5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service!I cannot recommend this HVAC team highly enough! From start to finish, Michael and Dalton were professional, prompt, and incredibly courteous. What really stood out was how approachable and engaging they both were. Michael and Dalton took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the process. My clogged AC pipe was a quick fix it. It is rare to find a team that is both highly skilled and so polite. If you want an honest, reliable, and respectful HVAC company, look no further. I will definitely be asking for Michael and Dalton again! read more

This HVAC was reffered to me by American Home Shield. I was told to contact them for my HVAC unit. I have called them 5 times. I have emailed them. I have left 2 voicemails and no one will call me back. Now im stuck... UPDATE: Micheal comment below does not surface that I sent him my call log from yesterday - Saturday -- and told him that I left a vm yesterday saying I called a month ago and no one bothered calling me back. Honestly, I only received a call back from Micheal after posting this yelp review. I never received a call back last month. I never received a call back yesterday. He keeps saying that the office is closed on Sunday. On yelp it says your office hours on Sunday from 10:30am. And the owner just called me back right now and keeps saying how "ridiculous" I am to expect anything after its been months since the estimate. Again, all this can be said by saying, sorry we cant do the work. Insulting people calling them ridiculous and not listening, not calling them back until they leave a yelp review shows how shady this business is. After I pointed out that on yelp it says their office hours for Sunday show at 10:30am he went and changed that to closed on Sunday. But never apologized for the way he talked to me over the phone. No accountability! read more

I will say they were sent out by my home warranty company. I had questions and concern with recommended service as I knew nothing about AC units. I was having trouble rapping my head around the quote and recommendation and the owner was rude and condescending. read more

I was extremely happy with my experience, and even used them a year later for another property. Initially MRTW came out through my home warranty, and they beyond exceeded my expectations. Robert came to work on my HVAC system and did a great job. He was extremely friendly, diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly, and answered any questions I had. I used MRTW for a tune up on another property, and. Brian came out for the HVAC tune up/cleaning for the main house and the mini split for the ADU. He was very friendly and polite, put on shoe covers without even being asked while walking in the home. Apparently our new homes system had never been cleaned. Brian cleaned everything and got it all up and running, as well as explaining a couple of maintenance details. We have had a great experience twice with Michael Robert Tyrone Wolfe, and would highly recommend. read more

Fantastic experience with this knowledgeable and honest business. We had an issue with our heater in our work facility, where it wasn't working. Contacted Wolfepack, and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Bryan showed up, and we showed him what the issues were. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back on our way. I was impressed with Bryan's professionalism, his knowledge, and his honestly. We are now looking to get a service contract with this business. Highly recommend them. Thank you Bryan, Robert, and the team. read more

I've been using this company every year for my system tune-up, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Brian, the technician, is always extremely patient and thorough. Unlike many companies that just rush through the job or try to upsell unnecessary services, this team really takes the time to do things right. One of the things I really appreciate is that their staff are salaried, not commission-based which means there's no pressure to oversell. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I always feel like I'm in good hands with them. Highly recommend!! read more

Joe is the best tech that has ever worked on my house. Will have them back whenever my HVAC needs servicing I loved him!!

I called American Home Shield to schedule an AC repair person to come fix our broken AC. I called in the request on Sept 8, but the earliest they could come was Sept 11. So yesterday I waited and the guy came. His name was Joe or Joseph. He examined our HVAC and after just five minutes proclaimed that it was an electrical issue. I was trying to ask questions but he kept cutting me off, because he probably knew what my questions were. He acted like he wanted to get out of my house ASAP because he knew they weren't going to get the $125 service fee I paid for that service request. So our problem now became electrical and AHS transferred our issue to an electrician who came on time and was super thorough. He was here for half an hour checking everything and guess what - he said the problem wasn't electrical at all. If only Joe had checked more thoroughly he would've known that the issue was truly with the HVAC unit and not electrical. I do not recommend these guys. We waited four days to have Joe come over only to have him spend a scant five minutes here. He could've fixed the issue yesterday and now we have to suffer through this heat because we have to wait for another service provider to come help us. Stay away from these guys. I know how hard it is to run a business because I ran one myself in the past...but if they employ such uncaring, non-thorough, dismissive employees, I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy. I am so disappointed with their service that I filed an official complaint with AHS and advised them to drop them from their roster of contractors Update: I just got a call from the guy in charge demanding an explanation for my review. He had no empathy still and when I told him a little accountability would've been nice, he just launched into another excuse for Joe's dismissiveness. He never apologized for anything, not even for constantly interrupting me, not even for his employee's lack of thoroughness. He told me "we're even giving you a free visit" and I told him that wouldn't have been necessary had Joe explored every possible solution the way that these repairmen I have now helping me are. They confirmed the issue wasn't electrical and have repaired my unit. I told him he didn't care when I told him I was in menopause and needed a little compassion, he interrupted me to say "your personal issues are not our problem." I told him the key to growth in a company is listening to negative feedback with just a little humility. He had no openness to the possibility he was wrong. He just kept saying "you're wrong!" and I asked him then why are you calling me? I'm not taking that Yelp review down." he was quiet for a moment and he sarcastically wished me a good day. The overbearing arrogance is going to be this company's downfall. I don't wish them ill, it's the opposite. I want them to treat their customers with a little compassion. So defensive! They're probably good at what they do but they will have trouble with customer retention if they conduct themselves with so much superiority. read more

