After the service was complete, Christian took the extra time to check for any other leaks and to make sure things were looking good across the rest of the house, which I greatly appreciated. Some didn't respond, others couldn't do the services, others still only did commercial products. Pro Backflow on the other hand was responsive, offered reasonable prices, and ample availability. During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.
