Found a small leak in my water heater and called Dan bc of the raving reviews. Dan came out at the crack of dawn the next morning to take a look at it and found out that the old converter had a small crack in it. He and his associate were both really awesome and professional, and Dan was nice enough to call around to try to find a local supplier who carried my old and antiquated model so that the cost would be kept low.
