This is a very disorganized Target, the line to check out is large but they finally opened some more registers. It seems very clutter but other than that it was a quick stop to grab what you need. Expect delays though even with the extra registers being open there is still a wait time. read more

I went to purchase a blowup bed. At checkout, my Target card would not work with the cashier. After several tries, I decided I would ask customer service to help. They were quite busy so after standing there for a while, I just moseyed on over to the self checkout since it was empty now. It worked immediately. When I visited This Target I was surprised at how messy it was which isn't usually the case for this location. Clothes were scattered everywhere and there were Starbucks cups left all over the place. On the bright side, they do have good prices on some items and a nice selection of clothes, food, electronics, and more. I also like that they offer drive-up service where you just park in one of the designated spots and they'll bring your order right to your car when you arrive. read more

Terrible customer service!!! When I checked out, I asked the employee (white male) for a bag and was completely ignored--he didn't say a single word to me. I love Target. The ambiance is nicer, convenience is better. Not this location. Whoever is managing this store needs to step down. They are always severely understaffed, lines 20+ deep at self checkout with only 1 register open. Drive up is a joke. Waited 30 minutes multiple times for 1 person to bring stuff to people. The app says that the time I go is busy yet they only staff 1 employee for the 15 cars spilling into drive up spaces. Then 60% of the time something from my order is out of stock so they cant order items for their store correctly. Never had issues with Brea or Anaheim Hills. Typically I would excuse some mishaps but issues every other time is just sad. Even when I come in at 10pm the self checkouts are all closed and 1 register is open with a line of 8 people. Worst Target around. There is only ever 1 or 2 check stands open, right next to each other creating a massive confused line - sometimes going all the way down the front of the store to the groceries. Zero common sense. Self-check out will be wide open but someone will be standing there (scrolling on their phone) enforcing the 10-item limit, making you wait 20-30 mins with 50+ people. Not once, not twice, but three times in the last month my wife has placed a pickup order and the meat we've received was expired. I went into the store last Sunday. ALL of the pre-packaged meats were expired - some up to 2 weeks! I went and told the manager but she didn't seem to care. I returned a week later and guess what? The same meats were still for sale, 3+ weeks past their date. Employees pulling online orders leave their carts all over the store. You can't walk let alone push a cart through half of the aisles. Whoever is running this store needs to show up for work sometime. read more

I ordered the a day in advance, let them know I was on my way 30 minutes in advance, bad customer service from employees, the store is messy and very disorganized, long lines for self checkout and employee checkout, lost prevention employees are very obvious when walking around and rude! This location has THE WORST turn around time of any target drive up I have ever been to. They literally stand around and talk while the bags sit in a cart. Been waiting for over 10 minutes while a truck barely pulls up and is taken their order right away. Not a big fan of leaving negative reviews but we did a registry here because they promise a nice gift basket! Well, we went through making the registry and came to get the bag and were told by a really impatient and angry-looking woman that they didn't do that. So, to be honest, I feel a bit betrayed. This feels like a bamboozle, and I just don't know what other power I have besides being able to leave this review, so other people don't get misled in the same way. Otherwise, the store is generally disorganized, but this was the thing that clenched my wanting to leave a review. I love Target but this location really needs to improve. There's always long lines. There's dirty Starbuck cups everywhere. Tons of go backs carts just in middle of aisles. Store is filthy! Clothes all over the floors, shoved at the bottom of display stands, over stocked on rounders, etc. in clothing departments. Dressing rooms are a mess. Employees near dressing room standing around complaining about their job and using profanity with no care that customers are in ear shot of their conversation. Floors are dirty throughout the store, stocking carts left in isles with no associate in sight. Customer service area is almost always a disaster. Doubtful this review will have any effect on positive changes happening as I have done surveys and nothing has changed. In my opinion the store is under staffed and the conditions are overwhelming for the staff they do have. read more

I went to pick up an order for drive up at 12:35; there weren't any spaces open so I followed the instructions on the app and I parked in the following lane, turned on my hazards lights, and waited. A lot of cars came and went while I was waiting. At 1:11 I got out of my car walked up to the tent but no one was there so, I went to the returns and exchanges counter. When I told them that I was there to pick up my order because I had been waiting in my car (with a trunk full of frozen groceries from Costco) for 40+ minutes the girl at the front told me "it's just her right now and she's doing the best she can" she asked for my last name and order number. She proceeded to say "I don't have your order it's outside". I went outside got my order and left. Terrible customer service at this particular location. The store is always dirty, unfolded clothes everywhere. The lines are always long as the store only opens for self checkout and has about two checkout stations open. The cashier gets to pick and choose if they bag your items if you brought your own bag from home but will bag your items if it's a Target bag. The cashier took my items out of my bag from home but would not rebag the items. The worst customer service ever. read more

This Corona/Norco location has some young kids working drive up and not only do they not acknowledge you they could care less about whether your order is wrong. Target needs to do better. read more

Came in today right at opening to get a few baby shower gifts. Can I just say Target you can do better. The whole store had trash lying around in different areas. An empty Celsius in the kids section. Clothes not folded and and the floor. I got there right at 8am. I believe there should be a crew of people to clean up right? Just in housewares found tons of items where sale prices were more than regular prices. Some items were a $10 less at regular price than sale price. Target should be ashamed, we found examples all over the store of regular prices being less than their famous target red tag sale sticker. We found so many we stopped taking pictures. Bought a target gift card here, I put in a birthday card and gave to a friend and it turned out to be a scam and the card had $0 balance. I went to the same store to return the card- they don't have anything to do with the card anymore and I have to call a number and file a claim. I called twice and emailed pics of my receipts and the fake gift card, its going on 2 months now and I haven't gotten a response or refund. They'll sell you the gift cards but if it's a scam they're not responsible. read more

This is by far one of the dirtiest targets that I've been clothes laying around everywhere empty boxes and pallets on the floor it seems that zoning doesn't exist because every asile that I walked through was a disaster. Management really needs to step up with the team and out their foot down because this does not bring guest into their store.
