James at Fire Tech responded within 10 minutes of my request being posted. James gave me a call to set up appt to go onsite. He forwarded the bill to me via email. He performed the fire extinguisher inspection for the two fire extinguishers on site. He determined, one extinguisher passed and the other needed to be replaced. He called me and we communicated and I verbally gave my authorization to replace the second fire extinguisher. He revised the invoice for work performed and added the additional new fire extinguisher. Bill was paid through online platform. Process was seamless. Highly recommended. read more
