I had an excellent experience with iFire Protection. We recently had a major water-damage issue caused by a faulty fire-sprinkler head in a family member's home, and it left us really stressed and unsure about the overall condition of the system. iFire Protection came out and gave us an honest, thorough assessment. They identified exactly which sprinkler head needed to be replaced, checked the entire fire-sprinkler system throughout the single-family house, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. No upselling, no scare tactics, just straightforward, professional help. Thanks to their inspection and guidance, we finally feel peace of mind knowing the system is functioning properly again. If you want a dependable, knowledgeable team for fire-sprinkler support, I highly recommend iFire Protection. read more

This was the third fire sprinkler company I've worked with, and I finally feel like I got clear, honest answers. Arbi took the time to patiently explain in detail the issues I've been having with high water pressure. They truly went above and beyond--not only addressing my concerns, but also fixing a leaking pipe while they were here. The turnaround was incredibly fast too--I called on a Friday, and they were out here on Saturday. Very professional, responsive, and thorough. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services. read more

He made his scope of job smooth and easy from start to finish. Both rough and final inspections were passed on the first try, which helped keep everything on schedule. Communication was clear and easy throughout. I look forward to hiring iFire protection inc.  again and would definitely recommend him. read more

iFire Protection truly went above and beyond to help me with my Fire Sprinkler needs. They listened carefully to everything I needed and exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm a busy man, so most of my communication had to be through text and email, and they were extremely responsive and attentive through both. They made my day easier by taking on extra steps that I would have otherwise had to handle myself. Their team was quick, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I am truly grateful for their assistance and the level of care they provided. I highly recommend iFire read more

My wife and I hired iFire Protection to design and install the fire sprinkler system for our new custom home. As owner-builders, we were closely involved in every aspect of the project, and Arbi was an exceptional partner throughout the entire process. He handled the engineering and preparation of the shop drawings, managed the submittals to the city, addressed all revisions, and, along with his father, completed the full installation of the system. Throughout the project, I requested a few changes, which Arbi priced fairly and transparently. Near the end of the job, a change order was submitted for work that Arbi believed exceeded the original scope. While we had differing views on this, Arbi ultimately chose to complete the work at no additional charge--a gesture that spoke volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. With over 30 years in the construction industry, I can confidently say that iFire Protection is one of the most professional and reliable subcontractors I've had the pleasure of working with. I look forward to working with them again on future projects. read more

Arbi was prompt to service our fire sprinkler systems. We appreciated his thoroughness & attention to detail too. He was more communicative than other similar companies we got quotes from & we have been satisfied with his work. In March 2025, I had a ceiling leak and suspected it was from my fire sprinkler system, so I contacted this company based on their positive reviews. I was told the $400 fee would cover identifying where and what the source of the leak was-- whether sprinkler or plumbing related-- and that it would go toward any repairs if I proceeded with their service. Arbi came out, ruled out the sprinkler system, and told me the issue was a shut-off valve for the toilet causing the leak from upstairs. He went so far as to alarm me that both of my other toilets would eventually leak too due to the same valve type, and recommended I replace all of them-- none of which was accurate. I subsequently had another plumber come out and determine that the actual cause of the leak was a cracked toilet bowl, which Arbi never mentioned at all. Despite stating the diagnosis fee could go toward plumbing repairs, Arbi told me he couldn't provide a quote and had no idea how much it would cost. There was no next step, no resolution-- just vague advice, a bad attitude, and an incorrect diagnosis that caused unnecessary concern. I then reached out privately to give Arbi a chance to make things right. Instead, I was met with defensiveness, blame-shifting, and an offer of a partial refund only if I signed a formal refund agreement. This was not a professional experience. I paid a premium for an inaccurate diagnosis and zero solution. I'm honestly shocked by all the positive reviews-- that's what made me trust him in the first place. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. RESPONSE TO ARBI (4/24/25): Thanks for the response. To clarify for others reading this: yes, I agreed to the diagnostic fee but based on your own message, that fee was supposed to cover identifying the source of the leak, whether sprinkler or plumbing-related. Instead, I was incorrectly told it was a shut-off valve and warned that my other toilets would likely leak too-- causing unnecessary concern. The actual issue, a cracked toilet bowl, was never identified. You also stated that if the issue was plumbing-related, a quote could be provided and the fee credited toward repairs. No quote was ever given, and no resolution was offered. That's not what I paid for. I made multiple efforts to resolve this fairly and privately. My messages later turned green, suggesting I may have been blocked-- so I find it disingenuous to now suggest I could "connect directly." This review reflects my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. read more

Honestly, we haven't used IFire (yet) but WE WILL!! We'd been having Backflow issues that we thought might be related to our in home fire sprinkler system-based on all of the reviews noting how helpful Arbi is, we gave him a call. Over a few days he and my husband spoke a few times, and what came out of it was Arbi's advice that we don't need his service as of this time. He was straightforward and told us what he thought our next step should be (with our Backflow company) and that only after that would we maybe need his help/service. He told us what his pricing would be with no runaround, so refreshing! Just from this interaction we know he's a good guy and when we're ready we will totally call him back and use IFire. read more

