I bid my roof project out to several roofing companies, and was most impressed with Over and Above for 2 reasons: 1. Dustin, the owner, personally came out to walk the roof and provide me a bid. 2. There were a couple of little hiccups along the way, primarily resulting from miscommunications with the solar company, which he more than made up for. His foreman had forgotten to face dirtier tiles away from the street so they wouldn't be street visible, and there was an operational snafu with the solar installer. However, he took full accountability and that has resulted in me continuing to go back to him for future roofing needs. Over & Above are a small shop, and so while I had some initial concerns about them being able to take on my project, I was pleasantly surprised. The lack in administrative overhead was hugely beneficial in terms of getting direct access to Dustin regarding the project, and also resulted in competitive pricing compared to other roofing companies. He has never been dishonest with pricing, which I really appreciate.

I honestly have to say, I found the roof cleaning trade to be extremely professional. Every business owner, who I spoke to, was very patient, helpful, and took all the time to answer my questions (and I had quite a few). Their prices were very competitive, all coming relatively close to each other. I was really impressed with the professionalism of everyone I spoke to. This explains why there are so many companies with 5 star ratings. I narrowed it down to 3 companies; they all had their strong points. But I ultimately went with Lance and Quality Power Washing. He certainly did not disappoint! He is very respectful and came across extremely honest. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning our roof, but also cleaned the exterior of our entire house. He sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day, so I could see first hand the night-and-day difference of our cleaned roof. Afterwards, he washed down our walkways and driveways and cleaned up all the mud and debris that came down from our roof. It looked amazing. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up the over spray that went over to our neighbors' houses as well. In a crowded field of highly-rated roof cleaners, Lance stood out above the rest. The Amazing Renzo appeared a few hours later and checked out our breaker panel. He said "your circuit breakers are all good, but I am pretty sure that your city service line is compromised". He told me "I am not permitted to call the city for you, but I will tell you exactly how to describe the problem to them". He then coached me on how to describe the issue. I called Riverside Public Utilities and followed his instructions--they came out within AN HOUR!! and quickly restored our service. Kudos to both Renzo and RPU for their excellent work! But wait, there's more! Several months later the tenant in the home I am renting out called to say that her power was out. Renzo came out again, this time with an assistant. They determined that the 50 amp master breaker was toast. Now these are breakers from the 1970s and apparently no longer manufactured. They made some calls and were able to locate a used breaker in good working order. They returned a few hours later with a working breaker and after wrestling the dead breaker out they installed the working unit and restored power to the house. The price was very reasonable all things considered and certainly much less than a new breaker panel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

With is sonar hearing thing he settled on the leak being close to the faucet adjacent to my sprinkler system, he capped it. It did not fix the continuous usage from my water meter . BUT for another 2800 he could probably find the leak? HUH I did not thoroughly check inside my home like he did out side. He really wanted the leak to be outside and not have to go through the Warreny CO. He kept complaining that "its alot of work" So I still have the leak and he disabled my sprinkler system. Shame on this company for allowing customers to be treated this way.
