was pretty annoyed that one of my pick up orders was a pair of socks. As I walked away a younger male clerk that was was more than helpful, apologized to me after I had remarked to the female clerk that she could have been more patient with me and not have been so rude for no reason. If this is how you're going to get treated for picking up online orders why bother having this option? I left in tears and pretty much ruined my day. read more

Kohl's is not my favorite store to shop at by any means, but the coupons they are constantly sending make it worth a trip every time! $5 off every couple of months, no matter what you spend, great deals and clearance items, I find a ton of clothes for my son here and appreciate the designer collaborations. If there is an option for zero star I will choose it. If you are the person who will choose this store as your store for the pick up service you need to beware!!!! The staff and manager there will ignore and not trying to help you if your order has problem! I took my 4 month old baby with me to pick up my order and there was an issue about the pick up person's name. I understand they might have a shoplifting issue, but accusing individuals is a very poor way of dealing with the subject. This Kohl's is every OCD'rs dream! Or any mom (or dad!) that is in a hurry and needs to find something quick for school portraits, graduation, birthday parties, Easter gatherings or a quick bathroom decor fix up, they have everything! This is the best Kohl's I've ever been to. Every single time I've been here (usually after 7pm), the store is SO clean. The floors are literally sparkling, the clothes are always well zoned by color and size, everything is neatly folded to perfection and the restroom is always clean. Everytime I come here at night I see the same cleaning lady cleaning the restrooms and the mirrors around the store. I've never seen that at any other Kohl's. Every cashier I've come to has always been very friendly and totally patient and helpful with all my coupons and helping me to get the best deal and let me know which ones to use to maximize my savings. I also manage to find excellent items on clearance!! I once bought a pair of shoes for my daughter (wrong size), and needed the correct size in a PINCH. I called the shoe department from home to see if they could help me out and Sunyana or Sanaa (sorry!) in the shoe department went above and beyond. She already knew which shoe I was talking about and happily found the correct size and told me she would have it ready at the return center. When I went to exchange my shoe Rob (red headed gentleman) greeted me with a genuine smile and was so nice and helpful and very pleasant. It was not a problem! Not only did Sanaa (?) have my shoe ready, she got a super nice one with the paper ball stuffing still inside the shoe and the tissue paper wrapped neatly over the shoes like it had never been opened or touched. Exactly what I needed for picture day! I was so impressed with this duo. Rob and Sanaa are true customer service gems in this day and age. I see this location has some bad reviews, but I can also see that was over a year ago. They must have changed management or changed training programs, because I guarantee you this Kohl's is now the most clean, most friendly, most helpful, most well stocked and most organized and professional Kohl's I've ever been to. read more

Went to kohl's today for my curb side pick up. My pickup pass was not loading . However an employee was dropping off another cars order and without hesitation she asked us if we needed help and she wrote down our order number and bought it out immediately. This store is pretty good. I only have 2 complaints: 1) I was looking at an item and I could not find the price anywhere! They had a screen in front of the item but it only said "buy one get one half off". I wish they had the price listed on there so I don't have to walk around the store trying to find an employee. 2) I was next in line and a lady at the register had questions. I understand questions but the employee could not efficiently answer those questions. She had to keep calling back for someone to check the price. During that time of just standing around and waiting, she could have rang up my 3 very small items. I was standing there for a whole 15 minutes before I walked to the other end of the store. When I walked away, she was still standing there waiting around for answers. She didn't even call for another employee for backup. She would periodically look at me but not say anything. These are the only reasons why they didn't 5 stars. Shoutout to Richard for taking care of me and apologizing profusely about my long wait at the other register and giving me 20% off for my wait. I had to do an amazon return. There was 1 cashier available but instead of helping me she went on to say if I could wait while she organized. So I waited for about 5 mins and then another cashier showed up and proceeded to help a customer who came after me. Lucky for me the customer who came after me interceded the cashier and told her that I was next. I wonder how long I would've waited if that cashier never came and the other customer didn't intercede. Am I being sensitive or was there Asian hate going on there? read more

This Kohl's is nice and organized. We came to the Amazon drop off to return a package, but we walked through most of the store since the drop off section is all the way in the back of the store. I can't even begin to tell you how much money we have spent at this Kohl's. This was the first Kohl's I had ever shopped at and now we are very frequent customers to all their local stores. Take the time to look through the clearance racks for hidden great buys. Use their never ending stream of coupons to get the MVC status and then you can save and spend even more. Sometimes the store is a disaster in certain sections but seems to have gotten better lately. And their new return policy is fantastic. You don't even need a receipt, they can look it up. I would like to say, they can improve their employees morale and make kohl's a more family setting. Everything is so impersonal I stood in the shoe department for over 15 minutes and not once did the man working the section acknowledge me or even ask if we needed help at the kiosk they sent us to bc they couldn't be bothered with us. I went to KOHL'S and found a sweatshirt I liked. The sign said $22,99 with another red tag above that that said buy one get one 1/2 off. I went to the register, and she charged me $22.99 twice plus tax. I told her there is a sign that says buy one get one 1/2 off. She argued with me and told me that's not what is coming up on the register. I told her I don't care, Look at the sign. She does and takes if off and says it's over. No, you need to honor your sign. I bought the 2 sweatshirts as I have a hard time finding ones that are tight around the hips, but I called to talk to the manager and told her she should honor her sign and she said the original price is $30.00 a shirt and the sign said its $22.99 but if I want to come back in, she will charge the original amount of $30,00 and the second shirt will be $15.00. This is totally cheating the public. Please they do not honor their prices and you need to check your receipts as they are not honest. read more
