Service was good to the point where I felt I was forced to get a sofa couch I didn't originally choose. Still not happy with it. Only because there wasn't much of a selection to fit through my apartment. Same with the mattress I got from them. The original mattress wasn't available. Which lead me to get another one to accommodate me they said pick any other. I purchased in August 2023. The mattress sinks in one side. It's been painfully hurting my back. They offered to pick it up for 50$ to have the Ashley rep inspect it. Which means I'd be without a mattress. OR for me to purchase another mattress. While it goes through its claims / warranty process. The value isn't worth that place to ever purchase anything anymore. The material on the table I got chipped off. Really wasted investing there. Cute stuff _ just don't recommend their quality read more

Great selection. I needed a coffee table for a studio interview set that we have at work. Found what I wanted and they gave me such a fair price that o didn't even haggle. Then the little old man carried it to my van. I thought he was gonna break himself in half but he did it. Haha! read more

I highly recommend this store. The prices are so reasonable and affordable. They offer many ways to purchase, which includes lay away. Chi is an amazing person and so knowledgeable and offers many alternatives to what is in the store. The store has many options. I purchased two beds, and two bedrooms sets. And also put stuff on layaway. They also deliver and setup the furniture. read more

Jerome's Furniture "Liquidation"???. I did not know that, so just be aware of that fact. We bought a feather/down lounger set. It felt wonderful when we sat in it in the showroom. If felt awesome. We bought it. BUT, beware if you consider this type of couch, it's called pillow/cushion compaction! After you sit on this couch a few months the pillows compact so much you might be sitting on the hard wood frame. We are, right now, after only 9 months. We feel it is not defective, but a defective design. Not enough long term cushion. We talked with Jerome's but they said it's normal, so just fluff it. We do, every day, sometimes multiple times. AND, you need some muscle to do this. We were not aware this would happen, no one told us, we should have looked into it more. That said, also be aware of Jerome's no return policy, at least at this store. Once you buy it, it's yours. Once they say they cannot or will not help you further, there is nothing more to do. We only wanted a reselect, not our money back, there was no negotiation. I spoke with C/S, I wrote to Jerome's corporate, nothing. Just fluff it. The people are nice, but do not expect much consideration after the sale. Also, give no thought to escalation. QUOTE: "management doesn't have set seats or phones, so they have no direct number". Let that sink in!!! We also found out the couch was discontinued, and they no longer buy from the vendor ... HENCE ... "Liquidation". Had we known this, we would likely not have purchased it for the price we paid. I like "J" at this store, she was considerate and kind ... but we're never going back unless they somehow decide to assist us, but I am not holding my breath. Just a warning: ASK about wear, ASK if the product is discontinued, be ready to like and live with it. So ... it's policy first, customer satisfaction second. If you have a good experience with Jerome's, I am happy for you. Really. If not, then learn. read more

I LOVE this store !! I was looking for a specific bedroom set (bed, nightstand, dresser) and none of the sites I looked at had all the pieces and all had long lead times on delivery. When I called Furniture Liquidation Chi was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She not only found all the pieces I wanted but they were delivered within the week. She also provided options of similar designs for me to consider which were more readily available. The delivery service was excellent, very professional. They unboxed and assembled all items and even took all the packaging with them. I highly recommend Furniture Liquidation; prices are very reasonable. They are a family run business that go the extra mile. My heartfelt Thanks to Chi and her Mom!!! read more

One thing I must say I should of kept shopping around but the ladies that helped with my bed made me feel like, I could trust the business. The younger woman keep trying to sell me a bed already in stock and I didn't like it so she gave me a few catalogs to look at and behold on pages that followed I found the bed of my dreams the younger woman said oh it would be more cheaper if you order it from this catalog the color will be dark grey I was hesitant at first but the younger woman kept saying oh we have the best look at all our awards over the years. I paid 980.00 for delivery and set up for grey bed day followed and I'm looking at my bed and color isn't even dark grey.. it's dark brown. I will take my lose on this one but I spent way to much money to not get what I wanted/ what was agreed upon writing on paper work... read more

A year ago we purchased a dining room table from Furniture Liquidation. They arrived and set up perfectly. Today we brought in a chair from the table that broke. We were hoping for an exchange, but would buy a new one if necessary. Cindy, who helped us last time was gracious and didn't even want to see our receipt. She took one off the showroom floor and gave it to us. I highly recommend this store. Great prices, quality furniture and outstanding customer service! Crystal read more

They just moved!! I furnished my entire new house from these amazing people! I ordered everything through the many catalogs from varies companies and manufacturers from modern to rustic designs. The quality of the furniture is 1000x better than IKEA. They will deliver and set up the furniture for you. The prices are even better than IKEA because you are ordering directly from the warehouse. Don't let the name fool you, they have anything and everything you could possibly look for. They have stuff that you can't order anywhere else. Once you look through the catalog, you'll regret ever stepping foot into IKEA or anywhere else! read more

