I received and excellent service from the Blackbird Fire Protection person name of Marcos. He was friendly, smiling all the time and answering my questions. He spent almost three hours re-building my Fire Sprinkle Riser. He did a clean and professional job. I definitely recommend Blackbird Fire Protection Service to my neighbors, or anyone else, should they require your services. Again, thank you very much. Mack. read more

A huge thank you to Gabriel, Luis, and the entire crew for their outstanding service checking our residential fire system and sprinklers here in Anaheim! Moving forward, they are absolutely going to be our go-to team for anything related to these systems. The entire process was incredibly smooth--from scheduling and communication to making the final payment, they really took great care of us. They were so patient in answering all of our questions and walked us through how our systems actually work. It is wonderful to find licensed, insured, and highly professional experts who genuinely care about their clients. We'll be recommending them to everyone we know! read more

I was referred to this business by my daughter's coach who is also a fire fighter. I am so blessed to have found them. They are extremely nice and professional and have the best rates I've found. They also have a super quick turn around and take walk ins! I'd give them more stars, but it seems like 5 is the max. THANK YOU ALL!! read more

When a fire sprinkler head began leaking in our ceiling, I compared four fire protection companies. Black Bird Fire Protection stood out as the most professional and trustworthy. Luis, the Service Manager, was exceptionally responsive, answered every question thoughtfully, and delivered on every promise. Their technician, Gabriel, arrived fully equipped and worked with impressive efficiency. He carefully inspected the attic, pinpointed the leak, and immediately sent photos and video of the damage to my phone. He expertly replaced the damaged piping, patiently answered all our questions, and meticulously pressure-tested his work up to 100 psi to ensure a flawless repair. Black Bird is now our go-to company, and I highly recommend them! Brian C. read more

I own a property in Burbank that had rotting fire sprinkler system pipes in the garage that desperately needed to be replaced. Paul is very professional and did a great job; I couldn't be happier with his work. We've also used Paul and George at another property of mine in San Clemente, and they were also very professional and did great work. I highly recommend them both for any of your fire protection needs and we will make sure we book with these two the next time we need anything. read more

We had a dry fire sprinkler pendant to be installed in our walk in. After exchanging the emails and getting all the info done, we received a very high quote. I asked to break down the quote for this simple job, but Jeff was not able to do that, he wrote they don't do that, but instead they give a full price. So we went with another service and instead of paying $1600, I paid $650. Feels like this business likes to up-charge, so be careful and get other quotes too. read more

Excellent service from this company start to finish. They did a repair in my attic and a fire inspection. George arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly and explained the whole process. They are fairly priced and I am very happy with their services. read more

We had our annual fire inspection done by another company. I will not name the company. They came out and found two problems. They quoted me an outrageous amount to repair the problems. I them called Black Bird. They sent Fernando out to handle the issue. He found the problems and corrected them. It turns our that the problems were actually caused by the other company. In other words, the other company wanted to fix their own problem and rip us off. Needless to say, our new company going forward will be Black Bird and their wonderful employee, Fernando. read more

I had a great experience working with Black Bird Fire Protection today. Their technician Francisco came out to our new warehouse in the City of Industry and provided outstanding service. He installed 7 new fire extinguishers for us and took the time to explain every detail about proper fire protection, compliance requirements, and how everything works. Francisco was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all my questions. He made sure each extinguisher was installed correctly, clearly labeled, and fully compliant with the regulations. You can tell he really knows his job and cares about doing things the right way. If you need fire extinguisher installation or fire safety services, I highly recommend Black Bird Fire Protection -- and definitely ask for Francisco. I should have left this review in June when I had my fire sprinkler system inspected. I'm glad I didn't because I had a non-emergent issue stemming from the initial visit. It was handled superbly from start to finish. I spoke with Paul early this morning, alerting him that my valve compartment was leaking inside the wall, from the attached hose. I had no idea this has been going on since June. I stored some things below my valve compartment that covered up the nasty puddle of water that was sludgy and dark brown. When I moved everything to sweep, that's when I realized there was a problem. Paul requested a couple of pictures, to which he responded to immediately after sending. He identified the issue and sent a technician out today. Within a couple of hours, Jorgie (hope I spelled your name right) and his partner Fernando showed up. He fixed the issue within a matter of seconds and stopped the leak. He was very apologetic, which I appreciated. We don't live in a perfect world and things can go wrong. Thankfully, I don't have any water damage in the drywall, so I'm a happy camper. It felt like this company dropped everything to help solve my problem. Thanks guys! read more

Needed help quickly Jeff and Bo were amazing!! Will definitely recommend to friends and famil.

Professional crew and quality! Excellent communication and he was available and assisted us every step of the way

Had Francisco out here doing our yearly fire extinguisher maintenance which he got done pretty quickly. While he was here I asked him for a quote on replacing our outside fire boxes and he was able to give us a very competitive quote. So competitive we hired them on the spot to replace the boxes, and Francisco got them all knocked out same day! Definitely a great technician and one of the many reasons we use Blackbird Fire. Jeffrey is also a lot of help and very knowledgeable in the field as well. Would recommend this company as your one stop shop for all your fire needs. read more

Jeff made the impossible happen by booking me ASAP after another sprinkler company ghosted me after the inspection, failing to book my repair work. Jeff worked some magic and immediately sent out Paul out for a quote, and the following week quickly dispatched him and Francisco to work on the repair of our recalled sprinklers. The fellas were on time, respectful, neat, and accomplished everything needed despite some unforeseen glitches they found in the attic and stubborn old sprinkler heads. They worked solidly throughout the job. Thank you Jeff and crew. Appreciate how hard you all worked to get us up and running in the new home. read more

I just used Blackbird. They sent Beau out to do my job. He was so patient and took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough. Black Bird did an excellent job of replacing recalled sprinkler heads throughout our home. They communicated very well, scheduled quickly, and prioritized doing it correctly instead of doing it quickly. When they ran into some unexpected issues, they stood by their original estimate even though it took longer than anticipated. There was one small part we had to wait for, and when I called them to tell them it was ready, they immediately drove out and finished that last piece right then, the same day. Highly recommend! read more

Just had to give a shout out to Blackbird again! We just had Jason come out to check a sprinkler cover that popped out a little after the repair in the attic that we later realized happened after. He came in and put it back into place, no problem. Just like Oliver and Paul, he was very nice to work with and very pleasant! Definitely recommending this company to who ever needs help with their fire system, commercial or residential! read more

I had been living in my house for over 20 years and neglected to ever check my fire sprinkler system! I did a quick search and found Black Bird Fire Protection Inc. with fantastic reviews so I jumped on the phone and gave them a call. They were able to come out very quickly and I had the pleasure of meeting Jorge their fire service technician.
