Stain on shorts

This location has THE WORST turn around time of any target drive up I have ever been to. They literally stand around and talk while the bags sit in a cart. Been waiting for over 10 minutes while a truck barely pulls up and is taken their order right away. Then when I finally receive my order I check and a pair of shorts I ordered have a stain on them.

I love Target but this location really needs to improve. There's always long lines. There's dirty Starbuck cups everywhere. Tons of go backs carts just in middle of aisles. It makes it an unpleasant experience. Not all Targets look like this, my Target in Ontario are clean and maintained. I hope this location improves and hire more people to help out! Especially at the registers, Target do better please.

Store is filthy! Clothes all over the floors, shoved at the bottom of display stands, over stocked on rounders, etc. in clothing departments. Dressing rooms are a mess. Employees near dressing room standing around complaining about their job and using profanity with no care that customers are in ear shot of their conversation. Floors are dirty throughout the store, stocking carts left in isles with no associate in sight. Customer service area is almost always a disaster. Doubtful this review will have any effect on positive changes happening as I have done surveys and nothing has changed. In my opinion the store is under staffed and the conditions are overwhelming for the staff they do have.

Drive up right after I got my order

I went to pick up an order for drive up at 12:35; there weren't any spaces open so I followed the instructions on the app and I parked in the following lane, turned on my hazards lights, and waited. A lot of cars came and went while I was waiting. At 1:11 I got out of my car walked up to the tent but no one was there so, I went to the returns and exchanges counter. When I told them that I was there to pick up my order because I had been waiting in my car (with a trunk full of frozen groceries from Costco) for 40+ minutes the girl at the front told me "it's just her right now and she's doing the best she can" she asked for my last name and order number. She proceeded to say "I don't have your order it's outside". I went outside got my order and left. Management wasn't in sight to help their employees with customers orders on a day like today (Super Bowl Sunday).

I want to update my previous review of Sit 'n Sleep because they really stepped up and made things…read moreright. At first, I had a frustrating experience with my mattress and base, and I didn't feel like I was getting the help I needed. But after everything was said and done, their team followed through in a big way. They sent someone out to inspect the mattress, worked with me on a solution, and ended up replacing it with store credit so we could get something that actually works for us. On top of that, they corrected the issue with the base--we were originally given the wrong one--and made it right by upgrading us. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. It took some time, but they stood behind their product and took care of us. I appreciate them making it right and earning back our trust.

It was quick enough, but Floyd could work on his customer service/social skills. For a guy who…read moreloved repeating how long he's worked for the company, he seems to not understand how to talk to people. Pro Tip: Don't immediately make a joke about the customer being beaten up when she says she has back pain (domestic violence is a real thing people experience), don't make light of her debilitating OCD, laugh, and say you'll cure it. Also, don't bring up religion. You don't know someone's history with the religion you're trying to convert them to in the middle of the mattress shop. If I wasn't so desperate for a mattress, I would have left.

So we go in on 9/2/18 and spoke with Caesar. He provided us an out the door price for a bedroom…read moreset. We went again on 9/4/18 because he said it would be the same price. Well we spoke with another female older saleswoman and her daughter who was the same lady who arrived when we last spoke with Caesar and she had no clue what we were talking about. We showed her a picture of the catalog page we wanted and she attempted to call Caesar who did not answer. She called another girl who said that is not the price and it would be a lot more. We asked to speak to Caesar and she said he only works on Saturdays but that isn't true because we originally went in on a Sunday and spoke to him the first time. I don't know what kind of business they run but if it is the same as the Riverside one it's a very dishonest company and DO NOT TRUST them with your business. They make you believe you are getting a deal and will later not honor their prices or what you are getting. I will make sure I follow up with BBB, California Consumer Affairs & the Franchise Tax Board that way they can monitor their every move and make sure they run them out for fraud.

Went in to purchase a dining table and some accent chairs on 07/21/2018. Decided to get an end…read moretable as well. It is now 09/24/2018 and I have yet to receive the end table. I got the runaround for several weeks before they finally gave me the option to choose between two other end tables that were "in stock". We picked one and were told it would be delivered 09/04. After several text messages and e-mails with no response I decided to walk in again and ask again for my missing furniture. I was guaranteed it would be delivered 09/17 and to let this new person know if I had any issues. 09/17 comes around and I have heard nothing so I reached out and again and I was told it would be delivered after 6 pm and they asked for the address. I provided it and a few hours later I received a text saying it was out of stock AGAIN. I was told I could get the 3rd end table but at this point I just asked for a refund. Now it is becoming a nightmare to try and get my refund! All I wanted was a cute end table for my living room. Do not EVER go to this furniture store. It will be impossible to get an answer when something goes wrong.
