The worst experience EVER in any store! Something out of a MOVIE! Today, I went in to purchase an item I have purchased there prior. I walked up and down two aisles three times looking for the item to no avail. Thinking perhaps they had moved them, I went down the next aisle, circled back to look again. I passed an employee standing, speaking with a customer. Not working.....rather just talking. As I passed the customer looked at me saying, "Do you know me?" I felt embarrassed and answered, "No, should I?" I'm a Dr. Honestly, I thought perhaps I should her and maybe forgot her name! So embarrassing! She answered, "You keep staring at me....looking at me...." In a very assaulting manner. NEVER looked at her ONCE. I was in shock! She went on to say, "I don't feel safe....like you are looking at me, listening to what I was saying!" The oddest experience. I looked at the employee and answered, I'm looking for adhesive furniture pads for the bottom of furniture legs....I don't see them." The customer walked away. The employee did NOT offer to help....rather went to the front of the store, leaving me standing there. I believe I heard her being called for "back up" cashiering. The employee then stated, " I was helping a customer to the individual calling her for back up. Not true..... TALKING to a customer.....NOT helping at all actually. Rather what appeared to be gossiping. Telling the customer about a FORMER employee! She did NOT ask me once, "Can I help you find something?" Rather, let the customer verbally assault me! Left the aisle and ran away. In closing, it appeared the employee knew the customer. I do recall they were DISCUSSING a previous employee (the employee was sharing this with the customer) NOT SHOWING up for work and her SON coming in to pick up her check! Not professional on any level! As I walked to the front, spoke with Elaine the store manager and asked for the item....the employee said the name of the customer to Elaine ...as if she knew her. The employee asserted herself into mine and the store managers conversation.....AS SHE WAS working as a cashier checking customers out! Again, NOT professional on any level. The store manager apologized to me....walked with me to the area where the furniture pads were previously located....showing me they were no longer in stock. She was very gracious. I will not be shopping at this store any longer. I often stop 2x a week to pick up necessary items for both my home and office. I was there the first DAY they opened over 15 years ago. Yes, True! We as local residents were SOOO happy to get a Dollar Tree in our area! Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and a verbal assault. NEVER again. One of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. They always have the stuff I regularly buy on stock. The store is always super clean and they have the best staff! Ran in to Dollar Tree today for a few birthday supplies and balloons. Stood by the balloons for at least 10 minutes while the poor employee (Kylie) was trying to do it ALL by herself. Kylie started my balloon order, but had to stop because the check out line was so long. Kylie called for help and after a while the Manager (Elaine) appeared from the back. By this time I'd been waiting at least 20 minutes. Elaine walks over and tells me to go to the back of the long line. I told her I'd already been waiting and my order had already been started. She mumbled something about the other employee (Kylie) not knowing what she's doing. Instead of just finishing my partially complete order, Elaine ignored me and began calling customers over to check them out. Kylie (very sweet) knew I'd been waiting for a very long time and broke away to complete my order. I got in line to pay for my items and to make matters even worse, Elaine pulled people from BEHIND me to her lane to check them out. Store # 4605 was one of the best run/stocked store in the area, UNTIL the change in manager. The line is always too long before thye open a second cash register. NOT well stocked. They stock shelves during the busy parts of the day, leaving large carts in the isle causing customers to navigate around them. The manager (Elaine) and staff are at best NON-REPOSNSIVE to customers. Attire very sloppy. This store is very close to my home, but I will be searching for a new location and a better experience. The previous manager did a much better job and is missed at this location. It's a dollar store. I come to get mostly disposable one-time use stuff like cheap balloons or zipties, etc.. some products are decent and others are junk. I found all of their employees courteous and helpful. This location can be quite dangerous though. In the past 5 years we lived in Corona, there has been like 3~4 incidents of cars ramming thru the glass window into the store aisles. I'd pay attention if you are shopping here. read more

