Really amazing job. Super professional and caring. Fixed and flushed out our system. Didn't leave until I was more than satisfied.

Very clear explanation of charges and what work would be done. I had some plastic handled extinguishers I was warned might be rechargeable and it was true. The service techs were on time and came to me which was a nice surprise. VERY happy with whole experience! read more

Hire KO Fire Protection! They are top notch! I met these guys today working in my building's lobby. One told me he was "Getting everything set for us." I asked if he knew how to stop our front door from slamming shut. Another worker showed up and preceded to make a few turns with his screwdriver and fixed the problem. This has been a problem for many months that our horrible management company, Concord, has ignored. So I'm grateful to KO for going over and above their regular service. I think of them as angels who dropped in to be of service and restore peace. read more

I manage an 18 acre Mega Estate in Bel Air. That said, fire management is a critical element to this property. We have a 10-unit multifamily building in West Hollywood and the fire protection service we used was no longer in business. We were past due for our 5-year sprinkler test so we searched on Yelp for a highly rated service and Kevin responded promptly and was extremely professional and knowledgeable, so we booked an appointment. Kevin's quote was highly competitive and he performed the test very efficiently. Kevin also advised us about specific parts that should be changed out due to the age of our system (it's old!) and went over more significant parts that might need to be addressed in the future. We were very grateful for his suggestions and feel much more knowledgeable about our system overall. We were very impressed with Kevin and are thrilled we found him! read more

For some reason, Yelp flagged my review as fake originally, so I want to clarify. I called KO Fire Protection for some help over the phone. Although I didn't hire them or any other company to come out to my home, KO were professional, warm, and helpful over the phone and answered my questions thoroughly. I appreciated this greatly and will definitely turn to this business for fire safety needs in the future. read more

Had a great experience working with KO Fire. I run a portfolio of properties throughout Los Angeles and have been looking for competitive pricing mixed with stellar customer service and professionalism and found it with KO. Had the pleasure of working with Kevin who took care of my properties to make certain we were in compliance and up to code with everything pertaining to fire safety. What set them apart from the rest, besides the great work performance, was his customer service and treated the property as if it was his own. That type of service is hard to find nowadays and is greatly appreciated. We will continue to utilize their services and know that anyone else who uses them will be just as satisfied with their work. Thank you Kevin and the KO team! read more

Lifesaver. We had an emergency and Kevin and KO Fire saved the day. A roofer pierced then incorrectly replaced a pipe connected to our fire sprinkler system in our bedroom ceiling. A major leak ensued. We called KO Fire based on Yelp reviews and Kevin got someone to our house within an hour. The person quickly replaced the pipe. Kevin explained to us how fire sprinkler piping is different than other piping and requires a higher level of expertise because we're talking about fire prevention and potential water damage. Kevin and KO Fire have that expertise and we highly recommend them. The below photos show the wrong piping (white pipe) and the correct piping (orange pipe). Major difference. They also tested the system after a couple hours to ensure it was working properly and the leak was sealed completely. Kevin and his on the ground workers were super nice and helpful during a very stressful day. Would hire again and will hire for regular inspections. read more

I run a large, multifamily building and the previous fire protection service we used closed down. On their recommendation, I switched to KO. It took me a little while to warm up to "KO" and him to me, but by now things run smoothly and I call him at least once a year to keep on the right side of the LA Fire Department. KO is thorough and won't let anything slide, which I appreciate. In case of a fire, I wouldn't want to be liable for neglected upkeep. read more

I manage properties and had an emergency at a single family home that had a flood from the fire sprinklers. I called around many places for help but Kevin was the only one who knew what the issue was. By looking at pictures and video he was able to see that they have a concealed sprinkler head cover & explained that the orange pipe is the CPVC and that it needed to be replaced. Within 3 hours he had someone over to replace and then to come back again to test. He sent easy docusign and the price was 100% fair! Thank God for KO today, huge help!!!!!! read more

Kevin was so fast, nice and thorough in his inspection. Best service! Thank you so much!!

KO Fire went above and beyond to replace the sprinklers in my unit, which had a lot of uncertainties due to the age of the unit. Other companies either refused or quoted much higher prices. Kevin was upfront about the difficulty and put in time to research beforehand. When more unforeseen problems came up during the project, he went out of his way to find the right tools and parts that we needed to finish the job. On top of all this, Kevin's communication and attention to detail were excellent throughout making this one of the easiest recommendations I can make read more

This is a long due review. We had a sprinkler head leak in center of the bedroom. We tried to find a fire sprinkler contractor who can come asap to fix it for us. No response from our friend's referral, yellow page, Google.. but KO responded right away from Yelp! Then they also came on same day, fixed the leaked sprinkler head, wait it for dry for a few hours and then came back finished the job and checked everything around 7pm~ In between, they also need to coordinate with the HOA fire alarm company to put the system on testing so the repair work can be done. We can't say no more how much we appreciated their instant response, workmanship and affordable cost! Thank you KO!! read more
