I hate to be a stick in the mud... But this location needs help. It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day. read more

This Hobby Lobby has a little bit of everything if you are a craft person. They carry candle making supplies which I went for and had a decent selection for candles making. But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location. read more

This is a well-stocked Hobby Lobby and they have a lot of craft things compared to other locations I've been to. This store seems much larger, so you can get stuck here if you find something you like. The staff here are also friendly and will answer any questions you have. Not sure if it's just this location, but their queues to pay for your items are really long! At the time of my visit, they had a few cashiers, but the lines were everywhere. Took about 10 minutes to wait in line before I could purchase my items. They have restrooms here at the front and were pretty clean. Parking lot gets full here depending time of day you visit, but there's a spillover lot with the other shops should that be the case. read more

Well, I love Hobby lobby and I've never had a problem but today I went in to the fabric department waited for 20 minutes went up front to the cashier. She told me to ring the bell. I rang the bell six times and on the way out finally I just said nobody's coming and she said well I could call somebody. It was too late. I had already spent at least 40 minutes and they're just waiting for some fabric so pretty bummed disappointed. I really love that place but today's customer service was horrible. read more

After being a valued customer for many many years I was so disappointed and shocked on how unprofessional they handled my return. I had my receipt and attached price tags to my items , however according to the assistant manager RACHEL and her lil backup associate AMBER some of the items appeared to be dusty or somewhat "discolored" from being left outside . These items were in the same exact condition I bought them in 3 DAYS AGO !!!! These ladies where very rude to me , I had several items to return , but yet they only checked 2 items and said "oh there appears to be water marks on one and the other is dusty " she than said "no can't do the return" and I said "there's more items and you haven't even checked them and yet your deciding to not return any of my items", so she started going through everything and told the cash register person to allow just a few of the items to be returned , then the other associate Amber started looking through the items and they ended up talking amongst each other and the cash register girl told me I have to drive over 1 hour away to the original store to return all my items so that they can check the cameras to determine if the items I bought 3 DAYS AGO where in that condition "lightly dusted/ discolored" . They literally were holding the items to there face to check for ANY lil flaw!!!! IT WAS INSANE !!!!!!! I literally had customers outside telling me they saw it all and that they are sorry for the treatment I got, it was not necessary and very discriminating. I've NEVER encountered such horrible customer service ever . Very unprofessional , rude, un polite and very racist . The assistant manager looks so confused as to how to handle or solve anything, definitely needs to consider another position . I will post this all over social medias and if there's anyone who has encountered a problem with these ladies let me know . On the bright side I did go to the original store , they were amazing , they laughed at my story because they could not believe it , I laughed telling them to check there cameras and they laughed with me and said no need. Lines are slower than molasses with cashiers that enter things manually, was third in line yet took 45mins to checkout. Have been overcharged multiple times due to one item code for nearly everything, which makes applying sales manual, and sometimes it's missed. Lastly, "one line for both cash registers" is confusing and NOT noted anywhere... either don't have cash registers facing one another open, or manage the checkout line issue, and maybe... have a light on so we know which cash register is open rather than shouting at people "register 1 and 2 are open!" read more

I love your stores. But this location never has enough cashiers working. It is also unacceptable to have one cashier doing all returns and being told no one else can help me. Sat in line for 30 minutes behind one person just to return a couple of t-shirts, whilst literally everyone else in the store was being helped. I love going to Hobby Lobby, their Hidden Valley branch because they have good customer service. Patti and another wonderful lady (I wish I could remember her name) always cut the fabrics I purchase. The cashiers are all friendly. It just feels good to go to a place where the employees do not look like they hate their job. They also have just about everything you need for any craft/project. I sew, so I usually go when the fabrics are 40% off. Every other week the flowers are also 40% off. So if you like doing flower arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a wide array of flowers, vases, etc. They have a weekly ad online which I suggest you peruse before you go and shop. Buying things when they are on sale provides really good value. read more

This has been my go to for crafts and making products for my business. I absolutely love it. The thing that REALLY stuck out to me at this particular one (it's my first time here) is that Jerri (in Seasonal) did everything she could to find something I had been looking for. She checked the shelves for me, upstock, and in the back stock. I must say that not a lot of people would go to those lengths so I truly appreciate her for her efforts. It is clear that this figurine is a demon.. just look in its devious eye. Ah, the holy grail. How anyone could rate Hobby Lobby under 5-stars is beyond me.. Have you ever visited a store that just speaks to you? For me there are three: Barnes and Noble, Homegoods, and of course, Hobby Lobby! I call these 'My Happy Place Trio'. I stopped by today (and many other days prior) for some 'quick' shopping for several upcoming holiday events that I'm hosting. Luckily, Hobby Lobby is the jackpot one-stop-shop for all things any hostess should ever need! (Plus 50% off all holiday decor? Booyaahh!) No joke, I probably spent close to three hours browsing the stores endless isles. You can easily get lost in a rainbow-pit of home decor, holiday supplies, crafting, plants, fabrics, and the list just goes on.. My dad often jokes that there should be a time limit to how long you can stay inside; or at the very least they should open a food court. Jokes aside, this a great store with incredibly gracious pricing and a team of employees who will always go above and beyond! I will be back - but I'm pretty sure you already knew that. read more

