This guy definitely knows what he is doing, but I think he's quite the talker and that takes away from some of his time. He's pretty overwhelmed with work and prioritizes "machines that cut grass". Even if you come in before someone else, if their machine "cuts grass" and yours doesn't, you will be pushed back in the line. Had to follow up to make sure work on my non-grass cutting machines was getting done. If you have to drop off something here, definitely let him know if you have a deadline when you really need it. Ask him to be straight about whether or not he can meet that deadline and if not, go somewhere else. Work, when finished is excellent and I would use him again, with the above caveat. read more

Honest, super smart hero! I paid almost $3,000 for a zero turn mower. I had it less than three months before it fizzled out in the middle of my farm. Im working from home during COVID, so I was motivated to get my mower up and running so I didn't have to look at 3 acres of weeds. I was stressing about how to transport my beast of a machine into the shop for repair. I was referred by the manufacturer for warranty repair. This place was amazing! The owner called me twice to walk me through some proposed issue resolution. Then he sent me diagrams to aid in inspecting my machine. Wow He was friendly even though he was swamped. I took two backpack blowers into All-Pro Engine since they weren't starting for me. I'm not gifted in small engine repair so when I wasn't able to get them to start I turned to the pros. It turns out both were just flooded with gas. Ray (the owner) got them both working with no problem and charged a nominal fee. He gave me some tips so I don't run into the problem again. I was happy there wasn't anything else wrong with them. Ray gained my trust (which is very important to me), and he is very personable. The shop is kind of hard to spot when you drive by. It is located right across the street from some camp ground place near Lake Side High School. Very negative attitude, before even seeing problem is very negative about even attempting to fix item.

These guys are amazing. I have 2 mowers, and neither of them want to work right. I figured instead of buying another replacement, that I'd do my best and try to tune em up! I went down, and asked to buy a new carb, which they didn't have in stock, but they asked to see the one I had taken off my mower just in case it was serviceable. Instead of having me order the new parts or a rebuild kit, they suggested I tear it down, hit it with some carb cleaner, and give it another shot. In the process of removing it, I managed to break a small plastic tab on the top of the unit. He happened to have the replacement part in the back, and even swapped it out for me right there on the spot. He didn't charge me anything for the quick repair, and I decided to buy some stuff I would need to try and complete the tune up on my own. Low and behold, I did everything, and still the mowers won't run. I quick call to the store, my parts were ordered, and will be here within a day or two. If replacing the parts doesn't work, I'm just going to donate these mowers to the cause, and see if they can get me a working one. Top notch customer service here. I live about half an hour away in Temecula, but it's well worth the drive. Maybe it was a slow day, maybe they always help out like this, who knows. Very happy with my service here. They were friendly and honest right off the bat, telling me it would take a bit because they were busy. I was fine with that because I was in no rush. When I got the call about my mower, they were good about doing what was needed to get it going again, and as soon as I brought it home, it ran great. No complaints here. this place sucks..i took my lawnmower to get a new carburetor (80 bucks i was quoted) put in and when he said it was ready not only did he not put in the carburetor he put on a "new blade. new pull string and other crap i didn't authorize. .so he tells me now its 100 bucks ..fine i pay it ..guess what it still don't run,,i take it back he says it just needs to be flushed .i take it home and low and behold it still don't run..i take it back the 3rd and final time and ask him just sell me a carb i'll put it in!! he takes it back"works on it again "sells me more parts it don't need and. it still don't run !! i could have bought a new mower instead of deal with this ripoff artist!! very disappointed with him and that so called all pro name of a lawnmower shop save you money and go elswhere!!! read more

Same story as the rest, mower would not start. I called them so I could get some parts and they not only walked me through the issue, they were able to suggest alternate areas for me to look at. In the end, they suggested a Brake Cable (this is the cable on your handle that cuts the engine off if it is not pulled to the handle.) That was my problem and now it is working just fine.
