Usually i don't use public restrooms and i was reminded why. As i walked in it reeked of trash and dirty toilets. there was paper towels everywhere and blood on almost every toilet seat. no toilet seat covers and clogged toilets. the floors were disgusting and trash was hanging out of the bins. i understand you may be busy but especially with this Virus going around AND you have a full staff, this is unacceptable and disgusting. There are people with children that go in these restrooms. anybody with common hygiene and eyes can see why this is an issue. read more

This store is filthy, stinks, nothing is stocked where it belongs, things are thrown everywhere. nobody around to help you & if you do find workers, they walk past you like they don't see you. I try to go to the Target across town but, this is close to where I live so, I go when I absolutely cannot drive the extra miles to Corona. Came in for a few items. Noticed there was a line for checkout, the line was fast moving but it was because the guy up front was just throwing people everywhere available. He put the people behind us in line told them go to this checkout same as us. Those people ending up cutting us because the guy up front doesn't know how to give clear direction. It also seems these cashiers are slower than sloths. Seems like the leadership here doesn't care because they always chit chatting together doing nothing in return area. Horrible store management. Was in line for a Nintendo switch and a family cut in front of us and bought 3 of them. They said 1 per person not 1 per house hold just like other stores. One of the customer even got hostile towards another customer for telling him he can't cut in front of people. Store needs to do a better job implementing a better system to make it fair. I always avoid this target because to me it's always so dirty. I went for the first time in a while to get some spring shoes and clothes and dreaded the fact I even chose to go. I have been to plenty of targets and this is the only one where it looks like no one does their job organizing or restocking. Posting a pic of the shoes, wish I would have taken some of the clothing. Ross and Marshall's do a better job. This place looks like the aftermath of Black Friday again and again. I left empty handed. Went in today to return so of my extra wedding supplies that I didn't use. When I went to return it, the employee couldn't find them in the system. I felt frustrated because I was driving around all day. He then called his manager Debbie, she was so helpful, she knew that it was sold there, but was taken out of the system. She then took my $8 worth of product and gave me a $10 gift card! My wife will definitely e spending more than $10 at that target! I would highly recommend this store! read more

Just did a drive up order and my stuff was out in like 2 minutes. I felt compelled to leave a review after just witnessing a woman yell at the man who got my order because she had been waiting a long time when she was in fact at the wrong store. If you're reading this, I appreciate you apologizing to me for saying "NO" when he told me he'd be right back with my order then proceeding to yell at him BUT he is the one who deserves the apology. I drive out of my way to come to this location because of its cleanliness, efficiency, and STAFF. I am so sorry to the employee who just dealt with that woman and THANK YOU for your help! read more

My husband and I shop at Target a lot. We have 3 stores to choose from that we can shop. We chose this Target on Hamner. Past experiences here have been a total let down. But we are always willing to give this location more chances because its location is convenient for us. Walking into the store, no problem. The minute we started down the men's body wash, deodorant aisle, it was a total mess. Continuing to the women's bath wash, razors and deodorant aisle, worse. The cosmetic area, face wash, shampoos.... looks like a truck drove through and they forgot to get the license number. At this point I was fully saddened and disappointed the way this Target looked. Out of curiosity, we continued through the rest of the store. A TOTAL MESS. Clearly not enough staff to keep the entire store clean. Or very poor management. I have worked retail, it is not easy. Constantly cleaning up after people. However, that isn't an excuse for how this Target looked today. Hopefully when we decide to shop this location again, which will be long time, it will look better. Norco Target management, please take care of your store. read more

I get my prescriptions filled at this CVS (inside Target) and am ALWAYS welcomed by my name by Chris. He knows what our typical medications are by memory and reminds us of flue shots when the time is coming. Chris and his staff are always very friendly and there is rarely a waiting line. The new remodeled store looks great, fully stocked and clean with lots of fun new items. Lots of great grocery selections and healthy meal options. I got to the checkout counter and realized I had left my wallet in the car. When I returned a few minutes later the young cashier had scanned and bagged my whole order, ready for me to just pay and go, even though he'd also rung up a few additional customers behind me by then. Excellent service as I didn't have to go to the back of the queue nor did I have to wait when I got back to the lane. I like shopping in person and I like that Target gives great training and opportunities to entry level and young employees like this young man, who was competent,efficient, polite, and completely customer focused. read more

