We discovered that the condenser used R-22 which is very expensive because it is no longer being produced in the U.S. We decided to replace the 37-year-old HVAC system. He secured the required permit and replaced the system for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Tony to anyone needing to have the HVAC repaired or replaced.

What really sets Kevin apart is how reliably he supports his work long-term. Over the years, standard mechanical wear and tear happens, but Kevin's warranty support has been incredible. When our furnace blower had an issue a few months ago, he handled the replacement right away. Most recently, when the AC stopped working, he came out over the weekend to diagnose the problem, source the parts, and get us up and running.Having a trustworthy professional who stands firmly behind his warranties and shows up when you need him most is rare. This time, my mother-in-law's A/C wasn't working and I had remembered using Hunter's previously and that they did a good job, so I called them again. He replaced it with a much simpler to use non-Google model and now the system works perfectly. He answered all of my questions and was very patient. Her A/C works great now. I will use Hunter's for all of my A/C issues from now on!

I spoke with Barbara and I let her know my situation that I had two mini split units that needed a deep cleaning ASAP because I noticed mold was inside the units. Barbara confirmed with the technician and was able to set up appointment for same day with a small waiting window from 2pm-4pm! Other companies were giving me long waiting windows on when they might show up. I also love that she was able to give me an upfront price on servicing my two units!! Daniel and Eric were the two technicians that came out to service my units. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I explained the situation with the units and he was confident that he would fix the situation. Before he started, he let me know what he was going to do to deep clean the units and remove the mold and gave me another option just in case it didn't work. His confidence put me at ease as I was stressing so much about this mold situation. Daniel and Eric were very professional and we were able to get the job done and had my units looking brand new! They made sure there was no mess left behind and the areas that they serviced were clean. They showed up on time and actually a couple minutes early, which was a great surprise. I appreciate that they wore shoe coverings when working inside my house. I didn't even have to tell them or ask them. They already had the coverings and put them on before they even walked in. American Home Shield sent us (Michael Tyrone Wolf/Wolfepack Co.) people who checked my unit in 5 minutes, proclaimed it was an electrical issue and left without checking anything else. Their boss even called me up the next day to raise his voice at me because I had the audacity to leave him a 1 star Yelp review. I'm so grateful I found Trevor's company online. I begged him to send someone out on a Saturday - so rare! But Eduardo came as promised, spent an hour thoroughly examining our unit, confirming there was no electrical issue, but gave us the honest diagnosis that as our unit was so old, it would be extremely difficult to source parts. He said he could put a bandaid on it and keep revisiting the issue or we could invest in a new unit and even lower our electricity bill that way. We took the second option - and we are glad we did! AJ, Pablo and Marco came bright and early on Monday to work on everything. As I worked from home, I did not hear a peep from them. They did everything quietly and were a well-oiled machine. They were so thorough and took the time to explain things to me and my husband. They were genuinely happy to do their jobs. The 3 of them did so much back-breaking work all the way till past 6pm. We were so grateful for their dedication. When they finished, we had beautiful cold air coming out of all our vents. They cared not just to do the job well, but to make sure they left us happy and satisfied. The company founder Tom, even came out the next day to check if everything was done correctly. It was so lovely meeting him. We are going to be lifelong customers and we are spreading the gospel about these folks. One thing you need to make sure in Southern CA is that you find honest, hardworking HVAC people because our summers can get brutal and we can't afford to let our ACs malfunction for long. I am so glad I found Trevor and ABC. I trust nobody else.
