We had a leak in our fire system stemming from a previous vendor who did not do a thorough run through of the valves after completion of the job. This led to leaks outside and inside of our property. Luis, our service rep was not only prompt, but his level of professionalism, knowledge, integrity and transparency with all the issues at hand let us rest easy knowing we found a trustworthy vendor. Although he came to give us a free estimate, he was generous enough to teach us proper maintenance and what to be mindful of, closed up our valves properly, did a job walk of the entire property to make sure he identified all pipes related to the fire system. He was not dishonest in trying to persuade us to upsell a service. He spoke truthfully and told us our system was working fine, and although a replacement is advised, the system would have no functional issues in the near future. This type of integrity is extremely difficult to find in specialized vendors, and I am very glad to see that Immediate Fire Protection holds their employees to a higher standard. Immediate Fire Protection has upgraded the fire alarm system which included replacing the mini horns in 124 units; they monitor our fire alarm systems; handles all annual and 5-year testing, ensuring that we are in compliance with LAFD, and this is just a few things that Immediate Fire Protection does for us. We never have to worry. We recently had a sprinkler head emergency in the middle of the night (1:15 am). Luis came out, shut off the water, fixed the sprinkler heads, refilled the line and assisted in sweeping massive amounts of water in the garage. IMMEDIATE FIRE PROTECTION INC. Came to our rescue late on a Friday night when a fire sprinkler sprung a leak. Plumbers had been searching two days for the cause of a leak coming in through the ceiling of my Brentwood Condo. Late Friday they located a corroded pipe with a pinhole leak which was depressurizing our bldg system. The fire dept came and drained the system and we called Jesse at 10:00 pm . He agreed to come immediately and fix it. He and two technicians arrived promptly, cut out the corroded pipe and replaced it. They then re pressurized our entire system checked with the alarm monitor co. and 3 hours after we called, at 1:00 am Saturday night The leak was fixed, our fire suppression system back up, functioning and alarm enabled.
