Today was their freeze dried fruits and it was displayed in a circular rack with ballon's on top. I was surprised that they have Krispy Kreme donuts on sale too. Nice to pick up some here and not have to wait in long lines at the actual store. Pretty much ever time I come here it's nice and organized and staff are super friendly. Plenty of parking in the front. Even have newly installed Tesla chargers in the front.

Otherwise, I prefer going to Trader Joe's or Stater Brothers for fresh produce and quality seafood and meats . This is the most unfriendly location , which is a shame because most of your customers are probably within a 4 mile radius. The middle aged cashiers lack common courtesy. Not even a smile, eye contact, or a hello . They look miserable and angry all the time . Please don't take it on your customers . Managers if you're reading this and you care , please use Trader Joe's customer service as your guide and template to providing exceptional customer service. I also suggest you adopt Mr. Roger's motto: " Won't you be my neighbor". Another note , ensure your veggie section is fully stocked. When I shop after 7 p.m. the veggie section is half empty. Today, I was looking for non- organic spinach , but there was only wilted one . One positive note tonight . There was young man, maybe a teenager who was sweeping the floor. His name is Yashoua . He noticed that I had a few items I was holding in my hand . He went out of his way to grab a cart for me without even asking. THANK YOU . Your demonstration of kindness, professionalism, and common courtesy goes along ways .

She took the time to help me and made my shopping experience feel welcoming and easy. I also picked up some amazing fresh fruit that exceeded my expectations. This store had a great layout and very nice displays. The fruits and veggies looked fresh and did not look picked through. We stopped in for the cold pressed orange juice. It's a fave! Checkout was a breeze! Lines moved quickly, efficiently and workers smiled and truly acknowledged you being there. Great customer service because it didn't feel like a rushed "hi, how are you?" ... you know what I mean? Some people ask out of habit and don't listen to the response. Anyways, this location is on par with the usual quality so 10/10 recommend:) Large parking lot and I noticed a good amount of reserved spaces for those in need.

Inside the shelves looked stocked and well maintained. The staff was running around refilling and restocking at the time we visited. Always a good sign. This was my first time stopping by and I did notice. They had a roasted duck hanging in the corner. If I wasn't in a rush, I totally would have gotten myself a little treat. Normally I stop at H Mart or Zion Mart, but this was a fun treat and side quest with friends! Bonus were my dried fruits snacks that I absolutely love. I can't wait to go back and get more. When I tell you that these things are addicting, I really truly mean it as someone who grew up eating these. There were a few things missing that I was looking for on the selection seemed smaller than what I was hoping for. The veggie section seemed smaller, but if you were looking for Durian, they did have that. Prices were reasonable on the things they did have however. Inside it was definitely a smaller grocery than some of the other others. I'll be back for my snacks maybe not so much for the fruits and veggies.

I don't know how they marinate it but boy is it delicious. I did have a learning curve with the meat department...just grab a number and wait for it to be called. That is their system and it doesn't seem like they stray from it no matter if you are the only customer there. Just grab a number, it'll save you some trouble. But everything is great here! I even love the self check out. It was another learning curve of how to use it but you can look up any item that is in the produce section or in the dessert area. I can see there is a number system that needs to be STRICTLY followed at the meat department. However, I feel when it is not too busy, courtesy would be to COMMUNICATE with the customers. I was waiting to order carne asada by the pound (since the seasoning/preparation was recommended by a colleague) There was a butcher who was just calling out numbers repeatedly, mind you, I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE, aside from the 2 men (that were shopping together ) ahead of us. He was so offended when the other butcher asked me a question. He interrupted us and said "HE IS HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER " I never once approached him or asked to be helped. (I was waiting there quietly. There were two men ahead, I guess I was suppose to READ HIS MIND! Wow! He is extremely RUDE! Needs to learn how to communicate clearly and respectfully. (LIKE AN ADULT) not an enraged child. Well then again, by looks of the other reviews, this place has a reputation of unprofessional behavior. I will not be a repeated guest here. No one wants to shop at a place where they get mistreated. I understand people have good days and bad days. Being disrespectful just shows the lack of maturity someone has. I'll take my business elsewhere. I left my whole shopping cart behind due to this incident. Headed back to Stater Brothers. NOTE: I also noticed that speaking ENGLISH at this store is forbidden!!! LIKE HUH? What's going on here ??? So confusing ! Not everyone speaks Spanish ???? (Discriminating)