I called and spoke with Robert today even before open hours, and got all the info I needed about my new system they just installed. The genuine knowledge and customer service I received was so helpful. Robert, you are a diamond in the rough. I will for sure be calling again for all my air services in the future. No doubt! read more

Wolfepack Hvac - My new AC!! - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Chino, California

We've used this company before and have always had a great experience, but they really went above and beyond this time. I had them out to look at my AC after another company told me I needed a full replacement--for over $20,000! Joe came out, diagnosed the real issue, and had it up and running for less than $200. No pressure, no upselling--just honest, professional service. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He even took the time to bring in our garbage cans without being asked. That small gesture says a lot about the kind of people they are. Because of their integrity and quality work, we didn't hesitate to go with them again when it was time to replace our furnace this summer. It's rare to find a business that consistently earns your trust, but this team has done it every time. Highly recommend--this is the kind of company you want to keep in your contacts for years to come. read more

This was a really great all-around experience. We had issues with our AC and had to go through our home warranty for a repair due to overall cost to fix our burned out zoning board, capacitor and fan motor. I usually can't stand going through home warranty, but dealing with Wolfe Pack HVAC made this the easiest repair request to date. Bryan was here the next day after placing our service request and was very professional. He knew exactly what was wrong, and the parts were ordered and installed 2 days later. Very grateful to have dealt with this company and having Bryan as our support tech. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! read more

My AC stopped working. Thankfully my home warranty sent Wolfpacke HVAC to come help fix it and all I can say is WOW! They sent Dalton who took the time to really explain everything to me. He checked my thermostat and even helped rewire it because some of the copper wire was exposed. He then found the issue, explained exactly what was going on and quickly ordered a replacement part. He returned and replaced it, tested everything thoroughly and was incredibly kind to me and my family. This company really takes pride in their work! I highly recommend them and will be referring them to friends and family. Thanks, Dalton! read more

The tech explained the issue in plain terms, fixed it, and charged exactly what was quoted--no surprises. My heating is working perfectly now. What I liked most is that they didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. Straightforward, honest, and competent. If you value reliability over gimmicks, this is the HVAC team you want. My husband knows his way around basic AC maintenance, so we could tell when a tech actually knows their craft. These guys? Top notch. The technician didn't just swap parts--he diagnosed the root cause, explained the airflow issues, and even suggested small tweaks my husband could do himself to keep things running longer. He learned more in an hour than from weeks of YouTube videos. That level of transparency and technical know-how really stands out. We will definitely trust them with bigger projects in the future! Called my home warranty folks about a potential leak in my HVAC system. Michael from WolfePack responded within the hour and set an appointment time that was convenient for me. I was informed when Dalton was on the way and he arrived exactly on time, with a big handshake and friendly smile. While putting on shoe protectors before entering my home, he asked pertinent questions about my problem so he could get right to work. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kept me informed every step of the way. Especially important for this little old lady is that he explained everything in very clear terms that I could understand. Fortunately, the situation was not as dire as I feared. By the time he left, I felt I knew much more about my system and was comfortable that everything was in good order. I would not hesitate to call WolfePack about any future HVAC problems. A plus is that when Dalton saw a picture of my two cats, he showed me a photo of his adorable tuxedo kitten.