This encounter happened at the Norco Target around 6:30 pm on 7/27/19 I am a loyal target customer and literally spend all of my money there. I am a redcard holder and do most of my shopping there. As a mom of two, the drive up feature has been a life changer. I've never had any problems with this location until today. I put in an order for some baby items to pick up from drive up while my husband and I were at dinner at the Rubio's across the street. As we were leaving dinner I asked my husband to hit the "on the way" button on my target app. When we got there (less than 5 minutes later - we were literally across the street) the worker was already standing outside with my items. Somehow the "I'm here" button must have gotten pressed accidentally before we actually arrived. The employee (wish I would have gotten her name) very rudely lectured me about how I need to wait until I'm actually parked to say "I'm here." I really wanted to explain how it was an accident, and I literally do this all the time, but her attitude and way of speaking to me as if I were beneath her was really off putting. She felt the need to talk to me as if I were a child misbehaving. I really liked this target better than the crossings traffic wise, but I've never been treated like that before so I guess I will strictly stick to that store. I didn't feel like a valued customer today. :/ read more

This target has one of the cleanest bathrooms I've been in. Every target I've been to in the past is the worst. But I went I to this targets restroom and was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was clean and well kept with supplies. A clean bathroom honestly makes a difference in a visit and I appreciate the work put in. Thank you:) read more

Everytime I do a drive up order I end up with a broken item or with my item missing something. Today I did a pickup for a tv big mistake, it was cracked on one whole side. Inconvenience when you use drive so you don't have to get off and still end up having to do more by going to return and getting item replaced. Has happened to me multiple times. Although target has a really good return policy this is still unacceptable. read more

The issue I have with this location is when it comes to cleaning. The baskets are filthy. The basket I had today looked like it had vomit in the corner and I didn't realize it until after I put my items near it. Also all the items in the aisle that sale small items like toothpaste and Q-tips had some other products spilled on it. Do better employees. read more

I was doing self checkout and I can hear 3 or 4 employees with in 10ft of me talk amongst themselves to check my receipt on my way out. All because I did two transactions. Use some common sense and have some manners. I am with my kid 10ft away from 3 to 4 employees with a camera in my face and the most expensive item I have is $10 water bottle. If you have a concern about what I am doing ask me if I need help instead of talking about me and then insulting me by asking for my receipt at the door( the only person that was asked by the way). This is my regular Target, and I wish I could leave a better review, because there are aspects of this location that I like, but I'm leaving a one-star review because of the restrooms. I've been going to this location for about 5 years and the women's restrooms are consistently awful. Please, for the sake of your customers, *thoroughly* clean the bathrooms multiple times a day on a schedule. I avoid using this restroom at all costs but sometimes I have to, and I dread it every time. I will happily update this review if I see a positive change- thank you! read more

So I came in today to buy essentials socks and underwear's. I went straight to the clearance section to see if there was any goodbyes I spotted some socks and some underwear is on sale so I take them to the front to finish my purchase and then I met Debbie at self check out. She looked like she was in a bad mood already, but I asked her why one item was ringing up higher than what the sticker has on it. Her response was cold " sometimes people change prices I have to look it up to make sure it's the right code" I stated there is a handful back there if she wanted to check her response again was cold and said I'm still going to check. After I brought her the other ones she starts yelling at me telling me that she doesn't have to take this for me. Not once did I raise my voice or berate her but again she claimed that I was yelling at her. Thank God Danny the manager was there and heard and saw everything he change the price right away no fuss and I was out the door I understand if you're having a bad day I get it everyone has bad days but don't take it out on someone asking a simple question I really hope Debbie finds peace and doesn't yell at just anyone read more

"I like to save myself some money." I mean, who doesn't?! I was able to score a cute romper here today, flowers and all. In fact, I found a lot of cute sun dresses that are perhaps maybe cuter than Forever 21's. Other than that, this large Target has a Starbucks (perhaps it's there to provide all Target's shoppers with all the caffeine they need). And the store is mighty clean with no clutter to interfere with finding what you need. Lastly, this Target is located in the same plaza as Jamba Juice and Staples, and the parking lot is huge. What a scam this store let someone use a cloned ATM bank card of my son's Aug 26, 2016 he charged close to $500.00 of stuff. We went to our bank to do our business, son noticed the charge. Them found out the fraud unit caught it and called him. So our bank always catches fraud and alerts us they protect our money. So now this Target store got ripped off for being lazy and checking photo ID on a large purchase, that is what they get. We still have our money change the ATM card that was sent to bank fraud unit for investgation. Target is such a loser no wonder they have decline in sales we hardly shop there we went from 3 times a week to maybe 2 times a month. They are lazy and have bad CS. We plan to call corp office about this and to let them know they were taken almost 500 dollars of merchindise. read more