Really great store! It is the arts and crafts person's dream store and their significant other's nightmare. You have all sorts of paper for the scrap-booker and decoupager, you have canvas, paints, brushes, and easels, model airplanes, model crafts, wax for candles, molds, ready made candles, fabrics, sewing machines, etc. etc. They have random furniture and posters as well so sometimes you feel like you're at a hybrid store of Home Goods/Michaels/Joanns. If you are a spouse of an artsy person, do yourself a favor and don't come along on this trip. The last time I went, a husband thought it was cute to put an overhead call for his wife like they do for your lost kids in a department store. Basically it sounded like this, "Belinda, if there is a Belinda Smith in the store your husband is waiting for you at Register 8. Again, if there is a Belinda Smith in the store, your husband is waiting for you at Register 8." (names have been changed to protect the guilty). Anytime I call this Hobby Lobby I receive exceptional customer service. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. There are a lot of big box stores that will keep you on hold, transfer you to the department you are looking for, keep you on hold again and then once someone finally picks up... they either are overwhelmed with customers in front of them or they just act like they don't care to help. I just want to give a big shout out to Hobby Lobby for making me feel so welcomed. I've gone to this store several times, and it's clean and there is always so much to see. I love Hobby Lobby, but not this location. The employees here seem miserable and less incline to help. They definitely look like they don't want to be there. No one smiles or acknowledges you or asks if you need help. I heard a side conversation between two employees talking about a customer and their children. I'd have fired them on the spot if I was their boss and heard what I heard. They just didn't even care that they're still at work on the clock and within earshot from customers still shopping around. It was appalling. I was looking for floral foam and sponges and stopped a worker for directions. She was clearly annoyed that I had stopped her and vaguely directed me with her "finger". Of course, I couldn't find what I was looking for and came back around and ran into her again, she saw me and made a turn into one of the isles as if to avoid me. If you don't like your job or like working with people, then why not find a different job or career path? And why do these companies hire these types of miserable people? read more

Well it's sad to say that in this day and age KYLE the manager thought I was some poor black girl that could not pay for my things!!!! He also thought I was stealing . Anyways .... In the store with my 11yr old and my almost 2 grandson and I did not know they did not take Apple Pay. Gotdam right. So the nice tall guy said I had to ask KYLE if it's ok if I run next door to get cash. He said yes. Whew! Ok so I dash right quick and go back. He's at the door talking about ... I am a serious lover of crafts, art, decorating, and creating. So for me, a like this is pure heaven. When I've been to this location its been clean, well stocked, and awesome. There are ALWAYS coupons for like 40% off or more. There always seems too be awesome deals too. I haven't had negative interaction with any employees, not have I gone in for them to do a service for me. Those areas seem to be an issue, and I'll update my review if I come across that. Michael's meets Pier 1 Imports. Big. Attractive. Seductive. I am not patient enough to be a craftsy kind of person, so I can easily walk by the long aisles of materials to make bird houses, party favors, fabrics, silk flower arrangements, knick knacks, and volumes of yarn for making animal themed baby hats and winter scarves. You'll even find picture frames and furniture. They have it all, and more. The wall décor, on the other hand, I get a bit of a kick over, especially if there are signs with catchy sayings. They have lots. And the coolest thing is, the décor collections are separated into themes. Like, sports, kiddie themes, kitchen, holiday and seasonal trappings, and so on. Even me, the uninspired, had to pause and look. And then I saw some guys in there. Whoa. Not your normal craft store. It seems they have cleverly attracted not the usual suspect. So anyway, I was looking for toy animals. And they had them. A wonderful selection. I had already hit up two Walmarts, with some success, but this place had even more of the same good quality. I had a great time stocking up for my grandson's upcoming 2nd birthday. And more impressive, I was able to find employees who could help me find what else I needed. I know. Shock. I love shopping at Hobby Lobby and this is an excellent location! Not too full, no super long lines like at other locations. Huge parking lot, great hours, though I do wish they were open on Sundays. Usually most of the store is half off and if you wait a week they rotate and the other half off the store is on sale. Half off makes the prices just right, I love all the furniture and decor items, I have outfitted 3 homes with hundreds off knobs from here, so many trips taken here, my husband hates it, so best to come alone or with other like minded females. I am a crocheter and work close by to this store. I'd been hearing about the great clearances and sales at Hobby Lobby stores everywhere on earth. So I went into this store after work one afternoon. And lo' and behold, the retail clerk was doing the markdowns as I came into the yarn aisle. So every other week is 30% off all yarn. As well as their 40% off any item coupons (if you have the app you can use it at the checkout). On this particular day I got to use the discounts, as well as the huge markdowns on skeins of yarn that I love, including Yarn Bee Juliette colorways for 99 cents each!
