The setup was an older, commercial-style metal box with multiple conduits and confusing wiring that had me completely stuck. Noro and Varuzh arrived right on schedule and got straight to work. Within minutes of toning the lines and testing the circuits, they pinpointed the exact issue, made clean, safe connections, and had everything working perfectly. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain what went wrong without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and true master electricians. I think it's really a 2.5 Stars but I'm rounding up to 3 Stars…read more Cost: I needed to get a dedicated electrical circuit installed for an over the stove microwave. BK Electric came out within a few days to take a look and give an estimate. I had received a lot of estimates for this project and BK Electric was in the lower middle range of the prices I got. Scheduling: This was honestly a nightmare. After I signed the contract and put down a deposit they scheduled me on a day for the following week. This outlet installation was required to be completed prior to a Costco purchased microwave delivery and installation appointment. They cancelled on me and needed to reschedule 3 separate times. Each time I was only notified the day of the scheduled appointment. This caused the follow on Costco microwave installation appointment to need to be rescheduled each time. To be fair to the person in the office, Eli, it wasn't his fault and he was properly scheduling and doing his best to get the electricians out to do the job. It was the electrians who either were calling out that day or last minute going to "higher priority" job sites. However, for the BK Electric as a whole, this is pretty terrible customer service. Work: The quality of the work seemed good. Where and how the ran the line and the junction box with the outlet installation all seemed cleanly done. However, there was an issue where they did not install a GFCI outlet in the new location that required it. This delayed the microwave installation since the Costco installers refused to install without a GFCI outlet. I had to call BK Electric and have them come back and fix it.

The work started at 8am on a Saturday and wrapped by 4pm that afternoon with our car successfully charging without issue. Our project required trenching and a ~70ft run to a detached garage and the plug-in team handled it no problem. I highly recommend them for any EV project as the provided great value and great service.

He clearly had done many of these installs and new all the important points, including getting the proper permits from the City of Burbank, which can be persnickety. I secured the job with his company, he arrived on time and ready to go. He and his crew knocked out the work in just a couple hours, with excellent craftsmanship. He had the inspector from City of Burbank out within a couple days, and the inspector signed off on the work immediately. Ross and his crew were verly nice, and cleaned up well after themselves. My wife and I looked on Yelp for someone we felt would click. We are very old school regarding customer service. Well, we chose very wisely. From the first phone call to finishing the job and all the steps in between, Ben and his assistant from In N Out Electrical were everything we'd hoped for. Professional. Kind. Patient. Very good communication. They assessed the job and finished in a very short time. Ben even adjusted our breaker box which, because of age ( it's almost 75 years old) which was definitely going above and beyond what we asked for. With the economy being what it is, we found In N Out's pricing to be fair and reasonable. This is a first class team.