This is a semi smaller dollar tree than the normal ones I will go too. The staff isn't that welcoming to begin with. The guy that is working at the cashier doesn't seem so interested with greeting people and being friendly like some other Dollar Tree's I've been too. I think I sense some negative vibes here. (Yes, I like to feel the vibes and go with the vibes when I go into stores.) This Dollar Tree also lacked a lot of things that other Dollar Tree have. Maybe it's just small and they don't plan on expanding the amount of products they have available. I did manage to find On The Go Clorox wipes. I got 2 mini packs which is good cause I'm a germphobic and even worse now during Covid 19. I got a bath sponge, lense cleaner solution for my glasses, and a few little other nick knacks for my fur friends. I knocked down a star because of the unwelcoming vibe. I knocked down another star because I don't think they have cleaning solutions for the basket and carts. You should always provide wipes for customers during this pandemic. The baskets all looked like they came from the dumpsters and nobody wants to wipe them down. Come on!!!! Get with the program. Nobody wants to touch dirty shit ok? I knocked down another store because the guy ringing me up didn't seem like he liked me. Maybe cause he is a racist and I'm Asian. He asked me if I needed a bag but sounded more like I don't wanna serve you or talk to you but I have too. Racist store overall maybe?!?! They do have some items here that are worth a buy and you don't wanna spend much. Don't expect a greeting at the door if the staff is racist against you and doesn't like you. When you come to this store, prepare to say "adios! Sayonara! Goodbye! Sige na!" To your $20 bill !!! I can never come here and buy only few items. There are so many cool stuff here that is super cheap, cute, and useful everyday. Even greetings cards here are sometimes 50 cents which are like $5 somewhere else. Even christmas ornaments are cute and doesn't look cheap at all. Tip: there is a dollar tree club free to join. They have contests and stuff so check that out, you crafty you. They also have surveys in which you can join for free to win $1000 to daily prices. I didn't win but this is what I wrote on their comment... "Sale associates here, like Dominique, are super helpful and very friendly! The items are very organized and neat. There are variety of items to choose from for special occasions and party supplies. Dollar tree provides cheaper selections that I would find double or even triple the price on any other store. I always come here first if I have a project or a party before going anywhere else. While I prefer the 99 cent only chain to Dollar Tree, this is closest to home and sometimes easier to get to for me. They don't have the extensive selection the 99 cent stores have, but everything is actually $1, unlike other chains. I came here to get some Christmas cards at the last minute [2 for $1.00]. It is pretty easy to locate, google map takes you right to the place, located in the same shopping complex as Ralphs & Bank Of America. It has its own private parking lot, so there is ample amount of parking space available however just be little careful while entering or exiting due to the raised bump. I doubt I will be returning back here despite everything being $1.00. Store is pretty organized in different sections and it is easy to find things however it is not kept clean. There is stuff laying around on the floor in pretty much every aisle and none of workers seem to care enough to keep it clean. Granted it is a small store but no one is walking around the store asking if we need assistance with anything. The gentleman that was helping me at the check out counter was wearing the "Management" tag but he didn't even make an eye contact with me or said a single word to me, instead he kept on looking around the store at his employees and telling them what to do and what not to do while shouting it to them. Be careful when walking into this store. Business has a sign to wear a mask but they don't enforce it. I went yesterday and noticed some people not wearing a mask. I told the cashier about it and he did not even say anything to them about putting on a mask. This dollar tree is always clean and has an awesome selection of items. This is one of my favorite stores in town. Its refreshing to know that everything in the store is only a dollar. With that being said its always a pleasurable experience. This store is clean and all of the people are really nice. You can really save a lot of money shopping here. Absolutely love stopping here on my way home to Perris. The people are so wonderful and always cheerful here. I just left the store and I'm in my car in the parking lot posting this review. I am disabled and when I went into the store and grabbed a basket... Mark went out of his way to give me a different basket. to take the time to step aside from the work he was doing and offer assistance meant