During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for.