The crew at Furniture Liquidation gave me a great deal. Prior to moving and closing in my new home, they were able to hold my furniture until I told them to deliver. You have to make a deposit of course. The guys that deliver are friendly and will ask you where you want them placed. "A little to the left, a little to the right" are things they'll listen to get it the way you want it. I pointed out a scratch on a nightstand, and they were able to touch it up on the spot. read more

Came here once. My experience wasn't so bad when the father was assisting us. This 2nd time I wanted to customize make a sofa and owner tells me my taste is off and weird???? I like things to match up with two tones and not just one tone of colors and if I feel like they match better that way then what's the problem? I'm paying for it. Isn't the customer always right especially with what their taste is in furnitures? I like to mix and match and that's my choice. Maybe they make so much money and don't care if customers come back or not. If so I'll go to a place that will work with my taste and can accommodate my style. Because of what she said I didn't continue with the order. That's a big loss for them. I would have placed the order on Sofa set and formal dinning room set. read more

bad customer service. The girl in the store was so disrespectful over a 25 dollars repair. The old lady told me if I bring my chair there will be no charge. will never go to that store again. read more

I've dealt with many big box furniture stores and found this business by chance. I was looking for a reasonably priced frame for a queen sized bed and that offered delivery at a reasonable rate. Ordered the frame on line and followed up with a phone call. Immediately obtained a quick reply to all my questions and a delay date and time was set. I couldn't be happier read more

**Seriously**??!!? Went here today, there was a middle-aged couple and they were not interested in helping us. We were looking for office furniture, and were given the catalog. When we ask price for a few select items, the gentleman took so long, and started asking us," are you planning to buy today, then I look for the price!!" (seriously???) I was kind of annoyed and started to walk out, my husband was patient and he informed the guy that we are leaving. To that the gentleman says why do you waste my time, if you don't want to buy today. It seemed like looking up price online was as heavy for him like removing furniture from the warehouse. I would never return there.... I have started doubting the credibility of Yelp. The store says liquidation, but display items were priced as other stores, I don't know what was discounted there. I think buying reviews on Yelp might be the way to go for such places... read more

Cindy and Chi are a fantastic mother and daughter furniture dealing duo! After moving more than a handful of time in the past years, I have had my share of furniture shopping. Chi is one of the few, possibly the only one, who identified my issues with finding comfort in relation to my petite frame. She made great recommendations that addressed my primary concern for good back support in a couch. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and efficient! We had actually planned on shopping around a few more stores but ended up buying a couch in the same day of the first day, first store, and within 30 mins..haha. Yes, I do sometimes make impulse decisions. I only do this when I am pretty sure of that I am making a wise decision. I will post an update of the delivery experience, happening later today, if it is anything less than positive. :) read more

I came to this store looking for a dresser for my son. The ladies were so helpful, nice and it was such a pleasure doing business with them. The dresser is solid wood and beautiful. So we had purchased a seven piece table set, but there was only 5 chairs at the moment on the floor piece sample and we took that one home. They said they would deliver the last chair to us but had to order it, and guess what! WE NEVER GOT OUR CHAIR AND PAID OVER 700 dollars! this was a SCAM, so please don't take anything unless you have everything, they WONT keep their word in giving you the last piece. & every time i call they say the chair is back ordered and it's been over 2 months already. Firstly, some old lady picks up that can barely understand english, then hands the phone to her daughter or something (whom I can hear bicker with the old lady for a bit), who just says "Hi, what do you want???" I then ask her if they have any desks (more specifically simple ones, like at IKEA). "No we don't have any!" Seriously? Retail chains don't kill small businesses. Shitty customer service does. Great price for furniture, a wide selection available. We also ordered from the catalog which turned out great. Cindy and her husband are great. Prices on furniture are decent. But you pay for what you get and I was not satisfied with the color and quality of my new bedroom furniture. Paint was over sprayed in some spots and paint drips. Furniture had many scratches. Bought Dinning table and chairs. Already have a broken chair. I came back to this location in Corona to complain and was told that..this is the way the furniture comes from the warehouse. We found this place by chance due to our intended location, also in Corona, being closed upon our arrival - we are glad we did! We drove out from about 25 minutes away, and intended to find a new, relatively inexpensive king mattress. We walked into Furniture Liquidation, and within 15 minutes we had already signed paperwork for a great mattress. We got a king sized for just $500, and it was the perfect match for us. Can't beat that price! Not to mention, the owner was SO sweet and even gave us a discounted delivery fee for that evening since she lives just a mile or two away from us. Talk about great service! We had a great night of sleep last night; such an upgrade from our cramped full size bed before. There is now room for both my boyfriend and I, as well as our two large dogs and two cats! Thank you Furniture Liquidation! We will recommend you to everyone :) read more

I'm glad I bought majority of our furniture from this business. Not only were they very friendly and helpful in finding the type of furniture I was looking for but they were patient and never rushed me into buying something I wasn't sure of getting. The delivery went well , they delivered on time and the day they had promised, my headboard came out slightly cracked ,they let me know and took it back and replaced it a couple days later. I've bought furniture from other places before and have received some furniture cracked/chipped and I had to call them back to complain so by them bringing it up to me was so nice and honest of them.
