This company was listed when I searched "air duct cleaning" and responded quickly to schedule a rep to come out to my house. The rep counted the air vents, took pictures and said I'd have a quote later in the day or the next day. Neither happened. So on the third day I called. The person apologized and said he wasn't sure if they could do it but assured me that someone would get back to me. Didn't happen. On the fifth day I called again and got another apology but with a definite assurance that he would make sure that someone got back to me. That never happened either. Flawless, timely installation and service for the A/C part of our existing system, and just before the hot season, too. Oscar gave as a bid in a couple of hours after we spoke--then once we gave the go-ahead (on the weekend), he sent Emiliano and Mike to come Monday. In the middle of a heat wave when my AC went out, I figured I had no chance of getting someone to come out anytime soon. After calling several places that couldn't come until the end of the week, I finally got in touch with Oscar who said he thought he could get someone out by the end of the day. Mike came out, explained what was wrong, fixed it right away, and was just super nice, even to my barky dogs! He didn't have the custom size replacement filter, but told me it would be OK for a day or so, and I could order it online. But he would also try to get one from the suppliers. He came back the next day and installed the filter for me. Both days in the late afternoon when I'm sure he already had a very long day. Other contractors were quoting to replace the unit or that significant work was needed for ludicrous prices. I spoke with Daniel who was very straightforward with the diagnostic process and had a tech come out the same day. Mike thoroughly explained what was wrong with the AC and was not pushy. I was provided with a very fair and honest quote (especially compared to what the other guys were trying to pull). In the middle of summer our AC stopped working. Turns out the condensate pump connected to the system was broken causing the AC to shut off. I replaced the condensate pump but the AC still would not run. Engineered Comfort came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. A previous owner jerry-rigged the old condensate pump so the technician correctly installed the new condensate pump and the AC is running fine. The technician was very informative and helpful. TL;DR: Great work! Oscar managed to send guys the same day and now my AC is working within a few hours of the initial contact. Great price and they also wore masks the whole time. They also completed the job all while outside the home to avoid contact. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. I did some initial diagnostics and pointed to a refrigerant leak. All the other main components was working such as the fan, both coils, cleaned air filters and compressor was running. I changed the capacitor but it did not fix anything. Since the copper tubing was still warm even though the AC unit was on, it suggested that it was due to a leak. After talking to Oscar on yelp, he sent two guys over within a few hours (maybe they were in the area?). they confirmed that both units ( i have two ac units) had low refrigerant and needed refilling. After filling up and using the sealant, i noticed the difference right away. Before, the units where blowing HOTTER air out when the AC was on. Now the air is about 15 degrees colder from the return vent. Overall great job, quick and good prices. I definitely recommend. read more

I asked for a quote on Sunday evening and by Wednesday noon I had a whole new AC unit. I was given a range on a high level quote and the firm quote came within the set range. This tells me these guys know what they're doing. The scope of the work replaced the heat pump/air conditioner as well as the air handler in the living quarters. I was given a whole new door for the air handler. Also, a thermostat was included in the installation. They installed an electrical line with protective conduit. The job required a crane to deliver the unit and remove the old one. There were two guys working on the roof and two guys working inside the unit. They showed up at 8am and by 12:30 they had completed the work. They set up runners to cover the carpets and left the area clean. I was also given a tutorial on how to use the thermostat. I would absolutely recommend the services. I purchased a Goodman 2 ton unit. read more

Three guys showed up to do the service on my AC!!! Take note that they did not just show up on the same day just like Oscar said but the technicians came in 3 as well. Never have I gotten service from an AC repair service as fast and efficient as this company. The 3 gentlemen that showed up were courteous and professional. They explained to me what is exactly wrong with my AC unit ( the home builder messed up the installation) and resolved the problem before they left my home.
