Norco Floor & Decor is a great supplement to Rancho Cucamonga's Floor & Decor. I've purchased thousands of SQFT for multiple projects, and as a pro - it's assuring to know that nearby locations can supplement one another. Norco being the closest to Rancho Cucamonga. I've also been to the Fullerton and Moreno Valley store - most stores stock 95% of their inventory, though inventory fluctuates a lot as you can imagine the volume of orders they receive in person and online. Loading is free, and facility storage per order is provided courtesy up to one week without an issue - should you need an extension, this is totally non issue and an option. I've had to do this several times. As a friendly suggestion, when doing projects (large SQFT) work with your pro team or sales team at Floor & Decor to ensure your order is fulfilled from the same dye lot - that way there isn't any discrepancies visually. They can also order in from the same dye lot in most cases from the Moreno Valley distribution center (not store) but distribution. The only downside to the distribution center in Moreno Valley is that will call isn't available - so anything required from distribution takes 5-7 days - though you can typically experience shipments within 3 days to your preferred store. As a friendly suggestion, your designer/pro team and or sales rep can communicate with the Moreno Distribution for an expedite request. BEWARE of the Norco Floor & Decor store--shady management and dishonest practices! We spent nearly $9,000 on flooring at this store in 2022. Due to construction delays, we couldn't pick up the order right away. In December 2024, we reached out, and Manager Makai was incredibly helpful. He assured us that as long as the flooring was still sold and available at the store (which 90% of our order was), we could pick it up when ready. Fast forward to March 2025, and suddenly Managers Dorine and Jason refused to honor Makai's promise. They denied any responsibility, refused to provide the flooring or a refund, and coldly told us to deal with customer service. The sudden change in policy over just three months is shady and unacceptable. These managers essentially robbed us of $9,000 with zero accountability. If you're considering buying from this store, think twice--this kind of dishonest, unreliable management could leave you out thousands of dollars with no recourse. We will never shop here again and strongly advise others to avoid this location. read more

My folks and I had been visiting a few of these branches throughout Souther California looking for ideas on a full house restoration project; specifically three bathrooms. This location had a great selection of tile and friendly staff. We went back a few times because my family and I couldn't agree on every piece of the renovation, and eventually got so overwhelmed with all of the options that we left with all the bathroom selections half way done. The second day my mother and I went in by ourselves and Steven remembered seeing us a few times (guilty! lol) So he asked if we needed help and suggested we meet with Ela, their in-house design consultant at no charge. We had been wondering around the store for about an hour, so we gave her a shot! Ela was the best decision we had made in the last few days considering she gave us visual options for the finishing touches on each bathroom, and was totally aligned with what my mom had pictured (which mattered the most to me.) She was patient, informative, had great ideas and even gave us opinions on bathroom wall colors! Overall, the selection this place had in conjunction with the friendly staff and professional service from folks like Steven and Ela is why I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for ideas, need help finishing a project or are in need of great options! read more

Went here for flooring samples and backsplash samples. I love how they do their samples, as you can buy however much you want and as long as you have your receipt, you are able to return it. I purchased a bunch of samples/tiles/etc. and was able to return them. While I was looking for trim for the backsplash, Amer (I believe that's how you spell it) asked if I needed anything and he was extremely helpful! He helped me understand the different trim options and made it really easy to find what I was looking for. Glad Amer was working and I'm glad he came over to help me! Will be back!! read more

Made a purchase of over 10k on October 2023. Top quality flooring that included 10 year warranty. It was the best they had at the time. Well...here we are with issues with the flooring. My husband went in-store to be told the item was discontinued and they are unable to assist us. We have to follow a claims process, however; it's discontinued therefore not much they can do. The material was sold to us by Floor n Decor. They should offer some type of assistance. We paid them and no one else!! read more

