I was written up for a service call that was already fixed. Told them that they didn't care. A woman cut me off on the freeway and messed up my van. National fire did not fix the van at all. I had to drive it around for months. I asked and asked, but they wouldn't do anything. I was written up for a target employee leaving his shift and not opening doors for me to do my job. (I watched him walk out the front doors with a fifth of alcohol) They had me working in northern California and Southern California, pushing me into exhaustion constantly. I was sent on service calls that needed 2 techs, I asked for help, and they did nothing. When you speak to John in his office he keeps his airpod in so JC can creeplie listen in (I knew what was going on and told John to put him on speaker phone) didn't get that. JC must be insecure. They have unlicensed sprinkler techs working for them (just a fact) Their sprinkler techs would show up extremely late when they were scheduled with me. They did not provide me with a UL listed Solo Test kit to properly test the fire alarm systems. (That's literally a requirement in the NFPA 72) They hired some "GREEN"cat that didn't know how to use a multimeter (I literally watched him confused acting like he knew what to do, then walked over and moved the leads on the meter to the proper location to measure DC volts for batteries. He was also extremely late) I wasn't given a credit card to get any materials I needed for repairs. (I literally used my own money at times without reimbursement) In the end, JC came to a San Diego target interrupted my annual that was supposed to be done before they opened insulted me and blamed me for things that I didn't do or were out of my control and let me go. (It was very unprofessional) I felt manipulated and lied to, lied about. It felt like National Fire Protection was trying to ruin my career. Later, I heard the owner "just cares about putting gas in his boat." I wrote these these truths here because they are affecting my future employers' opinions and making it extremely difficult to get a job. And I need to pay my bills. None of this BS was fair to me. I wouldn't work for them if I were you.

It's hard enough to find a fire sprinkler company that works on single-family home systems, since most only do commercial, but to find one with such responsiveness and expertise was a relief to us. We've lived in our eight-year-old home for four years - and didn't have any idea if the fire sprinkler system had every been inspected, tested or flushed out, which is recommended every 3-5 years. Plus, we had three sprinklers hanging down a few inches below the ceiling that maybe would malfunction when needed or at least were unsightly. I left a phone message for Avance Fire Protection early on a Monday, and when Jorge called back, he answered my questions, quoted a price range, and set an appointment that afternoon. When Jorge arrived, he showed me the system components, explained what he was going to do and gave me a time estimate of about an hour. Afterwards he said the system was in fine shape with adequate pressure and no sediments in the flushed water. Then he climbed up into our attic, even with temperatures approaching 95 degrees, and positioned and strapped up the three sprinklers that were hanging below the ceiling.
