It's hard enough to find a fire sprinkler company that works on single-family home systems, since most only do commercial, but to find one with such responsiveness and expertise was a relief to us. We've lived in our eight-year-old home for four years - and didn't have any idea if the fire sprinkler system had every been inspected, tested or flushed out, which is recommended every 3-5 years. Plus, we had three sprinklers hanging down a few inches below the ceiling that maybe would malfunction when needed or at least were unsightly. I left a phone message for Avance Fire Protection early on a Monday, and when Jorge called back, he answered my questions, quoted a price range, and set an appointment that afternoon. When Jorge arrived, he showed me the system components, explained what he was going to do and gave me a time estimate of about an hour. Afterwards he said the system was in fine shape with adequate pressure and no sediments in the flushed water. Then he climbed up into our attic, even with temperatures approaching 95 degrees, and positioned and strapped up the three sprinklers that were hanging below the ceiling. If you need home fire sprinkler service or repair, I highly recommend Jorge and Avance Fire Protection. They did a great job for us - on time, friendly and proficient.
