Fast, efficient and reasonably priced! They response quick, set up a service date within the week. I quoted other companies it takes them days just to email me what I need. Or asking for ridiculous price. Guardian fire is no BS. They charge a reasonable min services $ covering the work and material within the range. Rick arrived on time and get the work done nice and fast. Invoice was sent right away with details. Accepting most payment forms even Apple Pay. We feel so secure! High recommending! read more

I got my fire extinguishers for my business installed by Rick. He was nothing but a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, professional and price-conscious. Rick installed multiple fire extinguishers, tagged them and even gave me a demonstration on how to use them in case of an emergency. Would highly recommend Rick and his company for any of your fire protection needs! read more

Very disappointing experience with Guardian Fire Protection. Between October 15 and November 3, they missed three scheduled appointments without any advance notice. Each time, I had to follow up myself to find out what happened. What bothered me most was Ricardo's response when I expressed my disappointment with their repeated scheduling failures. He texted me saying, "I can't deny its not the first. Im sure it won't be the last I hate to say." When I continued to raise my concerns about their professionalism, he eventually responded, "Not much I can do at this point except listen to you be upset." While Ricardo did apologize, I found his remarks dismissive, particularly his acknowledgment that these issues have happened before and are likely to happen again. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliability and professionalism. read more

We had a fire sprinkler leak that caused mold in our garage ceiling. We shopped around for the best price and quality of work. Also with being a fire sprinkler leak we need to ensure the company is licensed and qualified to do the work. I called Guardian and spoke to Rick and right of the bat he was professional, friendly and accommodating. He requested pictures and video of our issue and was honestly and provide us with a fair price. Thank you Rick and David for helping us out. Being new home owners it is nice dealing with a friendly and professional company. read more

I was looking to purchase a class K extinguisher and I'm glad I found Guardian Fire Protection in Yelp! They carry the different types of extinguisher and certify them as well! What I love about them is that Rick was very communicative and responsive and made sure that I was taken care of. It makes the whole process and communication much smoother. Anyway, the price is also cheaper compared to the competitors. Definitely highly recommend their service! read more

I am very confused. I called a couple of times and talked with very nice people. I set up an appointment, even texted a couple questions with the main number listed and got replies. All seemed fine. Day of the appointment, no show. I called and texted to ask what was happening - ghosted. Literally ghosted. No call or text back. I'm not sure what happened but this is not a good look Guardian. read more

I had a great experience with Guardian Fire Protection. I needed to add more fire sprinklers for my small bakery to meet fire department permit requirements, and they made the process very easy. They also came to the final inspection with the fire department and handled everything, explaining all the details clearly. Highly recommend for anyone needing fire protection work done! read more

I can't say enough good things about Guardian Fire Protection. From my very first phone call, Rick was incredible to work with. He took the time to answer every question, explained the process clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. When you're dealing with something like an indoor sprinkler system, feeling confident in who you're hiring matters, and I genuinely felt safe knowing they were handling it. When Gus came out to do the work, he was just as impressive. He clearly knew his craft inside and out, walked me through everything step by step, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. The work itself was done flawlessly. Then, once construction started in our home, we realized we needed help in another area. I didn't even hesitate to call them again. They were incredibly accommodating, understood the urgency, and showed up ready to help, just like before. Truly, they felt like a knight in shining armor both times. I originally found them through Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I trusted what others were saying because this team is absolutely one of a kind. You hope you never need a company like this, but if you do, you want it to be them. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I talked to 3 different companies and I selected Guardian Fire Protection because the owner took the time on the phone to explain exactly the fees and he was respectful and professional. His Team show up on time as scheduled and did the work for us replacing 70 of the sprinkler heads for our Ramona High School in Alhambra. The owner came out and checked all the work and took care of all the work that helped us passed our Annual Fire Inspection requirement 2025. Best experience from start to finish! I picked Guardian because of the great ratings and found them to live up to their name and reputation the moment they picked up the phone!! I mean it! They almost immediately nailed exactly the problem I was dealing with--sent out a tech within hours and had my situation that I've been dealing with for weeks with two separate plumbers completely SOLVED. Great communication, smart tech (Guastavo took care of the situation with a smile in a matter of minutes) and prompt as ever. This is one-stop shopping, my friends.
