Another year, another fantastic service by Matt!…read more Matt is always fantastic at communicating with us regarding scheduling and letting us know if there's any issues with any of our equipment. He's exceptionally knowledgeable and, at this point in our partnership, knows his way around our building like the back of his hand, which makes life a lot easier on us as he pretty much self-services. We also let him know we would be moving buildings later this year and he made sure to advise us to take our extinguishers with us, so we could continue our annual services without having to purchase all-new equipment and save on fees. Thank you again Matt!

After installing the new fire extinguishers, Matt assured us that he would handle annual refills…read moreautomatically, eliminating the need for us to send reminders. He would take care of the service, generate the invoices, and we would simply pay him. The convenience of this arrangement was a major selling point for us. However, when the time for the annual service arrived, we found there was no automatic refill. Upon reaching out via email to request the service, Matt explained that, since our apartments are in Montclair and he is based in Orange County (Placentia), the 40-mile round trip for such a small job was not feasible for him, and he declined to provide the service.

We scheduled a time for him to come out and he was on time and was very professional. He was not pushy or overbearing. Just polite and courteous. He looked at the leaky sprinkler and due to the age of the sprinkler system, they had to be changed. An expense that was unforeseen and unwanted but because this is our home sweet home, we had the work done. The work was done less than the hours that was told to me. Their team was very clean and respectful of our home. They wore booties when requested without any issues. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave one bit of trash.
