Let me start things off by stating what a fan I have been of Target for many years now. I have spent so much money with this organization, that I should have probably thought of investing as a shareholder..lol. They have a great selection of items, fair prices, and their return policy is fantastic. However, and I do mean however, their customer service has seemed to be lackluster over the past few years. Not exactly too sure why there has been an obvious decline in this aspect, but it has been noticed by just not myself. I went into this location earlier today to pick up a few essential items for the house. One of the items I came for was not on the shelf. I was able to track down an employee whom I asked to see if there was possibly some stock in the back. The particular employee (who will remain nameless) that I had asked suggested I purchase another brand. Hmmm, I thought to myself, that didn't answer my question. So I decided to ask the question again. This time the employee's response was "I don't know". I literally had to go the distance and ask, would you be able to check for me? The response I was given was "well if it isn't on the shelves, then we probably don't have any". Fantastic response right? Sounds like this person was really enjoying their job right? I asked if there was someone they could maybe check with, perhaps a manager or supervisor? That employee stated let me see what I can do. I waited around in the same location for 5 minutes before I dropped my items off and left the store. Unfortunately this location has been consistent with poor service. I will have to drive farther out to shop at a different location. I personally think that I didn't really ask for much other than to inquire about an item that I really needed. I hope management does a better job with training. Judging from other reviews, seems this is a consistent theme for this location. read more

I know customer service can be a draining job but I was being polite to her even after her bad attitude towards me for no reason. Worst target location. Nobody ever answers the phone. Did an order pick up and 3 of my items were missing (should have checked before driving off) but I have NEVER had this issue at the Corona target and I did order pick ups with them maybe twice a week. Have recently moved to Norco so this location is closer but I will 100% continue to do my shopping at the Corona location. Love target, just not the customer service at this location. Horrible customer service on 3/23. My husband bought a heating pad on Sunday as I was in some pain. The box looked a little beat up, but it was the last one left. When he came home, we opened it up to find a different product inside. It was some type of neck pillow. The box had clear tape on it, so it looked like it may have been returned and restocked without anyone checking the box. That or someone switched the product in the store. Instead of going back to the store, he was off to the local CVS to buy one. So I took it back on Tuesday. I gave the woman at the return counter my receipt and explained what happened. She looked at everything for a few minutes and had a look on her face that should have told me this wasn't going to end well. She left to get someone else who came back and told me I couldn't return a product that isn't the product I purchased. I explained again what happened and she questioned if I even bought it at their store. I told them to look at the receipt. She told me all she could do was give me a number for customer service then left, they could help me and left. I was pretty frustrated as it looks like we may be out $44.99 when the first girl then had the audacity to say that she knows that didn't happen as anything at that price point is opened and checked!!!!! I have purchased quite a few things at that target, some more than $44.99 and no one has ever opened a box to check and see what's inside. Not my carpet shampooer, hardwood floor steamer, box of dishes, etc. I was so angry that she flat out lied, on top of the fact that she was basically accusing me of pulling a fast one. Then she proceeded to compare it to an apple product and said it's 'like what we do when we sell apple products'. I couldn't believe this person. I have never been treated so rudely before. I called customer service, and they offered a gift card that will come within the week over my email- for $45. So I guess I'm eating the tax. Target- you really blew it today. Never have anything bad to say about target until now. Last time I went with a friend to shop for clearance home items and their secret shopper made it so obvious he was following us. I felt so uncomfortable with this guy being around us for literally 15 minutes. I even put him to test a couple times just to make sure and not just me assuming he was there after us and yes, both times I went from aisle to aisle and left the area he was at for a couple minutes and as soon as we went back to the home stuff he kept coming back for us. I have no idea what his issue was or why he kept following us just cause we kept going back and forth to the price check machine to make sure the items we were going to buy were on sale. Target you are disappointing a lot of us. Clearing going downhill. Oh and, One last thing. You looked so dumb following us around cause in the end guess what.....we ended up PAYING for our items. Meanwhile you were too busy following us someone was probably shoplifting in a more obvious aisle not the home aisle. So, Jokes on you. :) read more

My buddy and I were en route from the IE to SD, and we were in dire need of caffeine. We looked up the nearest Starbucks, and found the one located within this Target. We walked in, and the Starbucks was to our immediate left. We stood in line, and it took about 10 minutes to get our coffee drinks. The staff at this Target was very friendly, and the placed was clean and orderly. It was somewhat busy when we walked in, as it was early on a Saturday night. The crowd was a mix of all kinds of people, but no trouble makers or disagreeable characters. Overall an alright Target experience. I would repeat if I lived in the IE, but I live in LA so chances are I may not stop by here in the forseeable future. read more

She did not have to take her time out to help me but she did and i really really appreciated that she did that for me!!! I was told to call however they were not helpful. Came in today during these COVID times. Good measures in place for masks and social distancing. Saw numerous personnel actively cleaning throughout the store. Plenty of staff on hand throughout the store too. Wait times were minimal at the checkout. They are now accepting returns and the wait line for returns was very quick. Good selection of clothing, but wish they had more of a selection of dress shoes for little boys. read more

