George and OT were excellent to work with. They responded quickly, serviced our commercial fire alarm system, and got everything back up and operating properly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they found and what was needed. It's hard to find technicians who are both responsive and thorough. I highly recommend them for any commercial fire alarm or life safety service. Commercial and/or residential. read more

I had a lot of fire sprinklers that needed replacing. Appointment and estimates were easy to setup and acquire. Technicians came on time and was efficient in changing up all the sprinklers. They were really nice and made sure to clean up after they were done. Bonus points for being respectful to my pets and having shoe covers :) So glad they were able to get this annoying task done for me and hopefully I don't have to worry about it again. I would recommend them to anyone needed this service! read more

What a mistake. Got ripped off. Received a quote on 35 fire extinguishers certification tags for $610 only to have their technicians come out to inspect and remove existing 1 month expired tags. According to the technician in order to provide certification on these extinguishers require complete extinguisher breakdown for further inspection at additional cost. Got another company to provide certification tags on these extinguishers for only $420. read more

We had a leak in our house on Saturday morning and spent hours looking for someone to take care of it the same day. I called probably 4-5 companies and all of them said I would have to wait until Monday. Thankfully, Legion was available. From the start, they were up front and honest about pricing. We knew we had to get this fixed ASAP, and they had a tech at our house within the hour. The tech, Manny, was very friendly and fixed the leak quickly. He explained to us every step of the way what he was working on. They even called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. The quality of customer service you get from supporting a small business is really worth it. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough good things about Legion Fire Protection. George is very thorough and easy to work with. Legion Fire came out to repair our whole sprinkler system. At first I was afraid of the potential leaks and hassle of it all. George and I spoke over the phone and Manny came to replace each sprinkler head. They worked with my schedule and were very professional. I was nervous because our TVs are mounted and the sprinkler head was right below both of them, but Manny was extra careful and draped the TV with a cover and proceeded with caution. Thank you Fire Legion! read more

Came home to a leak that looked to be coming from the sprinkler, so I requested a bunch of companies through Yelp and George and Legion was the first to respond back. When I talked to George, he took his time to explain what might be causing the leak and gave me several options instead of having them come out if it wasn't a sprinkler problem. George was extremely patient and knowledgeable and gave a lot of good advice about sprinklers, pipes, repairs, etc. I'm going to have a plumber come out and diagnose the problem. However, if it does have something to do with the sprinkler, I'm calling Legion back ASAP to help me with the repairs. read more

If I could leave a 0 Star review I would. Since the start they demonstrated lack of organization and lack communication. Then when they decide to make time to communicate with you they are providing mixed information. Scheduling is a nightmare and cancel at the LAST minute without the consideration of the time and effort it was to make their request possible. I WOULD NOT Recommend this company when needing reliable and committed people. Simply TERRIBLE!!! read more

I had to have a residential fire sprinkler pipe repaired, I was able to book an appointment and have technicians come same day. They were a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and respectful. Nice surprise that they brought a shopvac with them to clean up the drywall as they cut into, saved me a bit of work. The pricing was competitive, and the process was straightforward. I've got a decent chunk of drywall cut out that I've got to replace, but it was a large diameter pipe that needed some room to work. Overall great service, very accommodating, and effective communicators. read more
