Went to them for a simple recharge on my fire extinguisher. It was ready the next day, and the price was industry standard. One star off because they didn't label the extinguishers, and I had to pick mine out of a lineup. I initially left with the wrong one, realized my mistake and went back to swap. (The one I inadvertently took had the mounting gear on it, I had taken mine off) read more

Called to order a couple extinguishers and to refill one empty one at the house. I spoke to Diana she scheduled an appt. they never showed up. I called since they were an hour late and the person who was suppose to come was still at their shop or office. I gave them another chance. I rescheduled the appointment for a week later between a one hour window that I knew I needed. I called the day prior to confirm they changed the time on us. I clearly wrote it in my schedule since they didn't show up a week prior. I ended up cancelling. There's many other companies to call. These scheduling errors are not necessary. read more

On a days notice, spectrum fire protection sent Joey to help us recertify and recharge our small apartment complexes fire extinguishers in Downey. They came the same day, and Joey took care of us with the upmost and best customer service we received in a very long time since the beginning of Covid. I sent a request for quote via yelp to service my one lonely fire extinguisher at my shop. I realize this is a small service and a bit of a pain to come out to take care of such a small item. Diana responded to my request almost immediately, had a competitive price, and had her team out to service it the same day! The guys that came were professional and quick. Overall excellent service and i'd highly recommend them. Thank you! read more

We've been working with Spectrum for a while now, for many of our properties. And today, I wanted to leave a good review because of their technician Jorge. He is so honest, and hardworking, and he is genuinely kind. He could've easily sold me an extra Halon extinguisher that I didn't need (because, what do I know?), but told me honestly that we had enough for our office. I really appreciated his integrity and honesty. If you're going to get any of your fire extinguishers serviced , specifically ask for Jorge. read more

We recently installed a fire alarm system for our business (not by Spectrum) and was told the water bell was defective. Called a few places and either they want too much for troubleshooting or could not work with us immediately. Called Spectrum and Gus came in the same day (about 2 hours later). He quickly diagnosed our issue and found that our water was NOT defective. He had just saved us over $1500.00 in bell replacement cost. He recommended only what is absolutely necessary and even showed me how the system worked and what to look out for. All work was done the very next day without hassle and I didn't have to baby sit the work. Got it done as promised, on budget, and fast. Highly recommended! read more