What is going on with your baby section of the store? Everything is everywhere. Boys and girls clothes are all mixed, and not just mixed by gender, it's mixed with the toddler and kids clothes as well. If I wanted to rummage through every piece of clothing to find a single item I would've gone to Ross. Not only that, but you literally have like 4 go back carts just sitting in the middle of every isle. It literally looks like Ross in there now... Your store needs some serious reorganization in the baby section. Baby boy clothes shouldn't be separated into 4 different sections of the whole area. It makes no sense. read more

In another rare Covid swerve I've decided to pen a quick review of my recent and even previous experiences with Target. Just like the structure of the world I guess I can change things up as well when it comes to Yelp. I've always found my experience here hit or miss, but what I love the most is whatever it is I search the area to find somehow always ends up being in stock here. That's not always the case, but 90% of the time it's a done deal. Can't go wrong with that! On my recent trips I admit I did get a bit squeamish at how people under performed at social distancing which is no fault to Target of course, but too I wish there would've been a bit more control in place when it occurred. I typically only come for electronic items so I'm always usually in and out fast. Especially during these times that is convenient vs. having to wait in the front. Overall I am able to do what I need and not waste a day so to this archer that's a direct bullseye when having to shop for those essential and nonessential things in life! read more

Not the best target. The layout is super weird and every time I order what could take then 20 minutes to pick up and bring to the car takes 2 hours +. It's so annoying I have an infant daughter and 4 year old son and walking through the store like I used to is no longer possible. Pick up is more convenient for us now. So I'm not a fan of this specific Target. It's not the lay out of the store, it's always clean and stocked. But the restrooms here are atrocious, I'm not saying this after one visit. I've been to this location a handful of times since moving to this area. Unfortunately seems like all of the Target locations out in this area are mediocre. Whether you go to a newer location or older location they have the same issues. Shopping carts in the parking lot versus inside the store. Trash cans overfilled inside and outside the store. Limited stock in most of the departments. And of course every time you go to checkout. Literally 2-4 individuals working the registers. And the line is packed at the self checkout. The guy that's always there is great but how about opening some registers and making everyones life easier? It's sad to know that Walmarts in this area are kept up better than theTarget location. read more

Your store should really retrain your loss prevention staff. My man lives a few blocks away and goes to this Target location at least once a week after work. He tends to carry a backpack with his stuff with the type of job he does to where he needs to carry extra clothes, etc. I only say this because the loss prevention staff never fails to constantly follow him around the store every time he goes in to buy something due to the fact that he carries around a backpack. You would think common sense would kick in and let the guy(s) know that he doesn't steal or intend to steal from the store with how frequently he shops there. He's also blatantly noticed one guy in particular that will follow him around each time and knowingly called him out for it by asking him where items are located in the store. If you're clearly that noticable with loss prevention I think you're doing the job wrong. You should probably look into retraining or swapping out your employees more frequently. read more

Dear beauty community, don't come here for makeup. This is the worst target I've ever been to. The makeup isle looks like it hasn't been organized/restocked in literal weeks. They had ZERO items I came here for after having to search through the piles of the inventory laying in heaps throughout the shelves (not an exaggeration). I was waiting for my drive up order for over 40minutes with a crying newborn. They gave me a code and everything. Several cars were coming and going and I finally asked a store associate where's my order as I only needed one thing. They said they cancelled my order because they don't have lids for a container I needed. No one notified me and if I wouldn't have asked I would have still been waiting there. Why give me a pick up code and have me waiting there forever. read more

I honestly love Target. The store it self I don't have a problem with. What I have a problem with and I can't complain to corporate or help center because they don't seem to care. I normally do drive up purchases because of my disable son and infant that is always with me. It's more convenient for me. I notice on my account I get several charges on dates I never purchase anything. I haven't shopped drive up since Jan 15 2022 and I'm having charges show up for Jan 18 and Jan 25th of 2022? There's not huge purchases but that's not the point it's stealing in my book! You call the help center and they won't refund you or make it like it's a big deal to them. They just tell you to call your bank. I have to get a new card because of this. read more

Prices stay competitive that is good. I order online more often but sometimes have to pick up items and they are always good at correct orders. Customer service is on point with an occasional return that may be needed. Whether it was ordered online or picked up-no hassle and fast to make it right. Thumbs up Target! read more

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS LOCATION IN NORCO CALIFORNIA! Cashiers, possibly the thieves, will activate and charge you for a card with the amount you request; but later when you go to use the cards they are not valid! Had two cards with 50 dollars put on each card, and shown on my receipt, but when I tried to check the balances on-line the cards were not valid.... and if you go to the store they will tell you to call Target Gift Card services to resolve! Check your cards! Tell everyone you know ! read more

Finally I hear them calling my name, the guys comes up to window and all he says is "Next time leave your vehicle description" I said that's weird I did.
