In March 2025, I had a ceiling leak and suspected it was from my fire sprinkler system, so I contacted this company based on their positive reviews. I was told the $400 fee would cover identifying where and what the source of the leak was-- whether sprinkler or plumbing related-- and that it would go toward any repairs if I proceeded with their service. Arbi came out, ruled out the sprinkler system, and told me the issue was a shut-off valve for the toilet causing the leak from upstairs. He went so far as to alarm me that both of my other toilets would eventually leak too due to the same valve type, and recommended I replace all of them-- none of which was accurate. I subsequently had another plumber come out and determine that the actual cause of the leak was a cracked toilet bowl, which Arbi never mentioned at all. Despite stating the diagnosis fee could go toward plumbing repairs, Arbi told me he couldn't provide a quote and had no idea how much it would cost. There was no next step, no resolution-- just vague advice, a bad attitude, and an incorrect diagnosis that caused unnecessary concern. I then reached out privately to give Arbi a chance to make things right. Instead, I was met with defensiveness, blame-shifting, and an offer of a partial refund only if I signed a formal refund agreement. This was not a professional experience. I paid a premium for an inaccurate diagnosis and zero solution. I'm honestly shocked by all the positive reviews-- that's what made me trust him in the first place. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. RESPONSE TO ARBI (4/24/25): Thanks for the response. To clarify for others reading this: yes, I agreed to the diagnostic fee but based on your own message, that fee was supposed to cover identifying the source of the leak, whether sprinkler or plumbing-related. Instead, I was incorrectly told it was a shut-off valve and warned that my other toilets would likely leak too-- causing unnecessary concern. The actual issue, a cracked toilet bowl, was never identified. You also stated that if the issue was plumbing-related, a quote could be provided and the fee credited toward repairs. No quote was ever given, and no resolution was offered. That's not what I paid for. I made multiple efforts to resolve this fairly and privately. My messages later turned green, suggesting I may have been blocked-- so I find it disingenuous to now suggest I could "connect directly." Honestly, we haven't used IFire (yet) but WE WILL!! We'd been having Backflow issues that we thought might be related to our in home fire sprinkler system-based on all of the reviews noting how helpful Arbi is, we gave him a call. Over a few days he and my husband spoke a few times, and what came out of it was Arbi's advice that we don't need his service as of this time. He was straightforward and told us what he thought our next step should be (with our Backflow company) and that only after that would we maybe need his help/service. Recently my fire sprinkler pipe cracked and caused a significant amount of damage in my home. The fire sprinkler in our residential garage went kabam and started to drip drip so much we thought the car parked under it drove itself in the rain! After a brief search, we realized it was the fire sprinkler head in the ceiling. I talked to Arbi on Friday morning and he was able to send a technician over by the next day.
