I sent out a quote request for two 5lb fire extinguishers to be installed at my apartment complex on the outside wall. Matt was the first one to reply. He asked if I wanted a box to protect the extinguishers and sent a picture of a white box with the extinguisher. It was a sharp looking unit so I asked about the glass. He said it's made of plastic which is better quality and it won't cause any inquires. It was late at night when I sent out my request but Matt continued answering my questions. His prices are reasonable so I asked him to install two more boxes for exiting extinguishers at another apartment location. I had him relocate one of the extinguishers because it was too high and next to the tenant's door. He moved it so that it was between two units. I love how professional his products look and I'm confident that the fire inspector will give his seal of approval. He did both of my apartment location in one hour. Matt responded quickly to my request for a quote and set up service right away. I liked that he even called to notify me about a typo in his quote that I hadn't even notice. He just wanted to make sure there were no surprises or miscommunication which was very honest. At the end of installation, he took photos and included them in the invoice. Defenintly a great company to call to replace old/undercharged fire extinguishers. I just had my them come out to my house and replace 3 old fire extinguishers.
