This dollar tree is nearby my house. It is literally down my street. It's one of those that are not that clean, and not as sanitize as other dollar tree stores I've been too. I think if they vacuum the carpet and clean the carpet a bit more, it would look a lot better. That is just my opinion though. They do have a variety of great deals and sometimes I find brand name items from Target or something in this dollar tree. I also find plenty of useful things from here that are needed around my house. I deducted 2 stars because they need to seriously clean this store up and clean up the floors a little bit. It looks like the floors haven't been clean in ages. I'm a germaphobic, so I had to deduct 2 stars. read more

Last time at this store. I usually like to but little things for my son to play with and threw it away after. I stopped by this time and bought a bunch of staff and wanted to use a restroom. The employee said that there is no public restroom for the clients. I'm pregnant and need to use a restroom pretty often. I know all the limitations with Corona virus and understand. However, I own a business too and if a pregnant lady would have asked to use a restroom, I would have never said no. It was my last time there. I'd better pay more, but have a great customer service. PS- I was the only one at the register too, and the lady was too noisy unpacking that it took her a while to even acknowledge me. Save your time, go to a better store. read more

This dollar tree was at Magnolia and Rimpau in Corona, the managers name is Liz, and the Checkers name was RoseMary, both were awesome. I read the prior reviews, this was not my case, I found the store to be clean, tidy and every thing in its place. A good choice of Christmas decor. Both of these people were outstanding, the store was clean, People were kind and and everything was in its place. They have an awesome selection of a wide variety of items to choose from. I always find every thing I need. The reason I send yelps, its a lost art of saying thank you and Dollar tree says thank you for the way they take care of their store. Manager Jesse was beyond rude. Claimed there was no helium when the helium tank clearly stated otherwise. Lazy. Not only that, he told the cashier to refuse our form of payment which was a $50 and gave us no reason. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Get a new manager. Zero stars. read more

I literally just left this store. Like other reviews indicated, it is definitely one of the ones with the least selections. I moved to Corona a little over a year ago and only come to this location if I HAVE to. I gave it 3 stars because (although not exactly the most organized), I got what I was looking for plus I love when dollar tree stores have the Luau theme decors out. The 2 missing stars are for the rude a** cashier (according to my receipt, her name is Pamela). If Pamela is that older lady, then I'm speaking about her. I already overheard her giving some lady issues early in my visit (so yep, here we go). This is my second time overall dealing with this cashier. She just has a nasty attitude. I dealt with it last time, and I dealt with it this time but I'm officially done with this place because of her. The younger cashiers are much more patient and respectful, but unfortunately she was the only cashier both times. The issue today was that she TOLD me, not ASKED me to remove all of my items out of the handheld basket instead of placing the whole basket with my items on the conveyor. I have never been asked nor TOLD to do such thing at ANY store before (I wouldn't have cared if she was more kind about it) , and the way she said it just left a bad taste that led to me being a smarta** when she asked if I wanted a bag. Then she proceeded to huff & puff the WHOLE f***ing time that she was ringing me up. I have really bad anxiety, so her being the way she is just triggered my anxiety and ruined my day. If she hates her job so much then perhaps she needs to find a job where she doesn't need to deal with people directly because her customer service SUCKS. It's a good store to buy party stuff and paper items that are consumables. I like that the store is clean and organized.

If you're going to run a business and you are going to accept debit cards credit cards and whatnot. Make sure your equipment works and that have the employee tell me my card is declined when I have plenty of money in the bank. Ridiculous , get better equipment to serve your customers read more

I want to commend the employee, Oscar, at Dollar Tree located on Sixth St in Corona. I was the in the checkout line while he was patiently dealing with a rude customer. He received no support from his manager and co workers while interacting with this customer. He continued to handle the situation in a professional manner while the other employees certainly didn't. I wish there was more customer service employees like Oscar. Obviously a one of a kind at that particular store. The 5 star rating is for Oscar only and not for anything else in regards to this Dollar Tree. read more

I love this dollar tree! It's one of the bigger locations in the area and it always has a large variety of goodies. It's usually always pretty clean and organized as well. I find myself wanting to go here multiple times a week because I always find good stuff. The seasonal stuff is always adorable and some of the fall decor they have out right now is precious. I come in here every once in a while and it's not the best dollar tree but tonight my experience was one that will make me not shop here again. There are sketchy people that hang out in here and the selection was next to nothing tonight plus the cashier Bernice was extremely rude. I had a handheld basket that I had put up on the conveyor belt which normally the cashier unpacks as they check you out but not her she very rudely told me to unpack my cart and I asked is this something new and she didn't respond then she says are you gonna want a bag and I asked for two she only gave me one then I run my card and she's staring off into space and the machine timed out so then I had to get my card back out and do the transaction all over again! read more

I usually don't write reviews for big stores , only local small business . BUT I come here almost every week and I absolutely LOVE MELISSA. She was such a doll and is the best person ever. She honestly genuinely cares about how your day went or how your day is going. I believe she is new because I have never seen her before, but I will fersure be picking her line! I came here on a busy Saturday looking for Easter goodies and found some glass candle holders which is exactly what I needed! When I went to pay the Cashier Mari was so sweet and insisted on getting me a box so they wouldn't break. She pulled another cashier to cover the line while she ran to the back to get me a box, as she was just walking away another costumer asked for her because they had a special balloon order. I was surprised at how quick she rang them up, brought out the balloons, and still ran to the back to get me a box. Mari is a perfect example of a great worker, it's rare when a worker goes above and beyond. Thank you for the awesome customer service I will definitely be back!! read more

This Dollar Tree had the WORST customer service I have seen in a long time. I was refused inside the store at 8:50pm when the store hours clearly state both online and ON THE FRONT DOOR that it is open until 9:00pm. I knocked on the door because I could see a worker shaking her head "no" at me and rolling her eyes. There was a man inside checking out and I waited until the manager/cashier unlocked the door for him to get out. I kindly said "I just need to buy a birthday card and it is 10 minutes before closing". The birthday cards are literally the first thing you see when you walk into the store, right next to the checkout line. The manager rudely tells me that she cannot let me in. I said again "but I still have 10 minutes before you close the store" (to spend probably a total of 60 seconds to pick out a card and check out). But the manager said "we have a cleaning crew, we are closed" and quickly locked the door once again. I couldn't believe it. How is this allowed?! If this is how customers will be treated, I will NOT waste my time purchasing anything from this store. Maybe the 99 cent store will treat me better than this. SMH. read more

This is probably the best dollar tree I've been to. I went in to buy gift bags for a girls softball team. As I approached the cashier I told her "I have 14 bags" so of course she scanned 14 bags. When I got home and started to get the bags ready to fill with goodies I realized the bags were 2 for 1! So in reality I should've only been charged 7 times not 14. I didn't have time to go back until a week later. I finally went back in and spoke to the manager, I think her name was Mari??? Anyway, after explaining to her that it was partly my fault she spoke to her manager and was able to give me store credit. Thank you so much! I will definitely shop here again. read more
