Branover Electric just completed a major electrical upgrade at our 30 unit apartment building in the Los Feliz area. They coordinated this project with our electrical engineer, our general contractor, LADWP and LADBS. They did everything as outlined in our contract. The work was neat and clean and their crew was professional at all times. Their fees were competitive, in fact less than our other bids. Michael Branover communicated all aspects of the project with us. 5 Stars for Branover! We couldn't be happier with Branover and will use them again, without hesitation, on our next electrical upgrade on a sister property. read more

I call Branover for my important electrical needs. They are always ready to help and nearly always there for any emergency. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work! Thank you! read more

I just completed a residential underground electrical service upgrade and electrical panel replacement with Branover Contractors, and they handled every aspect of it with professionalism and skill. No matter what issue or challenge came up, they were able to figure it out and deliver a solution -- whether it was finding a way around a reinforced concrete block wall; attaching the new underground conduit to the original, encased-in-concrete conduit at curbside; or recovering the project from damages caused by the Palisades fire. Michael Branover was on top of all scheduling and coordination with subcontractors, LADWP and LADBS, while Sergio provided on-site electrical expertise. Both were a pleasure to work with throughout the project, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. I highly recommend Branover Contractors for all electrical work. read more

5 stars all the way. I was really happy with Mike, Leo and team who installed my EV charger in my garage. They are super responsive, scheduling an appointment was a breeze, I just sent some photos of the job, and got a great price for the job and we were off! Leo showed up on time, took a quick scan of the job. It wasn't the most straightforward install with how my house and garage were configured. But they didn't take the path of least resistance and ran the line up the side of my wall, to the roof, and down to the garage so the front of my house could still look nice and clean. The other thing I was really impressed with was with my city inspection after the install. The electrician that arrived from Branover, unbeknownst to me, flagged that a couple areas around the chargers could use a little more caulking, and they sent out another guy that day to apply a little more. That was really great attention to detail and something I wasn't expecting. I'm super happy and they'll be my first call for electrical work going forward! read more

We had a great experience with Branover Contractors. They were extremely responsive and reliable. We had our electrical panel upgraded from 100amp to 200amp, a Tesla charger installed, and wiring run to a new gate we put in. The price was great and they handled all backend work with LADWP. We will 100% use Michael and his team for all electrical work moving forward. read more

I had two power sockets which had short circuit and stopped working and also had to set up and a new power cord in my balcony. One of my friends referred me to these guys, as previously working with them he got his satisfaction. The electrician was very knowledgeable. He quickly found and identified my electrical problem. He was friendly, clean, courteous and on time. I was very satisfied with his work. Before he left he made sure that everything was ok and clean. Thanks for a great job!! read more

Michael Branover and his crew are smart fast no-nonsense guys that get the job done quickly without any drama. Highly recommend.

Michael and Leo were incredibly quick and super helpful with installing our EV wall charger. Leo even went out of his way to help us diagnose an unrelated electrical issue with our panel that we hadn't even noticed!! I can't recommend them enough for electrical services. read more

My parent's house had an electrical problem in the kitchen that effected some plugs on the counter. Branover electrician responded quickly to her call and discovered some burned wires in an electrical outlet. He repaired the damaged outlet which thankfully removed a hazardous condition that could have resulted in a fire. I would call Branover Electric again for my electrical service needs. They have the great electricians, great customer service and u always get a California state certified electrician. read more

Stop searching yelp for any other electricians- Branover is the best! I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars! Everyone at Branover was helpful from beginning to end. I had so many road bumps (none of them Branover's fault!) in getting my service completed, and Branover was there to smooth out every one. I called asking how the process worked before any work had been done or my service application had been sent into LADWP. Michael walked me through everything I needed to do and was there for me whenever I had any questions. These guys went above and beyond in every single way, including dealing with LADWP for me, stopping by to check on my meter, answering every question I threw their way, and more! I cannot recommend Branover enough. read more

