However after purchasing a few appliances here, I am SOLD. 1. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher Appliance from this store over a year ago. All 3 appliances are running good so far with no issues. (Wanted to get a fridge too, but they didn't have the size I needed). 2. Sales associates are helpful. They were not pushy and are pleasant to heal with. 3. Delivery can be done on the same day sometimes. I am a property manager, if a unit has an issue, I cant wait for days or weeks to get appliances replaced. I need them the same day. 4. They go the extra mile for client. Last year, i bought a dishwasher without even going there. Rafael helped me choose one and texted me a photo. And delivered the unit the same day. Unfortunately Appliance Outlet would not install it because the current dishwasher Angel valve was old. Long story short, we installed the dishwasher on our own, but we left the old unit in the garage and forgot about it. I called appliance outlet a year later, Kimberly answered, I asked if I could pay $50-$75 to get the old unit hauled away. They normally don't do that but made an exception for me and only charge the normal low haul away fee. Thank you Appliance Outlet, if I need another appliance, I'll be sure to call you guys first. And I highly recommend them if you need appliance and good customer service. One delivery on the washer and dryer was bad though in 2025, I was watching, the driver scratched the washer's door real bad on the dolly. I recommend you guys to cover the washer with a thick moving blanket before putting it on the dolly. I hope management had addressed this issue.

He was clear with pricing, which was incredibly fair, and knew immediately upon arrival what was wrong with our dryer. He had two repair options; he could replace only the parts that were causing the issue, or replace the entire pulley/wheel system with a kit (forgive me if that's not the correct verbiage. Robert said it correctly but alas, I'm no expert and can't remember his exact words lol). We opted to replace with the kit. He had the kit available with OEM parts on his truck and had the dryer components removed, replaced and reassembled within an hour. He was communicative every step of the way. Not only was all of that already fantastic and impressive, but he also removed all lint and cleaned the pieces before reassembling. He also gave advice on load sizes for longevity of both machines. He had no news for us and then when he finally got an update on when we would get our dryer he told us that we were not guaranteed to actually get our dryer a month later. this would be three months going on with no dryer. He was very rude and I felt very taken advantage of. We found the same dryer that same night in stock and bought it within 20 minutes for a cheaper price. It was absolutely terrible customer service and would not go here or recommend Howard's. How do you sell somebody a dryer without guaranteeing that they get the dryer? How do you sell somebody something without actually ensuring that they get that?
