Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

When I sent pictures over to Johnny of our kitchen before he couldn't believe I wanted to change the counter tops and back splash. But even though it looked nice there were a ton of imperfections. So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. Carpet Emporium was my 4th or 5th place I tried. I was welcomed in by Lisa Ybarra (very nice & knowledgeable) she helped me with color choices and what is popular or in style currently. Explained all the differences in types of materials and the quality of them. Then I asked the hard question, "Do you have any of the luxury quality options at a good price?" We both looked at each other like "yeah that doesn't seem likely." Haha. But she made some calls and was able to find the quality of flooring I was looking for around my price range. They also have clearance sales sometimes I believe and that was one of the options I went with. They also are a one stop shop and can take your measurements for square footage and have installers I believe for an additional price. I was able to pick my flooring up the very next day! A long overdue review for CustomBuilt-Ins…read more We can't thank Doug and Eric enough for everything they did for us. We had a water leak in our kitchen Memorial Day of 2025. Repipe complete, then the builder came in. The project was to replace the island, lower cabinets of one wall, and repaint the kitchen. They took our check and started. Then virtually no progress in June, July, August, September, and October. I eventually drove to their shop to get my cabinets as they were unable to return them. We reached out to Doug at the beginning of November and he said they could help us out. They custom built and installed our island. They rebuilt our custom kitchen cabinets, and finished the kitchen painting. We were asking them to come in and finish a project that they had no history or familiarity with what we wanted, right before Thanksgiving. Doug and Eric spent time talking and working with us so we were all on the same page. Schedules made, notification messages of arrivals, and we always had a clear understanding of what will be done each day.
