Richard is a genuine and honest expert in the back flow testing business, but he can also replace pressure regulators and shut off valves. He came out to our company to inspect a leak at a union outside but we eventually had to replace the pressure regulator. Richard did such a great job for our company, that I contacted him for another job at my house. I had a small leak at the main shut off valve leading to the sprinkler system. The previous owner did not do a good job and used multiple fittings pieced together. Richard came out and pin pointed potential problems and gave me options on what I could do. Since it was original valve and pressure regulator, I had Richard do a clean rebuild with all new parts, fittings and valves from the ground to the building. The installation was super clean and professional looking. The connection are all the right sizes and now I have peace of mind. I called for a Sunday afternoon service because of the Backflow leak. Richard came and surprised me with a bill of $385 for a 5 minute service. Basically the screw was loose. I thought it was highly overcharge and he didnot give me an estimate. When I asked why it's so expensive , He said normally he charges $685 for Sunday. Wow. So expensive.
