He's exceptionally knowledgeable and, at this point in our partnership, knows his way around our building like the back of his hand, which makes life a lot easier on us as he pretty much self-services. Upon reaching out via email to request the service, Matt explained that, since our apartments are in Montclair and he is based in Orange County (Placentia), the 40-mile round trip for such a small job was not feasible for him, and he declined to provide the service.
