He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor. He kept every appointment and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Apparently, this level of reliability does still exist! He was also extremely respectful and as another Yelper mentioned, never pushy about upselling me. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and offered ideas about what would look best in my backyard. I felt like I was getting genuine advice rather than a sales pitch. There are maybe one or two other people I've hired over the years whom I would gleefully recommend without hesitation. Rudy is now firmly on that very short list.