So i went in today to pick up more supplies that I had bought the day before . So all my information was on the system . I walked in made the order and was told to drive around and I would pick up my order . To txt the number on the pick up parking space . And I do just that . I'm waited 15 minutes to get a response and assumed I was going to get a call back or have someone show up with my items . I forgot to mention that when I did the order at the register I told them the extra boxes were right on top of the samples they have on the floor . So I waited other 10 min and I decided to call them . I was told someone should be there in a bit . To make the long story short . It took them 1 hour to come out with my items . Literally 5 small boxes . I had to get out of the car and ask what happened to my order . They said they couldn't find the items . I said they were the there behind the Sample . My bathroom remodel was just completed this week and I couldn't be happier with the results. This was the first remodel I've ever undertaken and I was inexperienced and overwhelmed by all the options available so I took advantage of the complimentary consultation with a designer that FnD offers. That's when I met Dana. Together, we were able to find tile that I liked and after I gave her the measurements to my space she knew exactly how many boxes of each I would be needing. She helped me choose a complementary grout color and tile trim. She basically took ALL the guess work out of it for me and was so precise in her recommendations that I only ended up with a few left over tiles which I will hold onto JIC. This is the best Floor and Decor from OC to IE! Staff is super helpful and does their job with a great attitude! Other locations have told us they cannot order from other warehouses and have given us the wrong information. Denise - Designer I believe - helped with our stair treads when 2 other locations could not. Daniel helped with ordering our tile! Matt and Tony (Managers) were able to fix our shipping issues and drop off my order one time as expected even with the mix up! She listened and handled everything in the most professional way. She is very personable and is Onpointe with inventory and communicating to all parties so the process can be as smooth as possible. Don't get fooled on the "Life Time Warranty" promises (or any other warranty services) - Very disappointed on the support, and the defective floorings. (All bought from Floor and Decor) Be wary of being misled by the assurance of a "Lifetime Warranty" or any other warranty services. I was extremely dissatisfied with the support I received for warranty services related to flooring. I recently purchased a flooring item from Floor and Decor, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The company promised a lifetime warranty on the product, but when I experienced defects with the flooring and tried to make a claim under the warranty, they simply rejected it without any explanation. It's clear that the company is just using the promise of a lifetime warranty as a marketing gimmick to lure customers in, without any intention of actually honoring it. The defects in the flooring are not minor, and they have significantly affected the quality and durability of the product. However, despite my repeated attempts to get the warranty claim approved, the company has refused to accept it. The worst part is that I have heard similar complaints from other customers as well, indicating that this is not an isolated incident. I was just assisted by a wonderful manager at this Norco location unlike the one in Rancho Cucamonga (you'll get your review as well). To start, kudos to the entire team there who greeted ALL customers with a smile and a welcoming hello. Julie, assisted me and I cannot be more grateful for her level of service and expertise. Aside from explaining to me what wasn't thoroughly explained at her sister store in Rancho Cucamonga; I felt comfortable enough to purchase 25 more boxes of flooring from her location. Her leadership quality transcends to her colleagues and why they all seemed happy and eager collectively to help out a customer. Ranchos "manager" Vanessa should take serious note. Her level of service is absolutely questionable in any form of a leadership role. Any how, more on her with their review. In closing I would suggest people drive to Norco to experience a level of service that provides you with a team that wants your business. Remember, YOU are the paying customer that deserves to be treated with a level of friendly service, respect and dignity. I ordered kitchen counters. They came out to measure. I showed them pictures of what I wanted. They didn't build them correctly. I had to pay for them to a part of the project. When the other half was delivered, it was of a different material (see pictures). They told me to call their subcontractor, the person THEY hired to do the job. The subcontractor sent out someone to inspect and that person verified that they used two different materials, but then offered me a small discount off of my $5,000 counter job. I said I wanted them fixed. They told me they didn't have either material so couldn't match them - "they were good enough." I went back to F&D, who first told me I should deal with the subcontractor. I told them that I purchased the counters from them, and if their subcontractor didn't deliver what THEY paid for, it was on them. I should be able to go to the place I bought them and have my problem resolved. I was promised a call "the next day." I heard nothing. I called. I was again promised a call the next day. I've heard nothing and it's been another week. I called again and was transferred to the corporate offices. They promised a return call. It's been another two days and I've heard nothing. Altogether, it's been over six months and I don't have what I paid for. I don't trust them to make this right. On top of all that, one section has a huge splotch on it that (see photo). read more

Have to say this place does their guests right. We wanted some floors we found at another floor and decor but sold out completely sold out in Southern California. The store Mgr made some calls and was able to get us some from another store from Texas.
