Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job! The people who write the reviews are the ones that can tell you what can happen to you and how good the company is. Why did I need them? The block wall on our property line fell down. This wall ruined many of our plants and trees. The wall was 140 ft long. To fix this wall we had to host a tractor service for 7 days. They moved and parked their tractors daily on top of our septic tank and system Yikes!! I needed an honest company that would come and verify that our septic system was OK. This became a huge worry. Craftsman Sewers came in and cleaned out our septic tank. Then they took a camera and inspected the tank, lines and seepage pit. All this was documented by photos. Felix was very communicative and honest. We did have issues that needed to be fixed to be have a certified system. Felix explained to us what we needed to do to fix our system. Currently, Chris, Chris and AJ are fixing our issues. Once our septic system is finished then our certification can be done. Even though Chris said it would take days to get a team out to our house, he took the time to visit our house himself to help turn off our water before the leak could get any worse and do more damage. He sent Eric and his team to repair the leak and install new water valves; all three tasks were performed quickly and perfectly. After the original plumber we called for a leak inside our wall never got back to us with an estimate, we called Hartman Plumbing. Best decision we could have made. Hartman Plumbing not only found the actual leak (which the original plumber had misidentified), but their estimate was reasonable, their work was great, and they were able to take care of two other plumbing annoyances that we'd been putting off.
