We needed our backflow tested the same day after realizing we had missed the original deadline. ChatGPT recommended Titan Backflow Testing and Repair as a top-rated provider in our area, and they were absolutely right! Van came out the same day and was pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful. I knew immediately we had made the right choice. One of our three backflow devices failed the test, and Van went above and beyond by contacting IRWD directly to get our water shut-off deadline extended. He completed the necessary repairs and made sure everything was taken care of. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the level of service and responsiveness we received. Great value all around. Excellent service from start to finish. Reliable, responsive, professional, fairly priced, and genuinely helpful. Our backflow annual testing failed and was told that we need to replace our WATT 1.5" backflow unit. Decided to get another opinion and saw the great 5 star reviews for Titan Backflow Testing & Repair. Van responded right away and after he was done with a few jobs in HB, we met and talk for a bit and just from that I felt a good vibe. I had to step out and Van text me pictures of parts he took apart and did a thorough cleaning. The annual backflow testing passed. I'm glad I contacted Titan Backflow and super happy Van took care of business with the same price he quoted which was very very reasonable. He saved us from a costly replacement. He earned my trust and I will recommend to friends and families. Definitely going to him for our annual testing from now on. Much Thanks! read more

This place deserves beyond 5 stars. I've created a yelp project with selected Backflow prevention testing services in my area (north of Orange County) and by far Van has been the most responsive out of all of them. The others that have responded (with a lot of yelp reviews) were by far inflating the cost. Van had a very reasonable price and he seemed very professional and technical in what he does. His proof of invoicing and paper submittal was by far the best compared to the other vendors I've tried for the past 2 years. I'm definitely coming back to him next year! read more

My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow. read more