I had a great experience with Branover. We bought an electrical car and needed to install a car charger. But our old house was wired only for 125 amps, which wasn't enough to power everything. So, we had to do a full panel upgrade to 200 amps before we could install the car charger. Branover was very reasonably priced - but more importantly, they provided excellent service. Our car came earlier than anticipated, so Branover worked to move their schedules around to do the full project with only 2 days of notice. I will definitely use them again in the future, and I recommend them for your own projects. Lenny & Michael are really nice guys - you'll enjoy working with him. read more

Lenny and his crew of Crazy Ruskies are some of the best electricians around. They are no nonsense guys that get the job done asap. They gave me a quote to do a panel upgrade and an EVSE (car charger), I asked them when they would schedule me (expecting to be scheduled a week out), and instead they offered to start the job that same day. On subsequent days they arrived promptly at 8 am every day until the job was complete. They helped with a lot of the red tape legwork of dealing with LADWP and DBS. They seem to know the inspectors, which helps. I will definitely use Branover Contractors for my electrical needs in the future. read more

These guys saved my a55! I had a deadline to complete this job and I spent a month calling over 60 other electricians and contractors before I stumbled over Branover Contractors on the internet. The other electricians were either relentlessly unavailable, not interested in my small job (dimmer installation in a commercial lobby) or were severely gouging us on the parts prices. Very few of them had enough insurance to meet the insurance requirements of our building managers and even when they did, they could not provide us with their certificates in a timely manner. I was about to jump from the 8th floor windows when I found these guys. Thank You sooo soooooooOOoo000oooo much! You guys really came through for me! Not only were you available, but you were already in the area where I am located and sent somebody right over. Not only do you have enough insurance to meet our building's requirements, but you sent me all the documentation within the hour!! That is UNHEARD OF! When your guy arrived, we had the wrong parts (as ordered by the electrician that I had just fired) and your guy Simon was able to make a phone call and have the parts we needed delivered within the hour. No overtime necessary, no crazy extra charges....UN-FRIGGIN-BELIEVABLE!!! I am so happy that we found you! I am going to refer you to everybody we know and insist on using your services for future jobs here at our office. And everybody out there reading this - if you need an electrical contractor, BRANOVER CONTRACTORS is the only way to go. read more

We bought our Electrical Vehicle recently and Branover Contractors helped us to install the charger, a separate meter for EV charger to take advantage of the low electric rate. They took care of everything from getting a permit from the city, installations, and meeting up with inspector for final inspection. What we love the most was how easy it is to get a quote from Michael. The unit we purchased on Amazon was bad and Micheal came back to figure out the problem even it is not their fault. Great customer support after the installations. Couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Branover contractors. read more

Michael and his team did an amazing job. I requested an estimate from 5 different top rated contractors and Michael was quick to give me an estimate over the phone, took the time to ask me the right questions, and was willing to verify his estimate by sending somebody out to scope out the job. They had the lowest estimate and promptly came out the following week and had the job done in less than a day. The work involved installing a new 100 amp breaker and meter location, and running installing two EV chargers. The work was rock solid and they cleaned up after. They guaranteed inspection, which passed no problem. Michael even stayed in touch for weeks and helped make sure my meter was installed and LADWP connected power. read more

Great work, and would recommend them in the future! They completed a panel upgrade and 220V install!

Not until after we purchased our home and 2 weeks from move-in day, did we realize that the "recent rewire" was a mishmash of some new wiring, some spliced into old knob and tube which was exposed to loose insulation in the attic. Being that our home could catch fire at any moment we had several electricians come out for estimates immediately. We went with Branover not only because their quote was competitive and they could get the job done in our tight schedule but also because Lenny knew his stuff. These guys have been in the business for quite awhile and it shows. They showed up early, every morning and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating. We switched a few things up during the rewire, added some switches, moved some outlets, and they had no problem obliging. Would definitely use them again. Thanks Branover! read more

