DO NOT USE! This company serviced our system($2000) they installed incorrect sized co2 cartridges which blew up the heads on the tanks and discharged. They came, looked, said it was not their problem then simply refused to communicate with me. My company was down for months while a new system got the permits it needed to be installed($7000 + $6000 in damages). Submitted complaint with BBB, BBB called us and said that this company wouldn't even respond to them. Would have sued but there wasn't enough damages to make it worth it for us. read more

FRAUD! This company sent us an invoice fraudulently claiming services were done at my business. A "technician" sat by the back loading dock saying that he needed paperwork signed. When asked what it was about, he said that he was there to inspect the fire sprinkler system per the building management. As random people are not allowed to come into our facility, I was unsure how he was able to inspect the sprinklers in our unit, but assumed he had done things from the meter room or visual inspection from the loading dock. He asked us to sign a clipboard with a bunch of signatures on it, with no other documents. He said it was just to confirm that he was there to inspect the fire system in this unit. I asked him specifically, "IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THIS?" to which he answered no, it's just to confirm that I was here. At that point we had no further concerns as we were assured that we were not going to be billed for anything. a few weeks later, we received an invoice in the mail for fire protection and safety services. They claimed to have inspected several different things in our unit and charged us for those services. This is complete fraud for 2 reasons: 1. Some of the items they claimed to have inspected do not exist in our unit. 2. They never entered past the loading dock as we have restricted access to our business. We have full video surveillance in our business, and you can see that the guy never gets past the loading doors. They photocopied the signature onto several of their documents later as "proof" that we signed for services. The signatures are so distorted because they've been copied so many times. This company or it's employees knowingly commit fraud by charging for services they never performed, and lying to direct questions in order to get signatures which they forge onto their documents. They then bill you for something that never happened. read more

Ruben claimed to have been sent out and then even had the balls to send his partner the next day to "follow up on his work". Totally bogus and clearly have nothing better to do. read more

Fire Service is a SCAM. I will even tell you why! They came onto my property and lied directly to my face saying they were approved by building management to conduct these surveys in customer suites. Little did they know they were talking to building management... Dumb! Then they didn't think to leave, but then went to other suites and did the same thing, and lied AGAIN to my tenants that they were approved vendors. Thankfully my tenants called me immediately and was escorted off property. Don't try to scam your way to get business. Terrible business practice. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! read more

The company i always used was bought out by this scam company due to the owner retiring. Figuring he chose carefully who to sell his baby too i trusted him and allowed them to service our extinguishers, 14 to be exact. It was all normal the 1st 2 years minus the drastic price difference the second year. (But who can complain when the bill was low because of being friends with the past owner) Fast forward to 2020. They come out unannounced or invited and just start working....they do not run a single thing past me. Now you should know my husband was in this industry so I am not ignorant to the laws, requirements and who is/isn't actually doing the work stated as done. And let me tell you, they did not do 1/2 the work they claim, they jumped the price by double yet again (850 now vs 145 year 1) and when I request proof of the hydrotesting as the law states I need to have on hand they refuse to give to me... now I paid them.in full, to the settled amount, back in September. Now I get a bill for more than the 850 and added late fees? No. Just no. So now I am warning all of you. Not this company. Also, they don't have the proper permitting from the state fire Marshall so how they are up and running is beyond me. (A quick Google search found that) read more

They will say to check extinguishers, or riser etc. They then briefly glance around for a second may be look at a fire extinguisher and get any unaware employee to sign off then send an overpriced invoice to the company. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. There is no requirement for their service nor does it certify you in any way. We even have bulletin to watch out for these guys at my company. Made threats about our business being out of compliance (when it was not). And then sent a pink invoice 3 months later when they did absolutely nothing at all. Costumer service won't put you through to a supervisor. Called 4 times, promised overtime to get call back, nothing, and the last time lady forgot to put me on hold while complaining to a "supervisor" that he can not get me off the phone. This is the second invoice I have received from this company for a fire inspection on our business property. I have never seen them nor authorized them to enter our building. Some guy named Frank Lin was the tech and filled out a complete false report indicating numerous services. I received the identical invoice last year! They just mail these invoices out and hope someone is stupid enough to pay them. I agree with other reviews that this is a scam company. read more

AVOID...SCAM...these guys showed up to service my fire extinguishers at my business. Sent me an invoice for equipment I don't even own. Called the number on the invoice so they would correct their $200.00 overcharge. They never called back. Finally after 9 calls, I catch a lady that answered the phone. She was unable to find my invoice by their own invoice number so she was unable to do anything but she did find somebody else's and wanted me to pay theirs, guess they don't always get paid when they scam someone. Found out that they charged me for doing my building and my tenants as well also charging the tenants too, hence double and triple charged as well a charging for work never performed. And yet there is more but I think you get the point. read more
