During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

Beware of this company. Driver drove up behind me and laid on his horn for about a minute because I…read moredidn't merge fast enough. I turned right and he continued to lay on the horn and ride my tail even though he could have got by me in the left lane. He continued on my tail for about a mile then tried to merge into traffic so I could not read his company emblem on his truck.
