We've called Drain Doctor twice now to operate on some clogged pipes and each time they've had the right prescription to get our pipes healthy. I recently had a leaking shower pipe and decided to try Drain Doctor after reading positive reviews. Their technician Joseph ran tests and analysis which resulted in giving me 3 different price options, which I thought was good to have entry level, mid range and higher choices to pick from. The very postive: Joseph, was great as well as his assistant. I asked him a ton of questions about options and the work that was involved. He was super polite and gracious as well as his partner. He answered all the questions I had given. I went with the mid level option to fix the shower pipe from top to bottom. Plumbing can be expensive, overall I felt the price was fair. Work ended up getting done really well for the job I had paid. The slight negative: After fixing my main shower pipe, I still had leaking coming from the bottom handle that adjusts the temperature and on/off valve. I was hoping that would have been included for what I paid but that was considered a separate job. Joseph, did try and offer a few price options and negotiate the fix, which was a polite thing to do. Four sink drains, including the corroded kitchen drain and replacing a crack toilet. These have given me fits for years (don't judge). Joe was kind and courteous.
