Another year, another fantastic service by Matt!…read more Matt is always fantastic at communicating with us regarding scheduling and letting us know if there's any issues with any of our equipment. He's exceptionally knowledgeable and, at this point in our partnership, knows his way around our building like the back of his hand, which makes life a lot easier on us as he pretty much self-services. We also let him know we would be moving buildings later this year and he made sure to advise us to take our extinguishers with us, so we could continue our annual services without having to purchase all-new equipment and save on fees. Thank you again Matt!

He would take care of the service, generate the invoices, and we would simply pay him. The convenience of this arrangement was a major selling point for us. However, when the time for the annual service arrived, we found there was no automatic refill. Upon reaching out via email to request the service, Matt explained that, since our apartments are in Montclair and he is based in Orange County (Placentia), the 40-mile round trip for such a small job was not feasible for him, and he declined to provide the service.

Then once we scheduled our date for our fire sprinkler inspection and fire extinguisher installations this amazing technician named Jessie Medina came by and was beyond amazing. He was very patient and walked us through the entire 14 unit inspection. He took his time and he brought booties for his shoes to keep all the interiors of the home clean. He has been doing this for eight years so he's very experienced and was very knowledgeable and the prices were amazing! What I also really loved is he spent some time with us to plan where we were gonna install the fire extinguishers on the exterior of the building and he was so helpful. The work and the quality was amazing. He taught me things that I never knew before. Definitely going to hire him again! Highly recommend!

Adrian was very responsive in the beginning, unfortunately not so much afterwards. Frank did our Fire Sprinkler inspection(s)/repairs and the work he completed was good but unfortunately, the reason for us hiring this company was for our Fire Department Inspection. Now we have to find another company to come out and do another inspection (which we already paid for 2x to Central Fire - once for our initial inspection then once again after the repairs). Repairs and inspection totaled in more than 7k. *We are not typically a company that will leave a bad review, but hopefully this saves another company time & money in the future*