a lot to me. While this is by far thee most clean, well organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to, the lack of professionalism of their employees is almost enough to deter me from shopping here. I was in there a week ago and there were maybe two other employees. I heard an employee walk through the front door announcing his arrival with curse words. Other employees were tossing items to each other and again more cursing. I went to the only cashier that was ringing up someone she knew personally and she sent me to another register saying if I was ready they could help me over there...well NOBODY was there! Be still my heart! It's the Dollar Tree. Self explanatory. I love most things in here. You're not going to get all your grocery shopping done here, and a lot of things may not be for you (i.e. I can't bring myself to use anything but Dawn Dish Soap) but it has a ton of great things and you should consider stopping by before you head to ralphs. Some highlights + Frozen food section: texas toast, mac n cheese, hot pockets, some kind of ice cream + candy isle (not tiny stuff either!) +Cards! (The "Hallmark" and the Ralphs in Sierra Del Oro do not have great cards, this one does!) +Household items +Personal items (toothpaste, hair stuff, etc) +Pool stuff! Like rafts and water noodles! ALL FOR A DOLLAR OR LESS EACH. If you have some time, peruse the isles for a bit. Something for everyone. This store is literally across the street from my house so I'm here pretty often. I came in today with my daughter and she had to use the restroom. We went into the first bathroom and it was disgusting. The floor looked like it hasn't been mopped for weeks the sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks as well. There was no toilet lid covers so we went into the other bathroom. It was no cleaner it was actually worse then the 1st one, but it actually had toilet seat covers. There were poop marks on the toilet seat lid and pee stains. We didn't even end up using the toilet. Pretty sure you could pick up some nasty diseases using these bathrooms. I washed my hands though and i still felt gross... I wanted to take pictures but forgot my phone In the car but it was that gross! I told the cashier up front about the bathrooms and she told me it's the night time shift duty to clean the restrooms but she will let a manager know about it. I would never give this location my service again. The manager with glasses treats his employees very poorly. I was in the check out lane and the line was backed up down one of the isles and the only cashier was calling for help, but the manager only came up to go in the room off to the side. I've been coming to this Dollar Tree for four years now and overall have had good experiences. The last couple months I've witnessed an employee by the name of Paul make racist comments and is always rude. I haven't said anything until today when I witnessed Paul and another employee discuss their "dislike for people from other countries coming here and having multiple babies living on the government" and his dislike for "these people." He was also bragging about how he kicked out a lady with multiple kids the other day stating "she knows why she got kicked out." Paul and the other employee were not being quiet about there opinions either. When I was checking out a brave customer spoke up about this behavior to one of the employees who was involved and said "you were talking about your hate for Mexicans." He became angry and started yelling at the customer as she's paying and continued yelling at her to get out of the store. The unprofessional behavior of these employees need to be addressed and it is unacceptable to have to hear employees opinions of other races while shopping. I spoke to the assistant manager who is always a gentleman and asked him who the manager is and it's Paul! I'm on the phone with Customer Service to put in a formal complaint. This is utterly unacceptable. read more

Gotta' admit though, not always a good deal, so watch the quantity of what's in the bag or box you're buying, as it may be considerably less than the similar bag at the Ralph's next door for pennies more. Dollar Tree is my "go to" place for office decorations for each holiday (buy 'em when you see 'em cuz they will sell out) as well as a bag of Ginger Snaps and facial tissues (look for the box with 175 2 ply, not the boxes with only 100 or 125). The employees are rude. They have bad attitudes and some of them smell bad. In addition, they work very slowly. I've seen several of them just hanging out when they should be working. It is also a mess everytime I walk in. A few of them have yelled at me for no reason. This store is not managed properly. Terminate all the cashiers employment and hire new cashiers. I hate this location primarily because of the rude cashiers. In conclusion, customer service at this location needs serious improvement. read more