If you have been looking for an electrician that is a cut above everyone else, look no further because you just found it. I have worked with many contractors over the years so you know when you find the one that truly shines. Dependable, professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and just solid nice people. Lenny and his son Michael have really did an outstanding job for me. I purchased my Tesla Model 3 and needed to get a NEMA-1450 outlet installed in my condominium parking space. I called Branover and Michael very kindly walked me through the process and explained all the steps about who I need to contact at the utility company, how much it was going to cost, how long it was going to take etc. What was impressive is that I he didn't even know whether I was going to work with them or not he was just being helpful and just trying to be helpful. Lenny the owner who has been been doing this since 1985 met with me several times and helped me meet with Edison to figure out where we can install meter and helped with the overall approval. Then I had to wait for more than a month for HOA to review all documents and issue approval. Again I have not paid these guys a dime. In any case once all the approvals were ready Branover got to work, they obtained all the city permits, installed the EV charging outlet, got the final inspection and approval done with flying colors. They were proactive, I did not have to chase them for anything - in a nutshell really a top notch service. I know I will be using these guys for years to come and you should too. read more

Let me start by saying I did not actually work with Branover; they were unable to do the sort of work I needed, as a commercial electrician was required. That said, Michael kindly and patiently answered my questions, even though his company would not be getting the job. read more

OUTSTANDING! From start to finish, Michael helped me navigate foot-dragging by the LADWP to get a meter spot. We had discussed installing a new electrical panel, but ended up just standardizing the circuit breakers and installing a Tesla wall charger based on Branover's recommendation--lowering the cost to me by not doing work that wasn't truly necessary is the mark of an honest, trustworthy contractor. 5 stars to Branover, 5 stars to Michael and 5 stars to the onsite crew of Leon and Dennis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

My husband and I got several bids from about six different electrical companies. Our house needed to be re-wired. They came in with one of the lowest bids. But we chose them over the other companies because we found them to be very professional when presenting the bid and in phone conversations. We also noticed from their website that they have been in the business much longer than some of the others. They were on time every day and cleaned after themselves. And they made sure they did things according to our wishes. I highly recommend them. read more

Michael and his team did exactly as they promised. They were on time and got the work done. In a world of overpromises and underdelivers it is refreshing to have a vendor do as they said they would. Additionally, we purchased an LED lighting system they were not familiar with but figured it out without much bother to me which is perfect. They contacted the manufacturer to determine best installation and got it done. Sometimes boring and getting the job done is actually spectacular. Thank you Branover Contractors. read more

We recently needed to have a wall connector installed. We called different companies; and Branover provided the best quote for us. Used Branover to install a new 240V circuit, plug, and EV Charger. Amazing work! They were also the only company to recommend running the conduit under the house in our crawlspace... everyone else wanted to run it alongside our wall. Saved us money and aesthetically! Cannot recommend Branover any higher! Fair price, great communication, even took care of permits and scheduling the city inspection. Would 100% use them again. read more

Great experience. Branover Contractors gave me a quote over a phone call, and then came out to install a 240V outlet for us outside. Excellent work. Had a sub panel, nema 14-50, and security cameras installed. I highly recommend Branover and will hire them again.

Excellent work on our kitchen. Had a really tricky lighting problem dealing with antiquated home automation. Their troubleshooter Simon was thorough and handled the situation well with minimal intrusion in what another electrician had said might require "ripping out our whole ceiling to fix the problem". Kudos. read more

Wonderful customer service and extremely responsive. I needed an outlet installed to charge my electric car and after trying a couple electricians recommended on the Tesla website, only to get the runaround, I contacted Branover (also recommended by Tesla). The experience compared to the others was like night and day. Michael was immediately on top of my request, had permits pulled and someone out to my house to install the outlet within a couple days. Just last week I called them again to have a lighting fixture replaced in a bedroom and a new lighting fixture installed in our outdoor BBQ pergola. They were there the next day and everything is perfect. Thanks Branover! I was just about to give up on customer service in general, but you've restored my faith! read more