I was the Owner/Manager of a cell phone store when our building bell started ringing and wouldn't stop... Recently my fire sprinkler pipe cracked and caused a significant amount of damage in my home. I quickly realized that fire sprinkler repair requires a special license and 99% of the plumbers are not able to fix the problem. On top of that the few specialist that are licensed to fix the problem are either non-responsive, or want to charge an extreme amount of money due to the low amount of licensed repairmen. After hours of searching I came across IFire Protection and spoke to Arbi. Arbi was extremely helpful. While on the phone he asked for a picture of the problem. Once he saw the crack in the sprinkler pipe he quickly and honestly quoted me a more than fair price, and most importantly he was able to arrange sending a tech that same day, which was a godsend since my family had already gone two days without water. The technician came to my house, was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He even went the extra step and waited for the pipe to cure to ensure there was no leaks when the water was tuned back on. He did not have to do that and I greatly appreciated it. There is no doubt that if I ever have a fire sprinkler or plumbing issue I will contact them to resolve the problem. I couldn't be any happier with the treatment and service I received. Thank you so much. read more

I reached out based on all of the positive reviews. I called and Arbi, the owner, picked up immediately. He was incredibly helpful regarding how to best address a residential fire sprinkler system issue. Arbi had the opportunity to significantly upsell the situation and he took the practical and honest route. He even offered his address so I could send him my fire sprinkler to evaluate and choose the correct cover plate. I appreciate honest and high character people. I am writing this review because Arbi is someone, in a very short period of time, proved he is such a person. I will be using him for all our fire sprinkler work. read more

The fire sprinkler in our residential garage went kabam and started to drip drip so much we thought the car parked under it drove itself in the rain! After a brief search, we realized it was the fire sprinkler head in the ceiling. I talked to Arbi on Friday morning and he was able to send a technician over by the next day. He confirmed the appointment Friday night and let me know ahead of time on Saturday morning before the technician arrived. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a broken fitting which he replaced promptly, patched the area, and cleaned up the work area. A++++. I'm keeping their number stored on my phone for future and for referrals to friends and family. read more

Arbi is exceptional in every way. Firstly, he did not compensate me or reduce my cost for this review. I actually didn't even end up paying him for his service because it ended not being and issue with my fire sprinkler. That being said, there was water that was dripping around my fire sprinkler which is why I reached out to him. He was really helpful, understanding and was overall very friendly. I was texting him pictures and he was instructing me on how to turn off the water, how to drain the water, etc. Additionally, this was all dont past midnight. He didn't give me a hard time, he was responsive and I would call Arbi in a heartbeat if I had any issues with my fire sprinkler system. Go with Arbi, you wont regret it. read more

Currently employed at a dealership in Pasadena, ca. Had this sprinkler contracting company working on our car dealership building for a couple days. As both us sharing the work space around us, I got to know the owner of this company as we clicked and became friends with one another. He was such an outgoing loyal individual who took his job and company very seriously, and provided great care & Respect to every individual and property around the space and environment where he and his people work. He did such an amazing job from what I saw, lol I don't know much about sprinkler piping, but I do know from what I seen, I wouldn't be able to preform the labor, hard work, dedication it takes to get the piping installed into a building. The friendliness, kindness, seriousness of his work as well as the fun times shared with this individual is what made me take my time out of my day, and write him an awesome review for his company. Well deserved! Arbi take care Buddy! It was a pleasure having you around our work environment. read more

My family from San Jose area and we just recently bought property here in the Los Angeles area. We ran into a little technical difficulty as we thought maybe our fire sprinkler pipes might be leaking. We received a letter in the mail from water and power stating that we have a continuous water flow somewhere on our property. If this was San Jose I would usually prefer somebody i physically have met before. thanks to yelp I ended up finding Arbi, and felt exactly just that way as if we have had history before this situation. Very friendly, and super informative. He was able to come out the very same day, he was able to determine that it was not the fire sprinkler that was leaking but one of our toilets upstairs which had a continuous flow due to the washer and its components inside it's tank. Surprisingly he was able to finish it, not abandon it with a trip charge.. like most others do. Highly recommend read more

Finding a Company in this business turned out to be an extremely difficult task. Finding one that's reliable turned out to be more challenging than we had ever anticipated. Our experiences with other Company's, many of whom repeatedly confirmed appointments, never appeared and lacked the professional courtesy to communicate - was terribly unpleasant and caused many hours of lost and unrecoverable time on our part. We've had the incredible good fortune to stumble upon iFire Protection. This is small privately owned and operated "family" Company, owned, run and worked by a father-son team. Both have extraordinary people and professional skills, a sense of humor and are very easy to work with. We've utilized their resources on several occasions, and have experienced the pleasure and relief of: being kept well informed of work-in-progress; on-time arrivals; competitive pricing; quality workmanship and being treated with care and concern. Our main contact has always been "Arbi" (818-641-4059) who along with his Dad posses incredible people skills with their aim to truly satisfy their Customer. We can easily and highly recommend this wonderful resource - and hope you enjoy the good fortune of working with them too. read more
