Van came out the same day and was pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful. I knew immediately we had made the right choice. One of our three backflow devices failed the test, and Van went above and beyond by contacting IRWD directly to get our water shut-off deadline extended. He completed the necessary repairs and made sure everything was taken care of. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the level of service and responsiveness we received. Great value all around. Excellent service from start to finish. Reliable, responsive, professional, fairly priced, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Titan Backflow Testing and Repair!

After receiving a woefully poorly constructed letter in the mail from my city that required…read moremandatory backflow repairs, I reached out to a number of vendors to help with my backflow repair. Some didn't respond, others couldn't do the services, others still only did commercial products. Pro Backflow on the other hand was responsive, offered reasonable prices, and ample availability. During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

I made 4 contacts (Call - Email - Email - Email) to schedule an appointment but they failed to follow-up in a timely manner. I called Dennis, the owner of the Backflow Guys. He called me back quickly (less than 30 minutes) & offered to complete the test the next day after I had told him that I was late. He did the inspection the next day as promised & gave me an update the morning after that. Dennis was fast & his fee was resonable. I definitely recommend Dennis - The Backflow Guys! BTW, the other company left a voice message for me, a week AFTER our first voice converation, that they were ready to come out to test. Dennis had already completed the test by then so I declined.

Not enough effort is put into building an authentic relationship and it seems like people just do the minimum so that they can move on to the next transaction. Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Steve's team obviously have deep knowledge and experience but what makes them so great is that they communicate clearly and are enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend them.