I can see why this target has 2.5 stars. The employee Yvonne is slow as shit. I could've gone out to Mexico, lost my virginity, get married, go through a divorce, and become a single dad at the age of 16. After that come back to the U.S Of A and got my immigrant child his papers and see him go to his first day of preschool. Then get a new girlfriend and years later and break up with her and lose my child in court, then fall into a state of depression. Then realize how shit life is so I go out to a bridge and contemplate life and consider suicide, but before I jump my wife who had divorced me years ago comes back to me and talks me out of it. Then life doesn't seem so bad so then I get back with her and then realize that I had forgot about my items I had left back at target. When I get back to target after several years I pull up to the line and still see her ass scanning the items of that same person who had been in front of me years ago. read more

I waited a week to write this review, not only to calm down but to let the grieving process start. I've been coming to this specific store as long as it's been opened. I shop here so often that a lot of employees know me by my face. I know their store policy on returns which I think are awesome. If you've lost your receipt they can scan your debt /credit card and item and find your purchase. I am a Red Card holder. 5% off your entire purchase. I also adore their Pharmacy staff. So if you heard me say that I'm a going on a Target run..... IT ALWAYS MEANT AT THIS LOCATION. WELL NO MORE. About 2 week's or so back , I sent my son to buy dog food with cash. When he returns he had picked the wrong flavor. I thought no big deal , I'll return it for exchange or credit to repurchase more. We'll husband went to try exactly that but returned unsuccessfully, so I asked why..... He said with no receipt you had to show a drivers license. I said YES that's true , again because I'm a very regular customer I knew that. So this is when everything about this story went BAT Shi* CRAZY! I go straight to customer service counter. Emeditly don't recognize the 2 young girls working. I placed my 8 -10 cans of large Pedigree wet dog food cans on the counter oh and 4 packs of Cesar wet food. Just as I was placing my return I said politely i don't have my purchase receipt but I'll do a exchange for the correct flavor OR a store credit. Meanwhile I'm handing her my drivers license. Still a positive experience. Without hesitation she blurts out "you don't have a receipt " I say again no i don't and try to hand her my ID. Mind you she never said Hello or Have a pleasant attitude. We continue. ... again reminds me that i don't have a receipt. Again I say I know and that I would appreciate a store credit or exchange. .. 6 cans are returned and a few come up not in their system, so I emeditly say to her I'm sorry those must be from another store maybe Walmart or Petco. Again she says no store receipt . Again I say yes i don't I'll except a store credit . Finally everything in total is a few penny's , under $9.00. This is where i almost lost it..... she processed to tell me in her short rude tone " YOU KNOW I'M ONLY GIVING YOU A STORE GIFT CARD" THIS GIRL HAS NOW CROSSED THE LINE INTO PURE RUDENESS! SHE'S TOTALLY IMPLYING THAT I MIGHT OF STOLEN THESE CANS OF DOG FOOD! I EMEDITLY REPLY TO HER "I KNOW THAT!!!!.......... I'M NOT A THEIF!!! I'm thinking am i in a bad episode of the Twilight Zone?! I received my credit and walked out so pissed/upset that I came to the conclusion that I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ONE MORE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION. Really upsetting because I'm going to miss my familiar employees. Only reason I'll ever step foot back into this location is for my wonderful pharmacy department , they i won't give up here. Oh Target, you automatically receive three stars because you are not WalMart. Target Norco is my home store that I have been shopping at, from the day it opened. Overall the store is orderly and stocked. And some of the cashiers are really, nice, friendly, and fast. Now though, Target Norco, let's get real. What the heck is the problem with keeping the restrooms clean? I get it is a crappy job but your bathrooms are NASTY! Seriously Wal-Mart keeps there's better. Also, why are the stalls so small? You refrigerator section that has been plagued over the last few years, with the smell of death and rotten milk, it's coming back. Please fix it before you need to call a clean up due to people passing out.. Lastly Target, I'm totally happy to pay more to have better quality and selection so I can look down on those who prefer Walmart but you need to clean up the store before I can do that. read more

Disappointed in the customer service during check out. All the lines were long and not enough staff to help everyone, but they had an employee standing towards the end of the line directing people where to go. Why not just have them open an additional register to keep the lines moving. It was a mess and people couldn't even tell where one line ended and another one began.
